We were disappointed with our stay, 2 nights in mid January. The tv was not a smart tv, bbc1 had no volume, there were hairs on one of the beds, the room service sandwich was absolutely terrible - I took a picture. We stay in lots of hotels and this was not a good guest experience. On letting reception know and purchasing a half day spa voucher for a friend as a gift this was reduced from £65 to £39 due to our poor experience. We were told that we’d get a call regarding actually taking the whole amount off but no one called.
