The bed was extremely hard and the pillows unbelievably lumpy. This combined with noise outside to deliver a very, very poor night of sleep. I won’t be visiting again.

We were attending an event at Ponds Forge - this hotel is a 2 min walk from the leisure centre and offers reduced priced parking at Q park across the street. All very convenient.

Stayed one night for a business trip, and it was perfect for me on my own. Can't fault it. The shower room is a plastic capsule in the corner, 2 big size towels and pump toiletries. Hot, powerful shower. Kettle and brew makings. Crisp, white cotton sheets Everything I needed. Friendly, efficient staff. Quick check out. Well stocked breakfast buffet.
