Dear guest, We thank you for taking the time to share your experience after your recent stay at Pullman Brussels centre Midi. We are very glad to see that the hotel, the room, the breakfast, the check in and the location met your expectations. On the other hand, we are sorry to hear the air conditionning was not working properly. Please allow us to express our sincere apologies. Be assured that the maintenance manager has been made aware of this incident and that he has done is utmost so that it does not happen anymore.
