I asked for a quiet room, as I'm a light sleeper. I was kept awake until 2AM by the noise from a local bar. To compound this, the curtains didn't fully close, so the room was fully light by 5AM. Further, the room appeared dated, the shower was cold (even after some considerable time running) and there was not body wash or shampoo in the wall dispensers.

The room is dated but clean. There’s also smoke smell in the hall way. However, the deal breaker for me is the thin wall. And there’s party up to 3 am in the morning. I chose to stay there to get more sleep but the room doesn’t help… Regardless, staffs were very nice and have service mind. Breakfast was alright. Love the coach in the reception.

Check in was smooth and quick. The room was 3rd floor and lift out of order. TV didn't work, only 1 tea bag and only decaff coffee. Bar area closed. Bed very comfy. Noisy outside until about 2am. Doors closed with a loud bang during the night. Breakfast was very disappointing, hot food was room temperature and sat out from 6am when my friend first came downstairs which meant it was dry and hard by the time I came downstairs at 9am. Check out was straightforward.

On check in I was allocated to a room that was either occupied or unmade so had to go back down reception after a very long day travelling. The room was OK, not great but OK, in the morning there was no hot water! I had to have a cold shower. Also a huge pile of decaf coffee sachets with no normal coffee. Overall, pretty poor if I'm honest and not what I'm used to.

I arrived late at Doncaster by train so it was great to arrive at such a restful and pleasant building. The train is a short walk from the station and is a really nice building. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

In one year this place’s standards have fell into an abyss. Always stayed here and now that ALL the staff have left (I wonder why)? Stop penny-pinching so much so that, when I wanted ice in my drink, I was told that it costs money because “we’re on a water meter”. Initially I thought that he was joking, apparently not. So, I went to the local shop and bought my own ice. Cleanliness is disgraceful, maintenance is nonexistent and the staff are so untrained that I am unsure why Accor still put their name to it. Very sad.

While the size of the room was sufficient The following issues - The room was dusty, old cloth chairs and wooden wardrobes holds the dust - The bin had not been emptied - The grout in the bathroom floor has holes in it - There was a hole that was kicked in to the back of the bathroom door - the table at the entrance and tables around the back were covered in empty glasses no one was sitting at the tables Staff were nice, but for an accord hotel, spend some money refreshing it or sell it on.

We had a booking issue, in that the Accor ALL website would not allow us to book for two adults and a 14 year old in a room that is advertised for up to four adults. Weird. However, once we arrived every staff member was extremely friendly and were extremely helpful. On-site parking is very limited and it's a hike from a public car park. However, the location worked well for us because it was a short walk from Doncaster station where my wife and daughter arrived.

The staff were lovely but the room was shabby with peeling paint on the carpet, stained curtains, holes in the bathroom door plus the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied. The TV rwmote didn't work properly so we could only watch random channels at an inadequate volume & there were minimal plug sockets. The noise from a nearby bar was horrendous, until gone 1am on a Monday night.

Room and bathroom clean, bed comfortable, radiator did not work, noise from across the road until midnight, slamming doors inside the hotel until 4:00 in the morning. Breakfast a mixed blessing, no mushrooms, to serving spoons for the fruit, nothing to put the jam in, bread rolls either underbaked or not baked at all

The hotel itself is good the location is great The reception staff I would give a10 Very helpful restaurant very mediocre Luke warm breakfast would recommend going to Wetherspoon just round the corner 1/2 the place and the meal is hot
