The lobby is impressive but the rooms are in a state of disrepair. A broken lock, a missing remote control and stains on the carpet are evident. The atmosphere is further marred by unprofessional staff who appear to lack customer service training. While some were courteous, only a small percentage were. For example, when we asked for the pool opening time a young man simply pointed and walked away. When we repeated the request he shrugged and continued. This is a representative example of the overall experience. The cost and time invested are not justified and the disappointment is considerable.

The hotel team were very welcoming and helpful. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was really good quality and the wine bar in the reception area had a great choice of drinks and was a relaxing way to end the evening.
