Didn’t get to spend much time in spa as kids jumping in and out of pool not relaxing at all requested twin rooms and got double so didn’t get much sleep drinks expensive

Staff were nice, but service was lacking. Room not very clean. Mould in the bathroom. A ‘Privilege’ suite. Really not worth the cost.

I stayed the night before attending a full day event in one of their meeting rooms. Both were great. I was surprised and delighted at how big my standard room was and loved the shower, gown and slippers. The event room was good and refreshments were regularly replenished. I enjoyed the hot lunch provided. Exceeded expectations and would highly recommend.
