The location is extremely good. It's just right beside the train station. Breakfast is good 👍, easy check in and check out. The only downside is no washing sink in the toilet room but in the shower room. This makes it quite complicated. After going to the toilet, I need to go to the shower room to wash hands. If one day the hotel will renovate, I hope they could add a washing sink in the toilet.

Hôtel was modern, confortable and clean but lacking in basics, eg no teaspoons, no wine glasses, only 2 tiny containers of milk (barely enough for one coffee). Had to call for an Iron, also had to call for more tissues since they only provide a handful. You had to call reception for everything and they sent you to restaurant to collect eg 2 wine glasses and bottle opener. As a platinum member we got upgrade, welcome amenity and welcome drinks (couldn’t use the last one because we wanted to get a coffee on day of departure but was told it was only possible after 9am) Gym equipment was broken, but nice sauna. Bed was confortable but pillows weren’t. Location above train station amazing for taking trains, but area surrounding train station not that safe and difficult to navigate due to roadwork construction everywhere. After we stayed here, we went to a Mercure in Paris which felt much more generous to guests (all the things you need in a room were there). I like the hotel and would stay for location if needing to take day trips but if not would probably look at an alternative hotel.

We've stayed here before in 2025 and were impressed. This time we weren't so much, especially given the price. The main issues were with our room: the safe wasn't working (reported immediately, replaced the next day); flickering/faulty light (also reported immediately, but not fixed, so we didn't use it); and a metal spike (maybe a nail) protruding from the floor at the bathroom entrance (maybe it once had a doorstopper); toilet door didn't properly shut and was sticky; main door had superficial damage (as though someone had previously tried using force). The lifts were extremely slow and couldn't see alternative stairs signposted. On the plus side, breakfast was good and the bar was nice.

Warm welcome and quick check in process. The room was clean and tidy as usual. The only point for improvement is the communication between the welcome desk and the housekeeping team. Despite my late checkout granted by the reception team, the housekeeping staff knocked on the door a few times. I had to explain the situation every single time, while they were supposed to be informed.
