Charged three times with different amounts, charged wrong amounts in the past - avoid!

When I checked into this hotel last night, the employee told me that I had three rooms booked (which was not true). When I asked him how this happened he told me it was "just an error on the system". Today I wake up to find out that they actually charged me three different times, with different amounts (thankfully the last one was declined by my bank). So I called up reception and the extremely rude receptionist told me I should send her a screenshot of my banking app (she should that most banking apps don't allow screenshots for security reasons). I am still shocked at how unprofessional the staff at this hotel is. If I spoke to my customers this way, I would be out of a job. Not to mention that I am a regular guest at this hotel and they are literally treating me like an idiot. Unfortunately, they have charged me wrong amounts in the past. Avoid this place at all cost!

We stayed three nights, the first two we slept in 24.5C heat and then moved to a “cooler” room that still caused one to sweat while sleeping. Staff didn’t really care and they indicated this was a common occurrence. The tech came on the first two days to fix the issue, but not sure how the room being at 23.5c both days was improving the situation. No offer of compensation or even breakfast. When we moved rooms, we got a smaller one than what we had before, just to really give it to us. The cleaning seemed rushed. One day our garbage bags were sitting on the floor with a hand towel in the middle of the room, we were given no face cloths and only a hand towel. Not sure this is a 4* hotel if the temperature in winter can’t be controlled, sleep is important to travellers.

The location is very convenient. The bedroom was well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, ironing board etc. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good.
