I have recently stayed in two Accor hotels. One in London, one in Barnsley. On each occasion my e-mail account has been compromised. This hasn't happened in other hotels in which I have stayed. This co-incidence of Accor hotels raises the suspicion that this might be the work of an Accor employee??

I’m name is Ikra bibi (sadia Z.) known as we always come to ibis and book a room but this time we was handed a card to a room 208 but the room was already in use and it’s was an embarrassing moment walking into a room with someone else sleeping on the bed we came back to the reception and the lady didn’t even apologise just said oh wait in the lobby area and we will allocate another room I felt like the whole Situation wasn’t deal with correctly I would like to make an official complaint please can you look into this and get back to me ik…

The reception and quality of the room was what we expected it to be. On arrival we were met by a very friendly and welcoming receptionist who pointed out the details of parking and what to expect from our stay in Barnsley. The room was warm and ideal for our stay. Because we didn't nee our room cleaned the receptionist ensured we had a supply of milk for our morning coffee. On departure the receptionists ensured we were satisfied with our stay and helped with our membership no. Overall, a great stay.
