I just checked out. I had an excellent stay, upgrade granted, good staff, excellent room and good view. However, I had one of the biggest disappointments of all the times I've used the All Accor network. I ALWAYS used to pay for my breakfast and drinks consumed at the hotel with my All Accor points, but the GIFT employee, assisted by another employee who clearly didn't know how to do this operation, couldn't charge my €61 room bill to my All Accor points, even saying that IT WASN'T POSSIBLE TO DO SO. I've stayed at All Accor hotels in Brazil, the United States, Canada, and Portugal and never had any problems. I request that you better train the check-in and check-out staff for better customer service, including teaching them about the existence and use of All Accor points! Simply disappointed!

The hotel is in a very convenient location, especially for travelers planning to visit other European cities and countries. It is also close to the Eurostar terminal, making international travel very easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. On the downside, the shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap in the room were not refilled during my stay. In addition, the toilet was located quite far from the sink, which was somewhat inconvenient

We had a flight cancellation on the day and it was very quick and easy to book a room for a family of 4. Our stay was pleasant, comfortable beds and spacious room. The shower was wonderful. It’s handy to order extra items online, we order a shaving kit and slippers. We also order an extra duvet for my teenage children who shared a bed, however the duvet came in without a duvet cover. Also my son found a dirty underpants between the curtain and his sofa bed, it was kind of disgusting, but I am sure this was only a one time incident, hopefully we won’t experience it again next time.
