This is the third time we have stayed at Peppers and once again we were more than happy with the accommodation and service. This time we had an ocean view room and balcony which we made use of every morning start the day listening to the ocean Only complaint was some days it was hard to get a spot around the pool - we noticed alot of unattended chairs from early morning which people had placed towels on and didn't arrive till lunchtime.

Ideal location and facilities but our stay was disappointing by inconsiderate people in the apartment above us on the nights of 5,6 and 7 th August who made noise that prevented us from sleeping.we were in apartment 4212 . Night of the 7 th August they started at 11.45 pm and went to 3-15 am the following nights from 10 pm ish until 12 midnight and 1 am respectively. I did call reception early on the first night and the young lady said she would take a look,I do nor know what she achieved. The next morning on the 6 th I spoke to a gentleman at reception who checked the records and said the apartment was occupied from late on the 5 th by the owner an he would be there beyond our stay.He also said he would try and speak to him. The situation was very disappointing the owners above surely are aware that scrapping your chair legs on the floor resonates through the concrete floor .Thats just one example of the noise created there were others like voices. So as you would appreciate this made our stay disappointing on our trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
