Found out that I paid twice as much for my room than a party of 20. On first night, pizzas over cooked. On 2nd day asked for a small bowl of plain pasta with a bit of cheese and initially going to be charged £10 for the privilege. That night, the adjoining room had kids with no adult supervision that were screaming until 11.00 at night - why you would have this next to an accessible room is beyond me. The next morning I asked if could get a couple of weetabix for my daughter as we had ran out. I was told I had to pay £11.50 which I did, and then got told they didn’t have any weetabix. Extremely disappointed with the stay, you have gone from being welcoming and supportive to being money grabbers with poor customer service

Everything was done well, check in was quick and easy, the room was comfortable and well appointed. It was rather noisy outside in the early morning from traffic etc. but I guess this is a city thing. Overall my stay was very enjoyable and the 12 pm checkout was really useful.

Stayed following a work meeting. Hotel was easy to find and well located to the city centre. Food from the restaurant and breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped. WiFi was good and suitable for work purposes. All in all a great place a stay
