More and more, the Accor brand, whether it is Pullman, Sofitel, MacGallery, is going the wrong way. Today, all those hotels are gloomy, and basically the rooms are very badly designed. Sockets are always in the wrong place, there is one or two. In every room, any standard, a coffee machine is using one socket. The walls are now all bare. The wall papers are bare and the designers used by the group have no taste. We have witnessed a destruction of the image of Sofitel for the past ten years at least. The Pullman is just now a three stars hotel of the old days, going down to two stars. One get the feeling you could close the shop tomorrow. We have no seen flowers, or living plants anywhere in the corridor, at the reception, etc… Pathetic.

It was lovely really enjoyed the space just a little let down with the food but all in all I enjoyed it also just a thought maybe let guess have an option to purchase travel plug if needed as I struggled to purchase 1 outside I would of been happy to pay for 1 in hotel if they supplied it that way u neither have to borrow them out hope that helps

A brief visit to Brussels and onwards via Eurostar. Perfect location and very helpful and professional staff. Lots of small shops and food outlets in adjoining train station

The stay was good except that I have ordered several meals from takeaway.com. I've asked for cutlery at the reception around 9pm. After several attempts and reminders through the phone @ the reception, we've received our cutlery @ 9:47 pm. It tooked 47 minutes, time enough for my meal to get cold - even frozen, to get it to my room. I can understand that it was very busy that night but 47 minutes were unacceptable.

My room was at the 8th floor after they upgraded me. During the night I woke up several times due to drunk people congregating in the hallway of this floor and partying. I had the feeling these were gangs! I also found some hairs in the sheets which is never pleasant. Large rooms but not cosy, no water in the minibar.

Was upgraded to a very nice room with a great view. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Pullman Brussels Midi is also very convenient for catching the intercity train, and during the pandemic, it was also easy enough to arrange for food delivery using one of the food delivery apps.

Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and Brussels is in lockdown and even though a lot of the facilities at the hotel are not available, they did a brilliant job. Special recognition to the reception team for their heartfelt welcome and continued great service throughout. The chambermaid who spoke to me when I was learning Spanish, thank you and the excellent breakfast. I felt safe throughout due to the excellent security. The hotel manager has done an excellent job of keeping all areas of his hotel to a high standard despite the challenges he must be facing daily.

It was very important for me to have a quiet room with ethernet connectivity to the internet. Everything was great. It is very quiet and very fast internet on a cable connection. Good and easy transfer to CRL airport + easy access to the Europen quarter by metro. Good breakfast. Very responsive and welcoming staff. This has been my second stay in this hotel and I will use it again next time.
