Staff took 20 min to do check in,l and gave me a room that was mot ready (two staff members were in the room when i came in). Hotel is really old and my gold membership wasn’t acknowledged.

Absolutely terrible stay. Paid for Prestige upgrade with a King-size bed, we got no upgrades and two single beds pushed together. Breakfast was non existent. No food everyone wasn't happy.

In one year this place’s standards have fell into an abyss. Always stayed here and now that ALL the staff have left (I wonder why)? Stop penny-pinching so much so that, when I wanted ice in my drink, I was told that it costs money because “we’re on a water meter”. Initially I thought that he was joking, apparently not. So, I went to the local shop and bought my own ice. Cleanliness is disgraceful, maintenance is nonexistent and the staff are so untrained that I am unsure why Accor still put their name to it. Very sad.
