Extremely disappointed It was dirt and the mattress protector was certainly not acceptable The mattress had been turned as that was not clean either We were given another room which was slightly better but the cobwebs and dust were unbelievable The carpets all needed a good clean On the plus side the breakfast was good as was the spa, the whole place needs a good clean.
