We booked this hotel specifically because it was advertised as having a pool and a spa center. In reality, the pool turned out to be very small and cold, and there was no jacuzzi. We booked an upgraded room, but the sitting area was cold and the in-room jacuzzi didn’t work. It’s not worth the money. The only advantage of the hotel is that it’s close to the city center.

Very good hotel in an excellent location. There is a nice restaurant on the ground floor, and everything is clean. The only drawback, and the reason I do not recommend it, is that in the room the toilet area is separate and has no sink. This means that after using the toilet there is no sink to wash your hands; you have to touch the door with dirty hands and go to the bathroom area to wash

Long elevator waits, locked stair doors, and confusing access caused stress and even a panic attack. Restaurant manager was rude, and staff gave wrong directions, leaving us wandering in -7°C. The only positive was the breakfast buffet and the polite, helpful young staff there, also room service clean rooms and bathrooms. Definitely won’t return.

No staff extremely rude and unhelpful. My wife was in crutches and unable to walk. The staff didn’t help with anything apart from telling me to move my car quickly

Great stay at the Novotel Bucharest. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the restaurant staff were excellent as well. A special thank you to Cristina from the restaurant for her outstanding service. Highly recommended!
