Good location but the staff is horrible, the reception lady was unable to explain why my room will be ready for checkin just after hour 15 PM, she was keep telling me that my room is “in dirty”, in the condition I had an event of 60 people organised and payed in the hotel. All my guests had to stay very long time to get the rooms, around 15-20 minutes each. The rooms are old and not all the facilities are working, the elevators are also working slow but the food was good. Conclusion: Checkin after 15 PM and out in the morning until 12 at noon, it is not even an entire day and all this for ~200€ per single, no way! Never again and especially I will never book an event in this hotel again.

Moved room after first night to a better floor. Better rooms. Gym and spa facilities need a bit of refurnishing. Air con in the gym area did not work at all. In the gym and spa area it got very noisy from people in the swimming pool - the pool area needs to be isolated from the rest.
