Comfortable and quiet and the room had everything we could need. Negatives; shower wasn’t that hot, just passable. The room wasn’t that warm either, just passable, even with the thermostat turned up and the staff on arrival and checkout looked as though they didn’t want to be there. I don’t think they even said goodbye or thanks for staying with us as we checked out. But well located and communication and instructions prior to staying were great.

Me and my partner was woken up 8 am to construction work out side our room and wasn’t informed by staff wasn’t happy and had a headache from it but the rest of the time was amazing

We visit often to remember my Husband/Daddy whom we lost 2 years ago...we go for a night to remember him. We love our swim, room service, our comfy room & their staff go above & beyond. We love it.

BREAKFAST OFFERING VERY POOR. FRESH FRUIT LIMITED TO TINNED PEACHES AND ROUGH CUT SLIICES OF MELON AND PINEAPPLE. NO FRIED EGGS AND SCRAMBLED EGG WAS GREY. ONLY 2 TEABAGS IN ROOM

The photos of the rooms on the website were misleading. The quality of the rooms was very poor with very dated decor, paint coming away from the wall around the windows, the door frame was loosened from the wall on one side with exposed small sharp screws, and there were exposed wires from one of the lights. The coffee machine at the bar didn’t work, there was no sign and I waited 10 minutes before a staff member came over to tell me this, as no one was staffing the bar. I have stayed at other Novotels before and this one was very disappointing in comparison.
