Everything is top class….. did not gave 10 just because water running out very slowly from bathroom, so had to switch off shower every few Minutes, other than that was perfect. Spa, gym , sleep and breakfast:)

The staff were great, the breakfast was superb - however the house keeping left a lot to be desired. We stayed for 5 nights, yet on 3 of those days on returning to our room late in the evening we found that the bed had not been made and the hospitality tray not replenished leaving us with dirty cups, spoons, glasses and no tea/milk. To say we were not impressed come the 3rd time this happened (having informed the reception each time) would be an under statement.
