The location is convenient, the façade is attractive, and my room was quiet. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The rooms feel dated, with a distinctly Soviet-era style, the mattress was extremely firm, and the tap water often came out with a yellowish tint. The biggest disappointment was the way confusion with my reservation was handled. Bad management by Monica Sendrea, unnecessarily rigid, greedy or downright unsophisticated will make me opt for a more established hotel chain like Marriot, IHG or Hilton in the future. I would not stay here again.

We enjoy the hotel overall (except the gym, the gym is bad).. Not our first stay here. This time we stayed 3 nights, of which 2 in a suite and then (because the suite was no longer available) I booked 2 rooms for my family. When checking out I learned I have to pay parking for the last night, since I had a "regular" room. I just spend >700euro with you and got a "regular" room because the suite was occupied. I communicated all these to the receptionist, who said there's nothing she can do. I guess your system makes the hotel less human and more machine. Did you appreciate this.
