The room was good mostly, the parking was good but the shower pressure was too low and the coffee was not great.

Big rooms, offered an upgrade due to membership. TV needed to be switched ion and off at the PowerPoint to work which I learnt after ringing reception. No bottled water supplied which is normally a minimum as part of all my Accor stays.

Receptionist refused to satisfy loyalty benefits and also said that the stay will not earn any reward/status point as the booking was made through company’s travel agent, even though all benefits and points were visible to me in All Accor App. A/C did not turn on, made sure all windows were closed. Called the same guy at the reception, promised to come up to the room, no one came up. After an hour or so, fixed the AC on my own and advised reception there’s no need to come up. Cell reception is non-existent (Vodafone and Telstra both).
