Warm welcome at check-in, nice and helpful staff, good and fully equipped privilege rooms, good quality breakfast, possibility for a business lunch at reasonable prices. Availability of hand disinfectants throughout the whole hotel structure. All in all still a very good choice evem in hard times.

I had a great stay! But apparently paid twice for the same stay. When I got to the hotel I was told that my reservation was canceled and if I wanted the room I had to pay on location, which I did, by cash. Now I see on my card statement that I was charged by the credit card. So I paid twice and would like one refund. Thank you!

Everyone was very kind, hotel was in a good spot, room was very comfortable. Only thing that could have been better was I was given a handicap friendly room for some reason that did not have a bathtub, which I wanted, but it wasn't a big deal. Everything else was great. :)

The hotel is located, within a few minutes walk to many shops and main metro and bus station. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were professional and friendly. The mini bar prices are too high other than that I have no comments.

i have stayed in at mecure hotel in thailand a sum of 1500 days and Ibis around 200 days I have never slept on floor with my pillar. this was a reason that i have to share my experience WHEN I ASKED FOR A BOARD TO BE PLACE UNDER MY BED MY REQUEST WENT UN ANSWER FOR TWO DAYS THEN ON MY THIRD DAY I WAS ASKED TO CHANGED MY R. Nice hotel, they have a good cover car parking area The possition of the hotel is excelent considering is very close to the city center. Rooms are ok but nothing special. The experience was not wow but not bad.

We had a great time staying in Mercure. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great time. Nevertheless, services are average due to the bureaucracy without prior instruction.

The hotel is very well placed, near the city centre. The staff was hospitable and helpful. The room was large enough, with all the necesarry things. It was clean and nice with a very good WI FI connection. The breakfast was very good and tasteful.

Nice and comfortable rooms, quit, clean, just perfect! The staff (especially at the reception) are very kind and they do a very professional job. The Hotel is very good located and you can reach the old town by 15 minutes walk. Around the Hotel are many good restaurants and bars. It's easy to get Taxis.
