A wonderful stay at a large, full serviced hotel. Although the location of the hotel is not close to the city center this is an ideal location if you are coming in for business and have meetings close to Herastrau/Romeexpo and the surrounding business park. The rooms are quite old fashioned in style but clean and comfortable. Beds are wonderful and the additional amenities are appreciated. The hotel is truly supported by excellent staff, in particular Calin at the front desk who demonstrated exemplary service, diligence and distinguished service for guests. The breakfast is also varied with a great number of local and international choices (as well as dietary choices). Valentina at the breakfast was simply amazing, kind, gracious and very hospitable. The breakfast team of Sylvia and Ramona were also standouts showing really excellent service and gracious hospitality. I look forward to my next stay at the Pullman. Herastrau Park is just next to the hotel and is a wonderful place to go for a walk and dine at the numerous restaurants.

A very nice hotel with a very warm staff at reception and others (Aura). A rich breakfast, beautiful view from the room and convenient location- close to “Old Town “. We felt wonderful and comfortable here, we will certainly return here next time!

Just visited the hotel together with my family. It is close to the airport, totally recommend it if you have a bigger layover. Everyone was amazing, we were treated with kindness and we felt like home. Room was really clean and breakfast tasted amazing.

Lovely stay. It was a quick trip for 2 days and everything was amazing. The room is impeccable clean and all of the staff was really kind, ready to help you at literally every hour of the day. Special thanks to the guy working at the reception, who gave me all the needed infos about the city.
