The rugs need to be remove or updated… it is dingy and old. Same for the towel… I have not seen such old towels

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was not very satisfactory. From the moment of arrival, the reception experience felt rather unwelcoming. The staff member at the front desk did not appear cordial and the interaction felt somewhat indifferent, which created a disappointing first impression. During the stay, the hand soap in the bathroom was empty. I informed the staff about this issue, however it was not replaced even after two days. Small details like this usually reflect the attentiveness of the service, and I expected a quicker response. Another concern was the atmosphere among the staff. It often seemed that employees were not particularly enthusiastic or happy in their roles, which affected the overall guest experience. Additionally, I was charged 20 euros for early check-in. I have stayed in more than 20 hotels around the world and this was the first time I experienced such a charge. What was more surprising was that this fee was not communicated earlier, even though I had requested early check-in well in advance. Overall, I believe there is significant room for improvement in guest service, communication, and responsiveness. I hope the management takes these points into consideration to enhance the experience for future guests.
