The booking process was a nightmare ! We were 3 people in 1 room. Change of rooms after 1st night. Not enough towels. Only paper cups provided in 1st day. Noise from about 100 teenagers staying in hotel. Couldn’t get served at bar as foyer blocked. Eventually bought bottle Prosecco and took out of the way to the room. It was undrinkable. First time I have tipped an entire bottle down the sink. Breakfast was disgusting. I never ate a thing. Coffee machine out of order 1 day by time fixed late for appointment. U ask if we could get coffee at the bar told we would have to pay !

we stayed 4 nights at the ibis politehnica Bucuresti and it was a very nice hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast and an excellently cooked menu of the day. I book the room at de phone and the receptionist was a very kind lady.
