Pretronas TripAdvisor review

Terrible experience. I was given a room key for an occupied room. I returned to reception and was given no apology at all...I emailed Novotel and they just ignored me. I would not feel safe staying at this hotel in future.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Great breakfast with lots of choice and lots of options for children. Very helpful, friendly staff. Our room was spacious and our beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with lots of amenities nearby. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

One Night at Novotel Sheffield

I’ve stayed just one night here in Sheffield on a quick trip, and what could’ve been a scary moment turned into the best part of the stay. My friend lives with diabetes, and around midnight, her blood sugar took a sudden dip. We rushed to call reception, hearts racing, and were met by i believe his name is Angelo the night team – who didn’t even blink. The room itself was clean and quiet – exactly what we needed . We left feeling looked after, not just housed. Would 100% come back.
