We enjoyed our stay. We used the Spa facility, including the swimming pool, (which was nice and warm) along with the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Our room was a little cool but comfortable. We ordered room service when we stayed and the food was amazing when it was delivered to our room. Compliments to the chef who was working on the evening of 15th March 26.

Checking in receptionist rude . Waited over an hour to check in and rooms we booked wasn't what was booked . Specifically asked for no stairs . . Although later on the other reception was nice after the original one just disappeared and the waiter in the restaurant was brilliant.

Had a lovely Spa stay. Hotel was very clean and staff attentive and friendly. Food was excellent. Only negative is that there were too many children and this spoilt the use of the pool as you could not relax with them jumping splashing and shouting - otherwise a lovely stay.

Room was a great size and very clean....had everything I needed and I had a lovely view of the lake. Staff all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble...made my stay all that more pleasing.
