The stay was very average, the lifts had some issue with card reader, and the air con temperature was centrally managed which made it very difficult to sleep.

I visited for work and arrived before 10pm to find no one there to check me in. I called the night service and had to pay over the phone. I was then charged by the night service and by the Sebel and the travel agent had already secured the booking. As an Accor platinum member I expected a welcome amenity and drink but got neither. No one on the desk at 8am when I left either.

For my work trip this was a great location. A number of restaurants close by and an easy walk to Canberra Center and Braddon, with shops restaurants and more.

It was a very convenient location as we have family living two blocks away. Very happy with this accommodation--clean and new. The only negative was the room was rather small and we would have loved a decent chair or couch to sit on. The only one availabe had no back and was unstable.

Check in and out was quick, staff were very friendly. Room was well fitted out; clean and modern. Balcony is narrow, without any furniture, but fresh air and a bit of a view, nonetheless. Location suited a nice flat run (or walk) around Lake Burley-Griffin, although getting there was not straightforward (maybe better via another route?).
