This was my first time in a Pullman hotel, I spent 3 nights there. I expected a higher service level compared to Mercure or Novotel, but I'd say it is better, but not much different. The room was really nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good especially if you want to use public transport, trains, trams and busses are very close. I booked the hotel on the same price as it was offered by the Mercure on the other side of the street. On this price it was a good offer, but if I had to pay more, I would have booked a room at the Mercure.

Location was not too bad given that the train station was connected to the lobby. However, the staff were not hospitable, and in fact hostile and rude at times. Requested for a wine opener and the receptionist rudely said that I would have to pay for the wine to be opened at the bar? Called again, and someone else said I could go to the bar to get it opened for free. Weird inconsistent responses. Carpets leading to our rooms were not clean and found potato chip crumbs on the floor in our room. The crumbs were not cleaned despite reminding the staff the next morning. For a reputable branded hotel, the service was unexpected and disappointing. Also noticed a few mentally unsound people in the train station, and would recommend installing safety locks at the entrance doors of the hotel, especially the one linking to the station, which only hotel guests can access with their hotel cards.

Excellent hotel and very good staff, rooms very clean and ideally located for the train as it’s literally in the station. 20 minute walk in the city centre which isn’t the nicest walk in a run down part of town but once in the centre it’s lovely. Would use again.

Great location , nice staff & rooms , main problem was the heating system that was impossible to turn off manually and the heat coming from the room was unbearable. Took a few tries calling reception to get maintenance to turn it off completely remotely. Due to the heat, impossible to sleep on the first night, such a shame …

Even though the hotel is not in the city's primary economic district, the location is undeniably convenient, given the fact that you can enter the train/metro station directly through the lobby. And the hotel itself was excellent in all of it's services. Breakfast was excellent as well with a lot of options.
