there was an issue which was nothing major but enough to make us feel uncomfortable. while i fully paid for breakfast, lady at the restaurant entrance firmly said my room has no breakfast included. no second thought or follow up guide such as you can pay extra to get in, it turned out that she needed a ruler for more precise check. when i pointed out that it was the room next to ours who didnt pay for breakfast while on the paper it clearly said our room was breakfast inclusive, no reaction but a mere 'oh, okay' was presented. a simple 'sorry, go ahead take a seat' would have been nice. furthermore, when we were checking out, there was another confusion that we had some leftover balance needed to be paid. which was again related to breakfast charge.. sigh. we didn't have to make any unreasonable payment but the series of confusion regarding breakfast charge left a very firm image of your service level.. rest were okay.. we had a good time at the hotel. little improvement in service quality, staff training, system errors would make everything better

Decent hotel, great location but some flaws. The bar was extremely dirty, floor full of dirt and staff were not very interested. Room itself was fine, not sure if we received an upgrade as Diamond member but the receptionist said with a lot of pride and enthousiasm that everything in the minibar was included, just two small tetra packs of water were in it .... Breakfast was fine but once again my status wat not mentioned and staff did not understand that I should have free breakfast in the weekend.
