However, we’re sorry to hear that the air conditioning unit was noisy and that this affected your comfort during your stay. Please note that our reception team is available 24 hours a day and would have been happy to assist or check the unit for you if this had been reported during your stay. As mentioned, our rooms are designed to offer simple and budget-friendly accommodation, which is why facilities such as kettles are not standard in the rooms. However, kettles are available upon request from reception, and we also provide a complimentary hot water machine in the lobby for guest use.
