Stimate domnule Piroiu, buna dimineata, Va multumim ca ati ales Mercure Bucharest City Center si, mai ales, ca ne-ati oferit din timpul dumnevoastra pentru a ne transmite feedbackul in urma sederii! Ne pare sincer rau ca, desi experienta generala a sejurului dumneavoastra a fost una placuta, interactiunea avuta la micul dejun v-a lasat sentimentul ca nu ati primit acelasi nivel de atentie si ospitalitate pe care l-ati observat in cazul altor oaspeti. Intelegem pe deplin de ce aceasta situatie v-a dezamagit. Pentru noi, ospitalitatea nu difera in functie de nationalitate, limba vorbita sau orice alt criteriu. Fiecare oaspete merita acelasi respect, aceeasi caldura si aceeasi disponibilitate din partea echipei noastre. Ne pare sincer rau ca, in cazul dumneavoastra, aceasta asteptare nu a fost indeplinita. In calitate de membru ALL Accor Silver, cu atat mai mult, ne dorim ca fiecare interactiune cu hotelul nostru sa reflecte aprecierea pe care o avem pentru faptul ca ne-ati ales si ca faceti parte din programul nostru de loialitate. Regretam, de asemenea, ca nu ati avut oportunitatea de a beneficia de welcome drink si ca nivelul de recunoastere resimtit pe parcursul sejurului nu a fost cel asteptat. Am transmis deja feedbackul dumneavoastra catre managerii responsabili, inclusiv catre echipa de Food & Beverage. Vom folosi aceasta situatie ca pe o oportunitate reala de a reaminti echipei noastre ca profesionalismul inseamna nu doar eficienta, ci si felul in care fiecare oaspete este facut sa se simta binevenit si respectat. Ne cerem scuze, de asemenea, pentru aspectul semnalat in ceea ce priveste curatenia baii din camera 107. Gasirea firelor de par in baie nu corespunde standardelor noastre si vom acorda o atentie sporita si o verificare suplimentara a acestui aspect impreuna cu echipa de Housekeeping si in special cu guvernanta care a inspectat aceasta camera. Domnule Piroiu, va multumesc personal pentru sinceritate. Un feedback precum al dumneavoastra ne ajuta sa vedem nu doar ceea ce facem bine, ci si acele momente in care trebuie sa fim mai buni si ne ajuta sa inbunatatim permanent acele aspecte care nu sunt la inaltimea dorita. Speram sincer ca ne veti oferi sansa de a va recastiga increderea si de a va demonstra, la urmatoarea dumneavoastra vizita, ca fiecare oaspete este important pentru noi si ca ospitalitatea noastra este, in primul rand, despre oameni.
