Towel was not changed once during the stay. I put it on the floor and everything, never changed also bedsheets never changed or cleaned.

Lovely clean building and room. Couldn't make hot drink as no dairy free milk options available in the room eventhoughIaskedat checkin. The room was great. Breakfast OK, there was oat milk available but only butter, no vegan options. Only thick bread available which wouldn't fit in the toaster. Had to have dry bread with baked beans.

I have been a customer of Accor for over 10 years and I have stayed in Novotel, ibis and this is the first time I am totally dissatisfied with your rooms. Room was so congested and hot. Air conditioning wasn’t working most of the time and it was too hot at night. I will not stay in budget hotel ever again. Rest of all my experiences in Accor were really pleasant except this one.

The rooms were nice and clean, if basic. Given that the hotel is quite central, the traffic noise wasn't too bad even on a Saturday night and bank holiday weekend. The mattress wasn't the most comfortable but was okay for a couple of nights. I paid for the hotel breakfast which was a buffet and had surprisingly nice pastries.
