Room was fine. Although no bin bags in the bins so just had to put teabag directly in it. Long check in process was waiting for what seemed an eternity. Then when they did finally come they weren’t very quick in doing it. Although they said would send an invoice. Still not received it yet from them two days later

Accor is plastic free and this is the reason as to why there are np bags in the bin. I am sorry that you wasn't happy with our service on check in, I will certainly investigate this. Disappointed compared to my last visit

There was an industrial fan/extractor fan outside the room that was noisy all night and morning so I couldn’t open the window. (Room 105) Only 1 plug point in the room was working (next to the tv) so getting ready to go out and charge my phone was hard Bathroom extractor fan wasn’t working so the room steamed up and as I couldn’t open the window due to the noise the room felt damp Really disappointed as this wasn’t my first stay but it may be my last

Room highly cleaned. Breakfast OK but evening meal extremely poor. Frozen and stale bread and husbands burger returned. Emily very apologetic but didn't know about food until we were leaving.

Excellent, as usual. Staff are efficient, and responsive. The room is spacious and has excellent sound-proofing and a good blackout curtain so you are not overly disturbed by the adjacent railway and motorway noises.
