We had a nice stay, our third visit. However this trip had a couple of faults. In our room (408) the toilet roll holder kept slipping and falling off. The fridge door was broken. Also the hotel does not have fox sports which means even in Olims Bar you couldn’t watch The Footy. Other people were also disappointed. Unfortunately the place is looking a little tired.

I've stayed here multiple times previously and always have a great experience. Good recognition of ALL loyalty with a room upgrade to a spacious ground floor room with private courtyard. Delicious meal in Olim's Bistro with great service from Lily, and tasty buffet breakfast. A couple of minor points of improvement - while the bed was comfortable, a better topper would be good as the join between the "king-zip" beds could be felt. Also, the milk in the fridge was already opened and left from a previous guest so I needed to get a new one from reception. Great value for money and convenient location - I'll definitely be back!

Lovely front office staff, comfortable room and bed and we were able to bring our poodle. Love the courtyard attached which meant she could wander about safely.
