staff were excellent & efficient, they were understandably careful when letting me come back in at 2.30am but they were quick with the checks....the room was maintained to a high standard

The heater in the room could not be turned off. The staff member had to switch it off at the mains. He couldn't offer me another room, as the hotel was fully booked. He said he would inform the morning team, but no one said anything to me. I wanted to mention it when I checked out but there was no staff member available to talk to. Apart from that, it was the usual good service from Ibis Sheffield.

Cant complain about anything - perhaps some fresher breakfast items on the cooked breakfast.
