We slept really well. The beds were great, even the third one for our child. The breakfast options were really limited though. The juices were all artificially sweetened (even the apple juice). We could not drink it. All egg timers were broken.

The hotel was pleasant and the room and services were comfortable. The breakfast was agreeable. The staff were helpful. The only negative was towels which were too small and insufficient in number, and on the second day of our stay housekeeping took the old ones and didn't replace them.

We had a nice stay, staff especially barman very friendly, reception very helpful however a couple of small issues the bathroom in the room smelt very bad of drainage as did the public toilets downstairs in the lobby, there were also lots of flies in the bar Room was nice air con lovely and comfortable bed

The receptionists were unfriendly. You don’t even get the option to pay with cash or card, they give you instantly the card terminal. I had to give the exact amount of cash because they had no change and I can’t pay by card. The room had a weird smell when I went in, after I opened the window over the whole day it got better. The furniture is a bit older and should be maintained/painted. The little seat in the room was already coloured I didn’t even want to touch it because it probably didn’t get cleaned. You can lock the bathroom door.

Good metro links. Quite nice restaurant close by. Other that that thought there is very little around in terms of amenities. Room was basic, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It was also a bit cold, and the air con/heating seemed only to cool rather than heat. Staff were very pleasant, and the bar was open for tea/coffee.

Location is good as its is near atomium and mini europe. Rooms Which we got is not so clean, bathroom smells awful for days. Airconditiining was not functional, gave complaint on day 1 but not fixed during our stay. We stayed for 4 days. Breakfast buffe is good and sufficient. Reception people are very friendly and helpful. They changed the sheets daily, which is good. Beds are confortable to sleep. Overall experience is ok but not so good for a three star hotel.
