AC is off for the winter, windows don’t open, so you are stuck in a sauna, without any air circulation. 2 nights with stuffy nose, scratchy throat and swallowing eyes. As soon as I left the room symptoms disappeared. The location is great but your health will pay the price.

A good hotel, friendly staff. Would be excellent if the rooms had the new universal plug sockets to fit EU / UK plugs and were fitted with USB sockets by bed to charge phone etc.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs but, I was very disappointed with the accommodations. The check in was easy and the staff was polite and very helpful but, when I reached my room, I was not happy with the size of it and the odd layout of the bathroom. I stay at the Pullman to have a 4 star experience and this just did not live up to my expectations. I was not happy.

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable level of service my boyfriend and I experienced during our recent stay at your hotel. While I was in the middle of my shower, I realised that the shampoo bottle provided in the bathroom was completely empty. My boyfriend attempted to contact both the front desk and housekeeping more than three times, yet no one answered any of the calls. Because there was no response, he went down to the front desk personally, only to find that the staff member on duty was sleeping. He explained the situation and was told that shampoo would be sent to our room immediately. However, after I waited for more than 10 minutes—in the bathroom, still unable to continue my shower—nothing was delivered. My boyfriend then had to go down a second time to request the shampoo again. Only then did the staff finally hand over two small travel-sized bottles, which should have been provided promptly in the first place. This entire experience was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and far below the standards any guest should expect from a hotel. The lack of responsiveness, the staff sleeping on duty, and the repeated inconvenience caused during a basic situation made our stay incredibly unpleasant. I request that you look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen to any future guests. I would also appreciate a response for the inconvenience and poor service we experienced.
