The bed was bigger than normal double, which I had requested, so that was nice. The room was extremely dark because of Stuipid ceiling lights and the only mirror was a full length so struggled to do my makeup as the tv was above the desk in the room. The mirror was too far in the bathroom as it was only over the sink. This obviously won’t affect everyone but it was annoying. Also the headboard was placed way above the bed so you couldn’t really lean on it. Empty wardrobe where the fridge would have been at some point. Only stayed the one night for valentines so it was ok, but I wouldn’t stay there again. Breakfast was ok.

I could hear everything from the room next door to us, the walls are so thin, was not relaxing experience at all. Reception staff were friendly. I found the bar staff average, bar area unwelcoming, we planned to stay in but went out as wasn’t a great vibe.

Our 3 visit and we are never disappointed. Wonderful staff who are friendly, helpful and professional. Lovely room, dinner and breakfast. Hotel was busy with guests but it didn't feel like staff where rushing anyone, everything just flowed. Thank to everyone, we will be back

Hotel room was very tired, window leaked, extractor was full of dirt. Evening set meal was all fried food not al a carte as suggested by reception when we booked..
