+ Spacious triple room Clean Excellent breakfast - cleaning lady (3rd bed was not ready, we arrived after midnight and not even the bedding was in the room, took another 30min to sort out), not consistent (removed floor towel did not replace, did not replace towels anymore after second day etc)

I have come to the the Mercure ever since I have been travelling for work to Bucharest. The hotel is located on a 5 min. walk to the office and the way you are received, the rooms and the atmosphere are very welcoming. I will certainly come again if I have the opportunity!

Such a wonderful experience, the only downside was breakfast being cold and couldn’t understand why cause they were under the heat lamps.
