I came to the hotel reception in the afternoon on 21.08.2026 The young officer boy did not greet me, did not say a single word, just looked at me. He didnt say a single word like hello, good day, welcome etc. I asked the officer why there was no response to the e mail I sent and said I wanted to talk to the responsible person. When the officer checked the e mail on the computer and told me that the e mail I sent had gone to the hotels rezervation department and that the department was responsible for the issue, I repeated that I wanted to talk to the responsible person. The officer called somewhere, spoke to someone and said that the person kn charge wanted to talk to me on the phone. I said that this service extremely disrespectul, that I did not want to talk on the phone, and that it was very difficult for the responsible person to come to the reception. Meanwhile, Gabriel came and said that what I wanted in the e mail had been fulfilled. I told him that shoul have been answered even in two words.. The extremely arrogant, rude and arrogant attitude of the receptionist made me feel that I was not welcome at the hotel. By the way, I wonder how it can explained that none of the rmployess at the hotel have name taas. I have never seen such a strange practice in any of the Accor hotel chains...

We had an excellent experience at Ibis Styles Bucharest City Center during our stay with a group of 24 people. A special thank you to Robert, who was extremely kind, professional and supportive throughout our entire stay. His assistance made the coordination of our group much easier. We would also like to highlight the professionalism and friendliness of both the reception team and the restaurant staff. The catering fully took into account all the requests and dietary requirements we had communicated in advance, and the food received very positive feedback from all participants. The coffee breaks were very well prepared, the meeting room met all our needs, and the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was excellent. Overall, everything was very well organised, and the staff were always helpful, attentive and willing to assist us. A 10/10 experience. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay and our event so pleasant and successful.

This was a lovely hotel with a great breakfast. It’s only 10-15 minutes walk from the main station. A taxi into the old town was only around €3.

Nice location, easy to reach. Staff were friendly. Lovely room with good amenities. Very nice breakfast with huge variety of dishes. Perfect location for a city trip.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, it’s well located, easily get around to the famous sightseeing spots and areas. Good breakfast with not a lot but good enough choices of food, cereals, pastries, different ways cooked eggs, selection of ham and cheese, fruits, Melons , choice of coffees and teas… The restaurant opens all day long and serves very good meals, we had fish, beef, vegetables, salads, burgers, chicken breasts… they were all very good cooked and tasty. The room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Everything was good at this hotel , however I arrive there 11:30 in the morning. I know the check-in is at three in the afternoon , however I did explain to the staff that I have been travelling all night and they made no effort whatsoever to accommodate me a little bit earlier even though another Accor line hotels the staff always did their best to check me in before 3 o’clock due to the fact that at that time I was a gold member and now I am a silver member of Accor . They offered to charge me a whole day to accommodate me from 11 o’clock , however I think my status as a silver member allow me to have early check-in and late checkout. But anyways, my stay overall was good. The rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were amazing. Breakfast was very satisfying and delicious.

I had a good time in your hotel but I will suggest that you consider giving a bottle of water complimentary everyday to your clients especially the accor members. Your ibis is the first I noticed that dont provide a bottle of complimentary drinking water to your guests. Then your breakfast menu should occasionally vary some days. I noticed you served almost same menu everyday. Otherwise it was a pleasant time. Thanks

Over the past 14 months, I have stayed at the hotel nine times. Each time there has been an issue with receiving an invoice for my company, and the problem is always different. During my most recent stay, it was not possible to get the invoice before check‑out, and at check‑out the process took a very long time. The staff had to consult with others, and I ended up losing time. It seems that the reception team is not sufficiently trained, and perhaps the IT system is also not functioning well. There are clearly no standard procedures in place. Additionally, during my last stay in a Premium Room, there was no bottle of water and no coffee capsules on the second day, and on the first day there was only one capsule, which is disappointing. There was also a water leak in the shower cabin.
