This is our second stay here. It is clean and staff are very polite and helpful. It is close to the tram which is good to get around and close to the town.

The hotel was ideally situated for Ponds Forge, just a couple of minutes walk. Also just a short walk to shops, restaurants etc. in the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed although it would have been nice to have a couple of hand towels in addition to the bath towels. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice but there did seem to be some confusion amongst the staff with pricing with some saying it was half price for children under 12 years and others saying it was full adult price for all children over 3 years. The staff were arguing amongst themselves about this whilst I was waiting to see what I would be charged for myself and my 11 year old which I found unprofessional and frustrating.
