Staff friendly. Room clean. Just such a walk from reception up and down stairs. I don’t think anything can be done about this due to how the building is set up but it was a pain. We have stayed before and would do again. Biggest complaint is that this complex is cashless.

I only had one night at the hotel, as I had a bad fall at my son’s wedding reception. So I had to stay with my other son in Sheffield. However the first night was very satisfactory, apart from the steak which my brother had ordered was inedible as it was very tough, and he had to send it back to the kitchen. He chose to have fish instead, which was good.
