Location is great, but that's probably the only good thing about the hotel. Rooms are simple and outdated, everything feels cheap. Furniture and fixtures are old, everything in the room looks and feels old, bathroom and toilet room (how odd that they are separated) are very simple. Shower leaked a lot of water on the bathroom floor every time taking a shower. Everything felt like staying at a cheap motel, including the service. If a guest is asking for new towel, even if the room was cleaned in the morning, shouldn't get an answer that towels are being replaced only once a day. It's not that I asked to replace my towels several times a day, every day. You should not teach me about the environment. Breakfast was OK but nothing exceptional. Staff at the breakfast were nice and helpful. Front desk receptionist were not helpful, instead of trying to help the guests are more focused on helping the hotel revenue, by trying to convince us to pay for the hotel parking, which was presented during the reservation as included, but when checking in we were told that it's included only for specific room types. Moreover, when asking what's the cost of street parking, in order to get a decision what to do, receptionist tried to manipulate us and told us that "he is not sure about the street parking price, probably 70-80 lai per day, while the hotel charges 105 lai per day, trying to convince us to park at the hotel. Good that we didn't listen to him, as we only needed 5 minutes outside to realize that street parking costs 30 lai per day (its written on every street parking sign that stands evey 15-20 meters). Hard to believe that anyone who lives in this city more than 5 minutes doesn't know how much street parking costs. Disappointing.
