Couldn’t wish for a better welcome to our Native Barnsley. We will certainly stay here again when we are back down from Newcastle visiting friends and family. Stayed before which was before I had my Emotional Support Dog. Hoped it would work out now we had him along but there was nothing to worry about. The three of us were made to feel like we had come home to more friends. Thanks to all the excellent staff, absolutely everyone we met were exceptional. They were a credit to the brand and all deserved a mention, if only I had a memory for names.

Fire alarm at 3am took an hour to sort it. False alarm or faulty system. Room key issued to another guest and someone trying the door at night.
