Would love it give but room needs renovation

Nice & quite location, Friendly& helpful staff , would love it give a higher score , but unfortunately my room was quite disappointing , showing sign of aging & need for renovation, so I m giving the room a low score (as carpet was dirty , sink, toilet flash needs to be replaced and walls needs fresh paint )

This time my experience in your hotel was not pleasant. Extremely crowded, you had to wait a long time for elevators. I don't appreciate the idea there is no mini-bar in the room. My room was not great. The biggest inconvenient was that there was no hair drier in my room.
