We had a reservation for 2 rooms for 5 adults because the coronavirus we wasnt able to arrive, we had a Prohibition to fly from israel abroad. Israel borders are almost complitly closed and most of the flights were canceled. Now we have in israel 300 of known cases. As a repeat customer and in such an unexpected situation, we expected your understanding. The respond email we recived was negatively and Does not respect a large hotel chain like you. We are very disappointed and will not return to visit the chain.

The hotel is overall impeccable, but the rooms are extraordinarily hot and the thermostat does not work. Sleeping in 25 degrees Celsius is no fun. I've been to this hotel many a times and this is not the first time I experienced this.

It was fine. What I don’t understand is why, when a) I am a member of Accor and b) I paid months in advance I can’t be allocated the rooms I requested? Why do I get the room you decide I must have the day I turn up? The noise from the taxi drivers at the front of the hotel was annoying and I had specifically requested to be at the back. Also why on earth does the TV come in every single time you enter the room. It’s infuriating.

Quite and clean , well positioned and accessible Very small double bed 1,1 m large in last floor rooms and big bulky not very comfy pillows Toiletries and slippers supplied for 1 person only , though asked for both guests. A bit expensive parking and breakfast In 5 min walk you have plenty of breakfast options for a proper price (see Paul)

Hotel staff very friendly, breakfast very nice, but terrible room neighbors. They were very loud through all hours of night. I made 2 phone calls to the reception desk, but nothing was done. The meeting i had next day was put in jeopardy, because of lack of sleep and exhaustion.

Excellent hotel, we try and use accor hotels wherever possible. This was a clean, modern, quiet room with excellent facilities, close to town and with excellent staff. In summary i couldnt have asked for anything better for pricepoint it ticked all the boxes.

We are traveling a lot to Bucharest, and each time try a few hotels around there. We must tell that Mercure City Center is the best hotel to be in. The only problem is that they give only one shampoo and one shower gel.
