I booked two rooms with you two months ago. One of the rooms was designated for guests with disabilities; it was uncomfortable for me, so I asked to switch. The front desk claimed there were no rooms available, and only after I threatened to leave the hotel did they agree to make the change. It was simply an unnecessary and unprofessional attitude. Throughout my entire stay, I felt that service was being cut back—the room wasn't cleaned, and towels weren't replaced unless I specifically requested it from the front desk. There was no sense of care or attention to detail in the rooms; it was all just cost-cutting disguised under the guise of being an "eco-friendly" or "green" hotel. I certainly don't recall requesting rooms like these—you were the ones who advertised them this way. Even the breakfast followed this "eco-friendly" approach, which meant that the items at the buffet weren't presented in a hygienic, sterile manner—why not? Unfortunately, I was very disappointed; after all, the savings you achieved should have benefited me as well.

Although the hotel is 20 years old (what you can see), a great base for exploring Bucharest. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, a lovely little welcome treat in the room (nothing extravagant, but a thoughtful gesture), breakfast buffet with a great choice (thanks, Andreea and Cosmin!) made us as a family feel home.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The service was excellent, the location was perfect, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast was also fantastic and fully met our expectations. The only minor areas for improvement would be the size of the family room, which could have been a little more spacious, and the children's bed, which could have been more comfortable. Blocked access due to closure both on Saturday and Sunday of the main boulevard in front. Reception blissfully unaware of the problems that creates for the guests or simply they don't care. The quality of sleeping is zero! I urge any of the management to sleep on that pillows. Shockingly bad and the fault odour coming from both the sink and the shower drains says a lot about the cleaning and maintenance of the place.

During my stay, the weather was around 9 degrees at night and my room was cold. The aircon didn't warm it. The next evening, I asked for help. The handyman came but couldn't fix it. I called the reception, they told me to change my room, i didn't want it and they sent and additional cover. Only the third night my aircon was working... I was not much happy with the situation honestly as I didn't want to change my room after setlling in the first night.

One of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The toilet in the room is ridiculously small, there is no proper bar, no decent outdoor seating area, and no designated smoking area. Guests are expected to smoke on the street like they are staying in a cheap budget hotel. The restaurant service is even worse. Staff told us we could sit outside and smoke, but they refused to serve us there. We were told to order inside and carry everything out ourselves. The most ridiculous part? Just five minutes later, we watched staff bring an order directly to another table outside. So apparently, outdoor service is possible after all, just not for everyone. Absolutely embarrassing. When I asked for a Coke and dessert, I was then told that food could not be taken outside. We eventually had to buy drinks and dessert from a vending machine, which charges separately for every single item. For a hotel charging four star prices, this is absolutely pathetic. Poor facilities, inconsistent rules, and service that makes you wonder whether anyone has the slightest interest in the guest experience. This hotel manages to make even the simplest things unnecessarily difficult. There is nothing luxurious, comfortable, or welcoming about this experience. I have stayed in countless hotels, and this one has genuinely set a new standard for disappointment. Save your money and book somewhere else. I certainly will never return.

Regarding smoking facilities, Romanian legislation prohibits smoking inside public buildings, including hotels, restaurants, and covered terraces. Smoking is therefore permitted only in designated outdoor areas. While guests may use our outdoor terrace for smoking, food and beverage service is not permitted there due to the regulations governing our restaurant operations. We understand that this may be inconvenient, and we apologize if these restrictions were not clearly explained during your stay. We are also sorry to hear about the confusion regarding service on the terrace. Consistency in applying our policies is extremely important to us, and we will review your comments with our Food & Beverage team to better understand the situation you described and ensure that communication with guests is always clear and consistent. With respect to parking, our hotel offers secure underground parking with direct elevator access to both the lobby and guest room floors. For safety, security, and insurance reasons, our team is not permitted to accept vehicle keys or park guests' cars on their behalf. As a result, we do not offer valet parking services. We regret that our facilities and services did not align with your expectations and that we were unable to provide the experience you were hoping for. Room was 27C and the sticker on the bathroom mirror says 19C is ideal for sleep. Air Con was not responding. Batchroom shower leaked everywhere and the door to the batchroom was so close to the bed I needed to turn sideways, teerribly designed room. Stay anywhere else!

Good experience, had some bad manners when checking out (had an early checkout at around 10PM and receptionist did not like disturbing her at that time, saying "at this time like I had a choice my flight was planned at 2AM" Anyway, good stay overall.

Overall our stay was nice. Staff wasn't too friendly, except the lady at the breakfast counter and the man who checked us in. Breakfast was excellent. We asked for a late checkout (we needed only 1-2 additional hours) but the staff refused our request without any consideration. They did not check which room are we in, or anything else, instead they said that the hotel is fully booked. They were occupied to mocking and hugging each other at the reception desk, and did not want to take our request seriously. I haven't experienced this before in any Accor hotel. The Winestone restaurant staff was friendly. The restroom next to the lobby was very clean. The heating in our room worked poorly but they repaired it immediately as we asked. The shower cabin leaked water to the bathroom floor, but it was only a minor issue. The location of the hotel is very good.
