It’s a nice clean hotel, staff were lovely in the evening but daytime although helpful could be a bit more cheerier. Bar staff were lovely especially the tall man, the short lady with blonde hair (if I remember correctly) and Ruslap I think his name was. The black young guy with long hair was very friendly too. Downfall was, we were charged £85 extra for 2 rooms which were meant to be family rooms but it turns out, all 5 rooms we booked were exactly the same. We would not have paid the extra £170 if this was made clear on the booking. Also parking is £18 a day which is a bit much, however it was secure. Steam room wasn’t working till our Last day and pool is very small but that was ok as it wasn’t busy. In a more busy period it would be disappointing.

I cannot comment on the rates from booking.com, however this would have also been the case had you booked directly with us. As for parking, our rates are set to reflect the secure environment we offer, and are competitive in the surrounding market, we strive to keep our facilities well-maintained for all guests. I regret that the steam room was not operational during most of your stay due to a technical fault beyond our control and appreciate your understanding regarding the pool size. Absolutely terrible. This hotel used to be top class. It's not been invested in, it's short of staff and those you do have are bloody ignorant and rude.
