Met all of our needs. Well located near the M1, clean room, comfortable bed, excellent WiFi allowing for work and helpful staff.
I drove 4 hours to get to this hotel to watch a evening football match

Hotel room was ok but there was so much loud banging of doors from other rooms Also we we returned to the hotel quite late a lot of people drinking out side making a lot of noise Also got woken up at 3am and 3.50am people still coming back to their rooms l didn’t get much sleep that night

My stay was not enjoyable at all due to being given a disabled accessible room that leaks water whenever the shower in the above room is being used. This is apparently a known fault with the room, yet it is still available for people. I was told I could use a mop to clean it but they couldn't move me to another room. I was a lone customer in a wheelchair and was not offered any assistance the get through double doors to my room. The staff were not particularly helpful. I will not be returning to the hotel.
Dear Natasha, I have already replied to your email with a full response, but for the sake of this review I would like to highlight a few points. 1. The leak in question is/was not a regular occurrence. A similar issue happened once before, which our Maintenance team actioned. The issue had not occurred since until your stay, and the room is now unavailable for use until our Maintenance team investigates further. 2. You were not offered a mop to clean the water. Our team member advised that we could try to mop it up for you, if you wanted to remain in the room (considering we did not have anymore accessible rooms available at the time). Alternatively we offered you standard room with as much space as possible for your wheelchair. 3. I have been advised you were offered assistance numerous times, to which you politely said you were ok. Obviously the issue with the leak should not have happened, and I will be reviewing with the team on how to better handle such an issue in the future.
