Despite the fact that it was a bit difficult to find the hotel, the people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleanand comfortable. In addition the style of the hotel was modern and very well designed! We enjoyed our short stay!

Segue uma sugestão de avaliação em inglês: I had a truly wonderful stay at this Ibis hotel. The location is excellent, everything was spotlessly clean, and the entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. What impressed me the most was how genuinely cared for I felt throughout my stay. The atmosphere was warm and inviting from the moment I arrived until I checked out. Interestingly, I stayed last week at two Mercure hotels and one Novotel in England, but I did not feel as welcomed there as I did here at Ibis Brussels Groot Bijgaarden. The hospitality and customer service at this hotel were simply outstanding. A big thank you to the entire staff for making my stay so enjoyable. I will gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Whilst the hotel has been constructed recently and is therefore neat, clean and functional, the service-level of personel is indifferent. I expect something else from front-end personel.

The hotel is rather new and the rooms are somewhat small but excellent. The hotel staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The breakfast was a bit overpriced.

- TV in room did not work ie. no channels available, said programmes needed loading. Tried myself, did not work. - soap bottle in shower empty - 2 of the 3 receptionists I met during my stay did not speak local language (Dutch), only the night clerk did - although all details (address, company etc) were provided during online booking, they were requested again by all 3 receptionists - room was small but just still OK, the price of €100 per night for that location (a highway parking lot) is over the top

Onze oprechte excuses voor het ongemak dat u heeft ervaren. Het spijt ons dat de televisie in uw kamer niet werkte en dat de zeepdispenser leeg was dit weerspiegelt niet onze gebruikelijke standaard van onderhoud en housekeeping. Er is 27/7 iemand aanwezig aan de receptie die u met veel plezier helpt tijdens uw verblijf. Uw opmerkingen zijn doorgegeven aan onze technische dienst en het schoonmaakteam zodat dit onmiddellijk kan worden aangepakt. . We begrijpen ook uw frustratie over het herhaaldelijk moeten doorgeven van gegevens bij het inchecken en de taalbarrière met sommige receptionisten. We werken momenteel aan het verbeteren van onze interne communicatie. We hopen dat u ons in de toekomst nog een kans wilt geven om u een aangenamere ervaring te bezorgen.
