Checked in disappointed no upgrade always seem to look after you when booking thro All Accor Was advised depends on room’s availability, but we went on the website and site was saying rooms available Ate in the restaurant ordered Buff Burger which came with tomato hate tomatoes was not advertised with tomatoes so what a waste Water was £5 for 75cl Pool was cold Sign In the bathroom had been half painted over can house keeping not see this

It was okay. I struggled a bit as it was very cold in the room, the heating wasn’t enough therefore it was a bit uncomfortable.

Ordered tea/coffee food etc in the afternoon..hot drinks came..then we waited a long time for sandwiches and scones..by the time they came we had drunk our beverages. We had no phones in our room to call reception..had to use mobile as there wasn't enough tea or sugar for 2 people staying over night.. at 1am there was a lot of racket in the hallway outside our room...I would have thought that there would be staff around asking everyone who left the conference to be considerate to the guests who were sleeping. Or some sort of sign. I also woke up to vomit outside my front door .. there was not enough staff on at the conference bar. . There were 250 people attending the ball..and 4 people behind the bar...and at one pint there were only 2..perhaps having more staff and more pumps would solve this? And being able to serve customers more quickly would mean gaining more revenue behind the bar..people would not go back to bar becuase of the wait time to be served
