I yet again enjoyed a fantastic stay at Novotel Sheffield. Online check in was so easy and the reception staff made you feel welcome on arrival. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the huge selection on the buffet breakfast is exceptional.

Really liked the stay other than waitress at breakfast was wearing hood over her head and couldn’t stop thinking she was a customer not member of staff ,a little unprofessional in my opinion.

Nice , friendly comfortable hotel. Nice room with all facilities. Very good wifi. I ordered a hot dinner in my room, it came on an open plate without a lid, was lukewarm and lacked salt. I went for breakfast at 9am: the scrambled eggs were like sands, the mushrooms were not cooked properly , the bacon had been waiting for too long; the boiled eggs , bread and pastries were good.

Arrived at reception told room was ready went to the room but the cleaner was still cleaned it so went back to the bar to get a drink! We had booked breakfast but wasn’t told what time it was! Arrived for breakfast nobody to greet you or see if we had paid anyone could have walked in hotel and took a seat and had a free breakfast! Rooms were comfortable but could do with an update I was disappointed with the standard for the price we paid!!
