Never ever again....I'm still here in room 8 and there's either a herd of elephants in the room above me or someone is just throwing kettle bells on the floor...all evening and all morning since 6.3iam. not sure if it's them or that the floors are made of bolsa wood When I pay to stay in a hotel I dont expect to then pay 9 quid to park my car when the carpark is at the hotel! Filled the sink to keep things cool ( no fridge) and all the water leaked all over the floor. I'd have had a more relaxing stay if I had sleep in my car. Not been for breakfast yet but dont expect much. Might get me away from the constant banging above me though.

A pleasant stay. Friendly helpful reception staff. Ideal no frills hotel exactly what you pay for at an affordable price. Great location. Rubbish that we had to pay for parking when staying at the hotel!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, the cost (although lower than some nearby hotels) is still high for the room quality and amenities. The room is small with an uncomfortable stool for a desk chair. It lacks basic amenities like a water kettle and a few sachets of instant coffee (I had to buy mine at around £2 a cup from the lobby), which I find unacceptable for a room costing nearly £100 a night. There's no electric socket by the bed, which makes charging phones a bit difficult; but worse, I use a sleep apnea machine that I couldn't connect. So I had to hook my machine to the electric socket by the desk and sleep the opposite way with my head by the foot of the bed. Breakfast was also fairly basic and lacked options. I was only there for 2 nights for work so I didn't really mind, but I'm not sure if I'd be happy to stay here again.

hotel is in prime location if you’re there for arena shows, or hockey at ice Sheffield, basic but it’s just what you need for a night. Hot drink facilities in the rooms wouldn’t go amiss - breakfast was decent enough for what you pay.

The stars were very helpful, Sachin in particular. Quickly sorted out a hair dryer for me. Only thing I felt was that the pillows could be a bit more comfortable.
