Charged three times with different amounts, charged wrong amounts in the past - avoid!

When I checked into this hotel last night, the employee told me that I had three rooms booked (which was not true). When I asked him how this happened he told me it was "just an error on the system". Today I wake up to find out that they actually charged me three different times, with different amounts (thankfully the last one was declined by my bank). So I called up reception and the extremely rude receptionist told me I should send her a screenshot of my banking app (she should that most banking apps don't allow screenshots for security reasons). I am still shocked at how unprofessional the staff at this hotel is. If I spoke to my customers this way, I would be out of a job. Not to mention that I am a regular guest at this hotel and they are literally treating me like an idiot. Unfortunately, they have charged me wrong amounts in the past. Avoid this place at all cost!

The location was great, but the room was way too hot and the air conditioner caused noise all night, but didn't lower the temperature.

Amazing location inside the main train station if you are planning for day trips in Belgium & Europe. Very clean and spacious rooms. I loved our stay.
