We found the location of the hotel to be excellent, it was close to the old town and walking distance to various sights and the metro. The room was an excellent size, and comfortable, and the free mini bar was a nice extra. Our only complaint was that even though our booking was for our family, the bed for the children had not been made up prior to our arrival. I went to reception to ask for the bed making, then waited for an hour, but know one came, when I went to complain for a second time the man on reception finally brought us some bedding, and helped me pull the bed out, however it was left to me to put the duvet cover on the duvet, and although he brought 2 duvets he only actually brought one cover, it was after 11pm by this time so I didn't go and complain again as I just wanted to get my children to bed. This was the only issue in an otherwise great stay, and we would stay at this hotel again.

I've done the booking in a hurry and only later found out that it was some sort of special price that cannot be changed or moved. I feel like I was tricked into paying for something that I don't actually need. This experience has been very disappointing. Because of it, I will not recommend your hotel to my company or to my business partners in the future.
