Very noisy rooms. Not the cleanness expected from a 4* mercure hotel. But most of the staff were friendly and service minded. Warm room (which I found nice always being cold). But it was overall OK. No fresh air except for 1 window that I couldn't fully open but opened up to a very dirty inside area (between walls/2 buildings).

Amazing hotel came here for a 2 night stay for anniversary Lesley the house keeper was amazing couldn’t do enough for me and my partner. Front of house staff were also very accommodating. We are definitely coming back. We had rose petals on the bed. Room as also very clean and tidy. Couldn’t ask for a better stay

Came to this hotel with my partner for our anniversary there was rose petals on the bed. House keeping couldn’t do enough for us. The staff are so friendly. Room was clean. Stayed 2 nights definitely will be back Thank you for making our stay amazing.
