Booking was sooo complicated (i sent an email and non was answered for 2 times; received answer just when collague from Romania called someone from the hotel by phone and push them to answer; agreed one and receive email (in Romanian even i wrote in English) with something others in a day when we arrived (before we came); location is good; furniture in breakfast area is...nothing was stable - neither chairs neither tables-we spilled out our drinks a few times; receptionist was soooo polite and helpfull (grade 10 for him); we were in the hotel for 2 nights but have to pay service between first and second day - strange (not when we come; not during check out - because first night was with and second was without breakfast) and even we wanted to pay when we come because we could not and agreed that we will pay in the end, someone from reception was stopped to do it before second day - when we wanted to go to room, he asked us to pay?! Hotel is quite good but there are a lot of place for improvement - my opinion :)

We will look into this matter and take corrective actions to ensure our furniture meets our guests' expectations. I am pleased to hear that you found our receptionist polite and helpful. Our policy is to ensure clear communication about charges and payment schedules, and it appears we failed in this instance. We will review our procedures to prevent such occurrences in the future.
