I understand that the hotel was fully booked and, therefore, no upgrade was available for status customers. This is fine and ok. But other amenities, like lounge access, were also not available. During checkout and payment, which took longer than expected, the 2nd stay was forgotten. So we needed to do the payment again. Also, it was promised that I would receive the invoice(s) immediately via eMail, which I have not yet received. This questionnaire was sent out even before the invoices. Another reason for this rating.

We had a comfortable stay and were very satisfied with the hotel. The location is excellent and convenient for exploring the area. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The only downside was the bathroom layout: the toilet is in a separate room from the shower and sink, so if you want to wash your hands after using the toilet, you need to leave the toilet room and go to the bathroom. Other than that, everything was great.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bucharest City Centre. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. A special thank you to Cristi and Andi, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bucharest.
