Very nice hotel, the location is ideal for graduations day. Needs ventilation in rooms, Room was so hot we had to sleep with the window open and remove the duvet

Great location unfortunately lots of road noise as the window doesn't seal closed. Mattress could also do with replacing as it is lumpy.

Poor room, prepaid breakfast not recognised

1) Request for a high room facing front (sent three weeks beforehand) was completely ignored. Ended up with a poor view room overlooking a high wall. Replacement room was already occupied! Moved back into the original room! 2) BB package not recognised (I paid a lower price because of Voyageur status and hotel thought that this lower price meant that I hadn't booked breakfast). HOWEVER staff on duty recognised these issues and gave me a free dinner.

Generally comfortable, but the room being too hot combined with the noise of traffic through the open window made it difficult to sleep. As someone who doesn't eat much for breakfast, the single cover charge was not tempting for a cup of coffee and cereal so I didn't partake.
