The location is great, you’re near transport links and is in a nice area however the staff and room let it down slightly, the staff aren’t overall friendly on reception which is fine, some people aren’t overly talkative, I will say we asked for extra towels to which they brought up and the cleaners did a good job, the room had a few signs of wear and tear but the main issue was the room gets really hot and the air-con wasn’t great, we did have to get someone to come up and have a look but all he could suggest was open the window until the morning and maintenance could have a look, the issue with this is the road outside is so loud and busy we couldn’t sleep properly on the first night. Overall for the price it wasn’t a bad stay.
