Items I forgot at the hotel

I forgot 6 packs of feta cheese and one big cascaval cheese at the minibar of my room 322 when I checked out in 18th of march. Just in an hour on the way to airport, I told my friend to call the hotel and go get them because he lives in bucharest. And when he called they said they didnt find them. They lie. I have receipts and everything. I want the cameras to be investigated because that house keeper lady on the third floor on 18th of march is a thief!!! They should have said she is in need and she took it its fine, of course. But they said they couldnt find them thats a lie! We have a company in bucharest and I will go back in a couple of days. When I go we will see how they didnt find them. Liars!

The front office team even wrote you an email, regarding the lost items they tracked down, but you did not reply to it. Our housekeeping department has found throughout the time many belongings much more valuable than that and they still returned them all, never having doubts about that.
