Ok for hôtel. I came to the restaurant in the evening for ordering a room service (there was no menu available in the room for ordering by phone). I was very badly welcomed : the waiter told me rudely I had to order by phone. Then agreed that as I was there I would order by him. He the sauf you have to pay cash /card you can’t put it on the bill of the hotel. I had no cash/card by me I paid when I was delivered in my room. Please feedback to your waiter he should be polite with the clients. If not I won’t be a client anymore. Regards

Good stay, good location, breakfast was ok. Rooms were clean and tidy. I was able to get late check out until 3pm which was free. I chose to pay on arrival and upon arrive I was made to pay an extra €20 euros which I was told I would get back at the end of my stay. My stay ended the 22nd January and I have not received the €20. I have sent an email and have not received a response because of this I would not stay here again as I feel it was some what of a scam to get extra money from me.

The room was spacious, the underground parking is a big plus, the restaurant at the lobby is pretty nice.
