On arrival I was unable to park in a dusablrd bay as there were at least 4 cars (without disabled basges) in the spots. When I mentioned this to reception staff I was told it happens all the time. Wgeb I suggested they should call the teke numbers of people that had parked there, as reception ask for vehicle Reg numbers, I was told it would take too much time. I therfore had to park furtber away. Suggestion, you increase the nunde of dysabled spots and ask reception staff to check where people have parked when registering. The room was nice and clean. Same problem about parking when we returned later that day.

Great hotel but the women that checks in is very rude and makes me feel very uncomfortable . Apart from that the hotel is lovely.
