Poor bar service with poor attitude, waited more than 20 mins and it was not a busy time. Disappointing for the price we paid to stay here, next year we will be in the Hilton with excellent recommendations. Breakfast not brilliant either, rude staff !

Clean and good location. And that's when the positives end. The room decor is like a slightly better Ibis or Holiday Inn because it has Rituals toiletries. Sadly for £110 / night in Bucharest I expect more. Not good value for money. Checked in two different rooms and both had sinks that were clogged. Shower stinks of drainage. I was offered a free drink for the inconvenience. Staff is hit & miss. The slightly overweight guy was very grumpy when we checked in. But Larissa was very helpful and smiley. I was asked to pay €12/ night extra for a friend to stay with me despite me booking a double room. When I questioned the charge, I was told it's to cover extra electricity & water. RIDICULOUS! I did not have to pay extra at other hotels in Bucharest when I had the same situation. I will NOT stay here again.

I have stayed here for the second time and I like the hotel in general. However, I ate at the restaurant for the first time and it was a very weak experience: the staff was disorganized, it took them ages to take my order and then I waited for a very long time. After 40 minutes I asked where my food was and they forgot to order it. A waiter should realize that the order hasn’t come if he/ she is paying attention but the people there were so disorganized that they didn’t. Unfortunately the food was very bad too: it was probably the worst French onion soup I have ever eaten. The salad was simply ok, but majorly underwhelming too. This is very sad because I like eating at hotels, often order room service but in this place I will not be able to. I might consider changing my hotel preference the next time I come to Bucharest as a result
