as a silver member, i normally get offered a welcome drink. room was to hot and could not cool it down even with the window open just silly little thing, no to the high standards i get in Bristol

The room and hotel facilities were what I expected, but the location being adjacent to major roadways and the tram line means that there is significant noise generated with little noise proofing so sleep quality was poor

The rooms were clean and tidy. However, breakfast was awful everything was dry and overcooked. We weren’t even late to breakfast as we ate at 7.30am. The hotel was definitely a budget hotel. The extra bed in the room might as well not had a mattress on it as it was that thin. My daughter had an awful nights sleep. Would not recommend at all.

all was fab. there was no remote for the tv in my room on arrival but that was quickly resolved for me when informing reception location was ideal for the city centre the safety aspects like having to use room key to access the lifts to the rooms and enter the building when reception desk not manned at night were great for a lone traveller using the hotel staff had great customer service skills

Ideal budget hotel as we were visiting family who lived nearby so just needed a bed for a night. The room was very clean. Although the window was open we didn’t hear traffic which was good. The only reason I haven’t given a 9 or a 10 was because there were no hand towels supplied and the shower cubicle wall had rough plaster? on it which looks like it had maybe been done to fill a hole or something?

I stay here a couple of times a year, and the hotel is perfectly situated for Ponds Forge. It isn't fancy but it's a comfortable bed, good breakfast and helpful staff.

We always stay in Ibis, centre, due to location and price. Booked through Accor website, as usual. Great price, even tho we changed our booking, but was sorted out quickly. I originally booked with my points, but had these put back in my account. Great breakfast, as usual.

Room was good as expected for a budget room, practical with everything we needed for our stay. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 1.30am so we had to evacuate, thankfully not for longand it went off. The exit a few of us left by at the bottom of the stairs there were no staff members there to check wveryone was ok and to give us the ok to entre the building. This meant I felt unsettled going back to our room and slept poorly, obviously the fire alarm going off couldn't be helped and I don't have an issue with having to evacuate, a visible staff presence would have been reassuring

Regarding the fire alarm we do apologise for any confusion , the member of staff on duty was dealing with it as efficiently as possible and following fire training procedures. The instructions for the fire assembly point is noted on the inside of each hotel room door which guides you leave through an emergency exit then make your way to the front of the hotel on the opposite side of the road. The night staff where at the front making guests aware it was a false alarm and someone had pressed the fire button instead of the bell for reception. We do apologise once again for the disturbance caused. Sincerely,
