The construction near by makes it unpleasant before 3 pm. Room was pretty tiny. I would not stay again. Plenty of better places. Zero atmosphere compared to other Sebels. Parking and access difficult. Rooms well equipped. You get the idea.

I love staying in Sebel Canberra Campbell, I had a nice and clean room/apartment. Only aspect I didn't like is customer service. As a gold member I always get an upgrade if I am visiting the precint for the first time. However, no upgrade was offered by Sebel Campbell, nor I was given an option for a late checkout. Accor did claim Gold members get early check-in and late check-out if available. I checked with the reception and it was available but they offered it at a price.

The experience was great but when I received my invoice I was charged for mini bar 2 days and did not use this I think you need to be more careful with the room number that gets entered in

WE HAD EVERYTHING WE WANTED 😁 WELL SET OUT AND WE DIDNT WANT FOR ANYTHING MORE 👍 THE BONUS WAS THE CRANES OUTSIDE OUR BALCONY THAT I COULD WATCH EVERY MORNING (LOVE CRANES) BUT NEVER ONCE DID THE CONSTRUCTION NOICE IN THE AREA WAKE US UP ✅ WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN 😄
