Overnight stay for a Uni visit. Cheap, good breakfast and nice location. Parking options not secure for a high value car, staff seemed disinterested and weren’t friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfy. The pizza was fantastic and definitely worth trying. My son also really enjoyed the pool table. The only slight downside was that Sky Sports Football wasn’t working, but overall we had a great stay and would happily come back.

Room was compact but fine for an overnight stay. Bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable, no noise from other residents. There was an odour in the bedroom that reminded me of a floor that has been wiped with a mop that isn't clean. The odour had a mildew tinge. Since the window couldn't be opened, this was a bit unpleasant. Breakfast was ok, the area around the cereals and toaster space could do with a deep clean. Evidence of a lot of dust, especially on the picture frames.

When I rang the hotel to book on 3rd August I specifically asked is the disabled room on the ground floor and the lady told me it was, - when I arrived there was no accommodation on the ground floor - the reason I wanted a room on the ground floor was because I had my Mum in a wheelchair and she smokes, she can walk a short distance pushing the wheelchair that is why wherever we stayed I wanted a ground floor room, but every time she wanted a cigarette I had to come down stairs with her, wait for her and take her back upstairs again in the lift, (manoeuvring through 6 heavy doors every time with me pushing my Mum was not easy)

Staff were nice and welcoming, got us checked in quickly, bed and pillows were very comfy, room we stayed in had some scuffs on the walls which gave a bad first impression as we walked in but the room itself and bathroom were clean

This is always our first choice when we visit Sheffield and we have stayed many times. The place is very clean and the staff. Are always friendly and helpful. Our only complaint on this occasion was that there was only half a toilet roll in the room and not even a second spare one on the designated holder. I know we were only staying for one night but feel that a full compliment of toilet roll should be available!

Polite staff, nice little cafe at the main entrance, good workspace. Access to rooms had a spacious lift. Rooms compact, comfortable m, and clean. Aircon in rooms. Although our room (5th floor) looked out onto the road the window did not let in noise, the view up to the hills in the distance was nice (it was sunny when we were there). Parking away from the hotel wasn’t a problem for us, short walk, secure parking. The price was £12 for 24 hours.
