Really lovely stay at the Mercure Bucharest City Center. The hotel is comfortable, stylish and in a great location, but the real highlight was the staff. The reception team were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived, which made settling in very easy. A special thank you to Alexandra, who was genuinely fantastic — friendly, professional and incredibly helpful, going out of her way to assist us during our stay. Small acts of care like that make a big difference and don’t go unnoticed. A great hotel made even better by a wonderful team. Would happily stay again.

Was walkable to old town and most attractions. Comfortable beds and clean room, would stay here again.

Please, take care of the gym. There is people booking a hotel especially for getting access to the gym. I was able to get some basic training but some equipment were not operating. In particular, the bench does not lock well and you may have some accident if somebody is going to try bench press with heavy weights. Some upgrade will help you reach higher standards. Thanks

Well located, comfortable room and very quite, good meeting facilities. I expected more from breakfast and lunch menu, but overall was ok. Coffee breaks items were perfect.
