I would highly recommend for a wedding The best wedding co-ordinator looked after me .. the fabulous Bev .. ask for her and you won’t go wrong as nothing was too much trouble and she comes back as quickly as possible. Lisa on reception is fab too. She was great with dealing with any questions we had And the amazing Marcela was also brilliant and really wanted the day to be super special and helped in every way possible to make it happen There is also a gentlemen who coordinated the wedding breakfast / did the announcements and was organised and Attentive (I think he was called mark but I could be completely wrong) The food was brilliant and we didn’t want a traditional meal and nothing was too much trouble The bedrooms are a little tired in some parts of the hotel but are clean We had the old bridal suite (room 500 and the glam room) which gives you all the space you need …. All in all we had the best day and I think the best team helping make it happen Well done Kenwood ❤️

Visited for Sunday night spa stay over with friend. Great value overall. Some aspects of the stay better than others. Lunch ok 2courses included and staff were nice but the area facing the bar where we had to eat was quite tatty looking and the carpet frayed so got caught on my chair when I sat at the table. There was a wedding on so not sure if we had to eat in this area because the wedding was being set up in the larger dining area. Massage and massage staff were great. Treatment room clean and well presented waiting area. Evening 2 course meal was brilliant . Great chef. Lovely restaurant room. Spa facilities -pool and jacuzzi both disappointing. Jacuzzi very cold , spa reception staff said 29degrees when asked and is usually 32+ I think they said but was simply too cold to get in and bubbles broken. Steam room nice. Pool area tired looking and only a few loungers so no where to sit. Robes and slippers were provided def and nice clean quality. Gym was small but clean and overlooked pool . Breakfast lovely in the larger eating area , staff lovely and great selection of food and drinks . Bedroom was really good. Clean and fine for what we needed although we upgraded for £12 but then had to get this refunded as the upgrade gave us a double bed and we needed twin - that said, the staff were helpful and resolved issue quickly. . Phone in the room and tv. Grounds nicer at the back of the hotel , where the traditional looking building is seen . Nice walk around a small lake .reception check in staff also lovely .me and my friend had a great value fun stay overall. The staff, food and spa treatment and room all great. Just the pool area /jacuzzi need to be updated and bar area carpet /decoration spruced up. Thank you I’m Sure we will return

I went to a wedding at the weekend here and I have to say Nikki the receptionist was incredible!! She really took care of us and was very thorough. Lovely room and lovely venue could do with updating but very nice. Nikki is an asset to your hotel !

Stayed in a privilege room - sink in bathroom all cracked! Room was tired looking. Booked in for dinner same time both nights, on second night we were told got no record of us booking!! I booked when guest services called me before arrival and confirmed on arrival! Absolute Joke! Staff did their best to help by pushing a couple of tables together in bar area! Which was busy due to wedding party! Two of our group have disabilities so it wasn’t easy for us to find somewhere else to eat. One of our party had a jumper taken from room and not returned. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.which is a shame because it’s a great location.
