It wasn't good at all . I Travelled almost every month and deal with lots of Hotels. Below are details. 1) Room was very hot and air condition wasn't working . 2) I wanted to change name on receipt they told me you can't after check out yet I do that all the time with other hotels this will put me in tough situation with Vodafone my employer specially that they booked for me. 3)Internet was breaking in my room. 4) no one informed me there is no water supply on daily basis in room this made me feel so bad . Other hotel inform me during checkin. 5) early Checkin I paid 40 euro sometimes hotels allow me to not to pay for early check in .

Went to this central hotel when I had a conference nearby and it was the best choice. The whole vibe of the hotel is cozy and comfortable. I walked everywhere: restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. The hotel itself was well-appointed with a great indoor pool and spa. The SPA services were very reasonably priced and excellent. The restaurant, staff at reception & restaurant + all points were nicely covered. I have recommended it to others and they have left with a good impression. I will be back!

This is a really good hotel in a great location. We were able to walk to every where we wanted to see in the city. Our room was clean and modern butt he bathroom was very small and dated. The shower door leaked, and the bath plug didn't fit, so it wouldn't hold water. The toilet is separate with no hand washing facility, you have to go to the bathroom. Minor issues that didn't cause us any problems. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although no information was provided at check in, you have to scan the QR code on the key for information! One thing to note is that they don't provide black tea or breakfast tea in the rooms, just herbal. If you are a tea drink ker, take your own tea bags!
