My stay at the hotel had some positives, but unfortunately also a few important issues. The location is excellent — very convenient, safe, and close to everything I needed. The staff were also very friendly and polite, which I really appreciated. However, the beds were not made during my stay, the towels were not changed, and basic items like toilet paper were not restocked. These are essential services that should be consistently provided in any hotel.

It was very easy to enter the hotel from the Brussels Midi train station. I was very satisfied with the state of the room. It is specifically worth to mention the great new shower, and the fact that every day the fresh water + coffee + tea was restocked. The breakfast was particularly good, with lots of choice.

I will focus on improvement, the cleaning personal is not detail oriented, and everyday something is off, either there will be missing body lotion, or water or something else, the timing is late afternoon and should be done by 13:00, during the evacuation there was no communication from the hotel, and clearly you have our mail and could have send us some information. And the breakfast if something is finished it should be replaced .
