Way too expensive for what you get, i have booked hotels in Bucharest at less than half the prices with much more better rooms and new furniture, in the room at the Pullman I felt at a hotel from the `80s even though the exterior is very modern

Sunt convins ca acest feed back va servi ca si incurajare pentru intreg personalul nostru care depune eforturi pentru a imbunatati calitatea serviciilor oferite. Va multumim pentru ca ne impartasiti experienta dumneavoastra si speram ca urmatoarea sedere alaturi de noi sa fie la fel de placuta ca si precedenta. Generally I'm happy staying in this hotel, I just facing small problem with telephone in the room sometimes not working, it should be disconnected and reconnected the telephone cable it will be working, and then I have bad experienced with my previous staying that the shower gel and its shampoo are unable to be used because of bottle were stucked when I came in the first day, it means "the room is not ready" !!!

A hotel with soul! From the moment you step inside, it makes an incredible impression—you can immediately feel its unique and unforgettable atmosphere. The hotel is filled with works of art, so there’s plenty to admire. The staff are super friendly, profesional and always one step ahead of you, proactively anticipating and meeting your needs. The rooms are spacious. The food is delicious—there’s a wide selection at breakfast, and you can also request an omelet or eggs prepared to your liking. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from the lake. If I’m ever in Bucharest again, my choice of hotel will be obvious! Highly recommended.
