At the same time, we sincerely regret that the minibar offering in your Privilege Room did not fully meet your expectations. Please allow us to clarify that the Privilege Room category includes several additional benefits beyond the complimentary minibar, such as a larger room, upgraded room design, bathrobes, and an extended selection of cosmetics and amenities. The minibar itself is complimentary and includes local Beer Ursus, soft drinks as Coca Cola and Sprite, Orange juice, Red Bull, plain & sparkling water mix of peanuts, all included within an additional supplement of 30 EUR compared to our standard room category. We are sorry if this was not clearly communicated prior to your arrival, and we understand how the minibar selection may have appeared limited compared to the payable minibar assortment available in other room categories. Your comments are very valuable to us and will certainly be shared internally to ensure better communication with our guests in the future, as we continuously review our guest experience.
