First we weren’t given the rooms we had booked( two superior rooms with single beds,next to each other)They gave us two rooms with 1 queen bed.The receptionist was unwilling to change rooms so we insisted on having the rooms we had reserved.Finally they gave us these rooms but they were dirty.We found hairs on the bathroom floor and on the bed sheets!!

I forgot to mention room 323 has a very slow draining sink. It is wonderful to have the water dispenser on the floor. I think on each floor.
