Unfortunately, our hotel experience was disappointing due to serious room issues. From the first night of our stay, the toilet in our initial room was not functioning properly. We reported the problem immediately upon arrival. Someone came to look at it the following day, but the issue was not fixed, and no explanation or update was given afterward. As a result, we were left for two nights in the same room without a working toilet and had to rely on the public restrooms in the hotel, which is not acceptable. Only the next day were we finally moved to a different room. The first room we stayed in was very old and outdated, with inconvenient amenities reflecting its age. The second room was more modern and in better condition, which we appreciated. However, both rooms were connecting rooms, and the soundproofing was extremely poor—we could hear everything from the neighboring room as if it were happening in our own. The staff was mostly polite and courteous, which we acknowledge, but the condition of the first room and the way the maintenance issue was handled significantly affected our overall stay. We hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve the guest experience.
