Room is not worth the standard of handwritten. Extremely hot, and no way to cool expect for a window which results in a lot of noise outside. No nice bar. Theresa’s a bar but the barman is just there wearing a winter jacket and the light is like a football stadium. No complimentary bottle of water, but had to pay 12 lei. Not about the money but all hotels just offer a complimentary bottle. Room is renovated it seems but still in the bathroom lots of rust spots. Would not stay here again.

The hotel has very good location and friendly staff at the reception , the rooms are good enough . Was disappointed with the staff from cafe Ted’s , the lady was not friendly , I did order a salad , and she said they don’t have fork and knife, once asked how should I eat it, she offered me a fork from the sink , that she washed it with hand under the water . I refused it of course , and than came a boy that found plastic fork and knife . It’s really disappointing and disgusting this type of atttitude . Otherwise everything was good .
