Always in good condition and great location. Great that staff took notice of message to remove mini-bar items in my room as I advised would not be needing/using them. Not all hotels do and this makes it much easier, provides room in limited space. Reliance on QR codes and someone having a mobile is not being inclusive. I don't and therefore couldn't do some things. It was however easy to go to reception to ask for no room servicing as it was only a 2 night stay, rather than note on door. Hopefully still get the bonus points offered as didn't last time.

I've stayed with The Sebel Canberra Campbell a number of times now and will be back soon. The rooms are clean and large and have all you need. Lots of great cafes and restaurants closeby and parks/the lake if you want a walk. Super friendly staff on the desk and it's nice to be a little further out from the hussle of the cbd but close enough to walk.

The room was well maintained, lots of coathangers, extra blankets if needed, kitchenette well set up with crockery, cutlery etc. The only negative was the dogs in the 2 rooms next to us. It would be more appropriate for one level to be allocated to those with their pets rather than subjecting other guests to the noise and smell of wet dogs after it had rained. We are unlikely to stay here again
