From check in to check out it was a fantastic time Friendly staff, willingness to assist in any problems that I had just made our stay more enjoyable We look forward to returning later in the year Oh the food was good too!

Restaurant closed for private party. Could have eaten in bar, but loud music made it impossible to stay. Had been in email contact with hotel re restaurant availability...nothing said about closure. Also did not care to be told 'busy tonight/big party in/short staffed'. Yes it is a problem for Novotel. But it is not a problem for the guests. No rates have been reduced for lack of staff.

Quite old hotel. Furnishings were aging, could see damage in tiles etc. Tv would not connect to device, breakfast was light.
