Like I said I think you should get more for the price your paying. We had to spend around £149 for 2 nights, and then I believe around £62 for another night, and the rooms you get are pretty basic. I've spent less in going to travelodges which have included a bath, where the bed is much more comfortable and you have a bigger tv. Also I think for what we paid that breakfast should have been included.

The photos on the internet made the rooms look bright and airy but that wasn’t out experience. The room was incredibly dull, cramped , claustrophobic and needs some TLC urgently. I’ve stayed in other budget hotels before but nothing like this one! We ended up not staying and got another hotel. Cannot fault the staff at all. They were all brilliant! Customer service was excellent. Accommodation was a huge let down!

Two night stay for an event at the arena. The location really is perfect. Having stayed here before I was fully aware of what to expect or not to expect! Hence bringing my own travel kettle and tea!! Few little things made this stay not higher rated. Firstly, 1 pillow person, asked for spare, told none. Hence slept terribly!!! Secondly, No bag in the rubbish bin, just makes this easier to empty but felt bad putting tea bags in there. Next time I’ll bring my own bin liner! Thirdly, lift was out of order for a few hours one day. And we were on 4th floor. 8 flights of stairs with a dodgy knee, not good! But I appreciate this can’t be helped. If I were to stay again I would request a lower floor. And lastly, breakfast. It really isn’t worth the money. And the one staff member, although trying her best, just couldn’t keep up, tables left for a while, no clean plates, coffee machine not working. We felt bad keep asking her for stuff. However despite all these issues would consider staying again, however my list of things to bring just gets bigger!!
