I have stayed at the Pullman many times over the past four years and have always appreciated the upgrades and excellent service. However, while I can accept many things, a downgrade in something as basic as the shower is disappointing. This week, I had no hot water on two out of three days of my stay. We stayed at Pullman for two nights for our wedding, which was taking place at a venue nearby, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to help and was always on standby whenever we needed anything, which made such an important and busy weekend feel much easier and more relaxed for us. Our apartment was spacious, bright, comfortable, and gave us plenty of room to get ready and enjoy our stay without feeling rushed or crowded. Breakfast was another highlight — excellent quality, fresh, and with a great variety of options. It was exactly what we needed before two very busy wedding days! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. A big thank you to the entire Pullman team for contributing to such a special weekend for us. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it!

The room was smelly, I arrived very late after flight. No energy to report it to reception

After a late flight, a comfortable and fresh room is the very least you should expect, and we regret that this was not your experience. Please allow us to assure you that our hotel is a strictly non-smoking property. We take situations of this nature very seriously and will investigate the matter internally to determine how this occurred and take the appropriate measures to prevent it from happening again. We also understand that, given the late hour of your arrival, you may not have had the energy to contact our reception team. I'd like to thank the kind staff at the reception desk firstly - not only did they accommodate me in the early hour, they also provided me with all sorts of advice as for the city and were prompt about my little requests. The only slight inconvenience was to do with access to the Wi-Fi, but the staff was ready to resolve the problem straight away. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, specious halls, a pretty and quiet room with an air conditioner which gave no trouble, nice complimentary coffee and tea. Really appreciated the convenience of the bathroom. The cleaning lady did an excellent job being helpful, yet not intrusive. The breakfast hours will suit anybody. To travel to the city centre, you need to take a taxi, which isn't too expensive, or you might get on the bus or the tram at one of the nearby stops. There's a nice park across the road with a beer place and other cafes. An ideal place to stay especially if you're travelling on business.

The young lady at the reception is very good at her job and nice with the customers. The guy from the bar should improve his communication skills, but he was ok. The hotel is clean, old school, but good taste.
