We stayed recently - booked a 2 bedroom suite for my husband and myself and a mezzanine king studio for our son and his wife. The accommodation was very good and suited our needs for exploring Canberra. We were able to walk to several places we wanted to visit and the nearby restaurants were excellent. Rooms were very quiet and well kept.

Weekend of visiting family but I like to keep my own space so staying in a suburban-based hotel works well. Great access o the lake for a work and Blundell's Cottage for a morning coffee, as wll as being only minutes from family when time to visit.
