Visited for family birthday and to visit Therme Spa that is situated close to the hotel about 20 minutes in a taxi. The hotel was clean and well equipped, I had a small issue with my room shower that was handling quickly and efficiently by maintenance. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Would visit again!

It was wonderful time. One thing that could be improved is air conditioning system. I used just auto mode with 23*C with low fan. But it’s still works until 21 with high speed and noise. So maybe just regulate it better :)

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and probably one of the best I have experienced in the Ibis chain. Breakfast on Sunday was noticeably better than on Saturday, which made the dining experience more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Stefan, the bartender. He was extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming, making guests feel truly appreciated. The only downside was the communication with the hotel. I had to follow up on my email because I did not receive a response initially.

I stayed at ibis Styles Bucharest Erbas for 3 nights with breakfast included, and overall I had a pleasant experience. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was perfectly sufficient for a short business trip. Everything was fine, and I also appreciated the convenient location close to public transport, with the metro within a short walking distance. The breakfast buffet pleasantly surprised me, as the selection was quite good for the standard usually associated with ibis Styles hotels. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

I was kept waiting for 15 minutes to check in. Ordered room service on the first night of a two night stay. Plates and dirty glasses not taken from the room during the duration of my stay. Bathroom towels replaced and bathroom not cleaned.
