Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a large room (608) with a very comfortable bed and a separate living area. A welcome drink and chocolates were waiting. The staff is professional and courteous. I especially appreciated the fact they left a small gift in my room for my birthday. Those details do matter. The only strange thing is that you can not get an (alcoholic) beer on your welcome voucher in the cozy bar downstairs. I have visited hundreds of Accor Hotels all over the world and this was a new experience for me. But maybe this is not to cancel the result of a workout in the gym on the premises. And a fridge and safe are in the room. The WiFi signal is dependable. The hotel is within a twenty-five minute walk from the historic centre or four stops with the bus.

Three nights at the hotel quite close to city centre and old town. Just four stops with the bus that stops a block away from the hotel. Good breakfast.

My room 707 wasn't smelling nice (I think nearby is a smokers room and somehow smell came through the bathroom) inty my room. Breakfast was very easy, but ok. Hotel is pretty far away from interesting places as restaurants, bars or so. Hotelstaff was extremely friendly and kind.

The front desk staff was outstanding. One young man, Nicolai (black hair and beard, always in a suit), was extraordinarily helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, as was the bar and Ted's.
