While the experience was overall satisfactory I had a great experience making the booking with a receptionist who I believe was named Claudia. There was a mix up with my booking (it was meant to be made by someone else) and Claudia was very helpful finding me accommodation and explaining what had happened. She was clear, sympathetic and knowledgeable and I really appreciated her help! If I've got her name wrong she would have helped make the booking ~9pm 30.11.2024

Superb customer service at reception.

I had issues with cancelled flights and lost bags / the hotel receptionist staff were incredibly helpful and understanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here whenever I can.

noise was an issue

The room had a door connecting to the one next door which was not sound proof as so the occupant in that adjacent room returned late and began a loud conversation on speaker phone. I could hear every word at high volume making sleep impossible. I realised the occupant had no idea this was happening and was shocked when I knocked on the door. Some level of ambient noise is fine but the fact that there was no sound proofing and a thin low quality veneer door separating rooms was not great.
