I need an invoice. I emailed. I called the central number numerous times (they are not able to provide it, but were also unable to transfer me successfully to the reception). I called the hotel direct numerous times - no answer. Additionally, lets not forget that I was supposed to have the invoice emailed to me, which never happened.

+++ Comfortable bed, good shower. Friendly staff. Close to public transport for going to the center. - - - Noisy room because of moving elevator and neighbors. Room was definitely not sound proof. It says free parking in the app. Not available and not actioned or followed up by staff. At least you could mention to take the feedback with head office to correct the info in the app. Mold in the shower. Lacking more fruit like apples or bananas for breakfast. Only old watermelon available. Yoghurt came out of a machine. Better fresh in bowl. You should provide coffee and tea in the room, especially at the rates you’re charging. There is space enough for an armchair to add comfort. An employee had quite a loud business call discussing company info out loud in the lounge. That does not seem very professional.

The room absolutely exceeded our expectations. We travelled on the overnight train from Budapest and were exhausted & looking forward to a smooth, friendly check in. The room was not ready, it was a scorching hot day. The 2 male staff on duty were not forthcoming in offering us a complimentary drink to quench our thirst. We were a party of 3, they offered us 1 water! I’d expect a little more tbh from Ibis
