hotel and rooms are fine and location is fine but i woudlnt stay again in the summer. air con didnt cool room down.

I have an issue, the recepcionist told me that the 50 eurs that i leave as a garantee , i would have the refound inmidiatly, hiwever im still waiting for it. Who can help me with it ?

Great check in from Robert and Esther on arrival. Room was great as usual, really like what has been done with the shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and hand soap. Breakfast much improved, you can see Claudia’s hand in it. Great Omelette from Teo. Pain aux chocolats excellent, croissants poor quality. Waiting staff very good, under the strong leadership of Nicolas and his boss, present and leading from the front on the busiest days I have seen recently .

Nice hotel but sort air con hotel is fine room , nice room but at hotel rating air con too hot would not stay again for business..if im working I need a decent night's sleep..not here breakfast was fine.. check in fine location fine would be OK on winter but avoid in summer at all costs
