Was lovely had a few events on but didn't spoil my stay. Had 2 course meal on first night..was beautiful.Was quite a delay with meals ,but with the events on I understood and the gentleman serving was on the ball. Day 2 had breakfast was lovely something for everyone, then access to spa as we had treatments booked. Had two course lunch, was amazing so filling. With 3 bottles of prosecco, this was all part of the package which was booked. Had treatments and that was amazing, the lady who did my treatments was fantastic, never had a back massage like it.

Nice hotel, really good location for Sheffield and the Peak District. Rooms were a ok but a bit tired. Staff were absolutely fabulous. I booked 2 rooms and only drawback was that my daughters room was opposite where an X Mas do was taking place so they struggled sleeping until it finished at 12.30.

We had a great stay - we appreciated the upgrade and were made to feel very welcome. When we needed to extend our visit by a day, Nicky was very helpful and made it all very easy. Our only issue was that the room was very warm but by leaving the window open we managed to resolve that!

We have been to lunch with the Grinch!! What an experience, so funny and interactive, great for older children too. The lunch was a hot and cold buffet with the added bonus of a pancake machine. Excellent value for money!!
