Everything in this hotel is perfect. From the check-in till the check-out. All the staff members are extremely polite and professional. Excellent customer service skills. I would like to emphasise the overall assistance I received from Teodora (Front Desk) - 100% professionalism. This is what we customers would love to receive and she is a perfect example how it should be in a well- run hotel. My breakfast experience was also complete with helpfulness from the breakfast team. I stayed at the Pullman hotel many times as I often travel to Bucharest with my job. My honest review is that this is an incredible hotel with highly valuable staff. Many thanks to Felicia, she is very kind and welcoming each time, making me feel like I am at home, attentive in every aspect and very professional!

Although great location and great service, a problem at many Accor 3 and 4 stars hotels: little things not working like light switches, or noisy ventilation systems (in the night silence) even when it is off.
