We were 5 couples staying for 2 nights. We had a Murder Mystery dinner event there on the Friday evening which was also great. Check in was quick and very good with Lisa. Our rooms were great. Our room was 319. Only downside, bathroom could do with a small light for night nighttime use as the main light was extremely bright. The spa was a small added bonus. I am a gym goer and was a little disappointed with the gym, however, it did serve its purpose. Just a shame in 2 different rooms and the equipment was a little dated. Nicky at the reception was very helpful on the Saturday and during check out. All the staff made us feel very welcome and as if they had known us for a while. Would definitely recommend and if that way, would stay again.

This was our second stay with you and on both occasions we were delighted ; the breakfast was tempting and plentiful and the staff were very helpful and polite with guests at all times.
The bedroom accommodation was really good, well equipped and extremely comfortable, and the extensive grounds are really lovely to explore. We are now going to book for a return stay in the Christmas period!

We were at the hotel from 10am as bridesmaids getting ready, then enjoyed the wedding, an overnight stay, breakfast and use of the pool the next morning. Everything went really well, the setting was lovely, rooms were comfortable, food was delicious and staff were incredibly helpful. Joe on the bar for the wedding did a great job. My son loved the free pool table in the reception area too.

This was the third time I have stayed at this hotel over the years for events and weddings and each time the price has increased while the service and general maintenance has decreased. Our stay was for one night for a wedding and the room was very run down with pealing paint and old styling. The bed was the most uncomfortable we had encountered in any hotel. The shower dripped for ages after use and we could not report any of this as the reception desk was unmanned after we got back to the room from dinner out. I had booked the room a year in advance but had no email confirmation at any point and upon arrival there was no parking in the car park and we ended up having to park right round the other side of the building and walk to reception in the dark. The staff we interacted with seemed to want to get rid of us as quickly as possible and did nothing really to help.

We regularly stay at Kenwood hall. We were given a lovely welcome from Stefania who recognised us at once. The restaurant manager Ranjan welcomed us back and chef Richard always makes lovely porridge. On leaving Lisa bid us a safe journey and looked forward to seeing us again. Overall extremely happy.

We stay at Kenwood Hall when we come up to visit our son and family. The welcome on check in is always warm and cheery and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. We like the free parking and the sense that the hotel is a green and spacious retreat in a busy city! The only downside is that when we stay over a Saturday night there is always a noisy function taking place that keeps us awake until after midnight. However, we do understand that hotels rely on that sort of function and there is little that can be done to soundproof nearby bedrooms! We would like to commend Dora who prepared our room for us. It was spotless when we arrived as well as on our return each evening. Thank you!

Very well located, with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff (reception, restaurant, bar, housekeeping). Overall was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely book again. I was hoping to order room service on my date of arrival but I could only find a drinks menu available. I just managed to secure a booking in the restaurant so all was well. There didn’t appear to be an option to eat at the hotel on the second evening as a wedding event was taking place. It’s possible I missed seeing the option to eat elsewhere in the hotel. It would be helpful if the limits of room service could be made clear and if restaurant options including times of service were clearer. Happy overall though.

Needs an update as room dated and dirty. carpet and bathroom looked like it was from the 70’s.
Dining room had food on the floor from the night before. Staff smelt of BO, chairs had stains on them and some were ripped.
