My friends and I stayed at the hotel for a short trip and we had a lovely time. The room was spotless and so spacious, beds were comfy and bathrooms were well stocked meaning we didn’t have to bring many liquids. Every day the room was cleaned, beds were made and towels were replaced. We were also provided with robes and slippers which was a lovely surprise. The staff made the place even more special - so friendly and willing to help with anything. I left something behind by accident and they had a whole team of people helping me look! They were so kind and accommodating, I can’t rate this place enough. A special thanks to the two gentlemen on reception and their managers who were lovely, and all the cleaning staff who were very friendly and did such a great job.

All was great with stay, however there was a lot of noise issues, from outside the hotel traffic, banging doors and the music on Saturday felt like the party was being held in our room it was so loud.

Hotel lovely and clean. Nice breakfast and well located. Not the friendliest welcome when we arrived so didn’t feel we could ask any questions but the Sunday staff were lovely and helpful.

It was a god stay, however not being able to adjust the heating, being cold in the night and the uncleanness of the bathroom, does not convince me to choose again this hotel.

Payment on credit is blocked and booked. So there is an reservation on it which harms my Cashflow. Even after calling them nothing changed
