The room was very basic which I understand being a budget hotel but the room was filthy. The toilet had stains and smears. The window frame was filthy and covered in black mould. The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable even though they promote on their leaflet on the table that you have a superhero team, the best sleep you'll have with pillows and quilt but only have 1 pillow. Then in the morning I was told I had to pay for breakfast even though I paid for breakfast. The gentleman proceeded to argue with me until I proved on my reservation that I had in fact paid for my breakfast. Thankfully we were here only 1 night but just give you a heads up.
