All Staff where very friendly and professional as in our previous stay. Hotel lovely, well presented, good selection of food at all meal times. Previously stayed in 110- much nicer room. Stayed in 220 this time, main room clean but carpet in need of repair/replacement, curtain coming off curtain tape, no glasses in room (bar staff happy to provide 2 for me). Bathroom looked clean but when sat in bath under all the shower parts a deep clean is required. A bit disappointing but wouldn't stop us returning as staff are so lovely.

Very poor this time if was our 3rd visit and this was the worst time all other times was excellent. Had to send evening meal back twice as unable to cut chicken, the following day our room was not made up or cleaned we spoke to reception about this as was going to sort it out that evening sadly this didn’t happen due to restaurant being busy and was not able to get one of the waitress to sort it out. Then are last night the door handle fell of from the inside I was able to put screw back in and it held. When checking out I did inform reception. So over not a good break this time I will say all the staff we great and help us out. I believe that the owners of the hotel need to invest in it as could be amazing.

I had reserved a room at tankardsley manor, as I was attending a Christmas party night.and thought that getting a room would be easier than trying to arrange a lift home or a taxi. My stay was extremely pleasant. Check in was smooth and easy and the young man on reception was lovely. He even lent me a charger plug for my phone as I had forgotten mine. Tea and coffee was available in the room & the bed was very comfy. I had a great night's sleep. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, a very wide choice from fruit yoghurt & pastry, to full English with choice of eggs. Even a gluten free option. All in all would I stay here again. Yes, in a heartbeat . I had a lovely stay.
