Stay was fantastic, staff went above and beyond for you and made you feel very comfortable. Spa was so nice and relaxing. Food was really nice. We would return again. Just one bit of advice I would give is eggs do not belong under heat lamps and to avoid waste cook them fresh. But breakfast was still lovely, just would want fresh eggs.

Nice hotel with decent rooms. The shower was great, really hot, easy to use and spacious. Loved the shower. Facilities were good. Nice pool but really disappointed with the family slot. You can only swim with children at weekends from 8am-10am and breakfast is only server 7.30-10.30. Made us feel very unwelcome as a family. Either the swim times need changing or breakfast needs extending, not fair that families are penalised. Our room was so far away. It was awkward to get to over lots of groups of stairs, poor signage and no offer of help with bags. Saw a family with a young baby really struggling with the pram. Nightmare.

The day before we arrived, we received a call, checking whether we were there for a busy event. When we said we weren't, the receptionist offered to put us away from the potentially noisy party. Thus was greatly appreciated: thank you Holly. On arrival, check in was swift & friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable & had everything we needed. There were even balloons as I'd mentioned it was my husband's birthday! Breakfast on both mornings was very good: self service but everything seemed fresh & remained available throughout service from what we saw. We had one evening meal there, which was fine but not special. If I was looking to improve anything, I'd suggest a bit more imagination in the menu. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Such a relaxing spa, saunas, pool, hot tub, great food, just an all-round great experience. The meal times were reasonable, and they fit us in at the restaurant at a reasonable time on short notice on a Saturday night. The food was lovely, both dinner and breakfast, with a great selection of food that was all up to a good standard, and would say it was very fairly priced. The room was perhaps a little dated, although we stayed here last year and the room was much nicer, so probably just a bit of pot-luck. Having said that, the room was still clean and up to standard, with an incredibly comfy bed and large TV, as well as plenty of space to get ready.
