Well located near the venue, excellent pricing

The breakfast was plentiful and fresh and well worth its price, which was quite cheap for what you got for it! The buffet had something for everyone. The room itself was clean, spacious enough, with a pleasant bed and a clean and comfortable bathroom with shower. The staff did appear quite irritable and stressed upon checking in however, making me feel somewhat uncomfortable as I had simply asked a question about the whereabouts of my room, not at all in a manner that I needed to go there that very instant. Yet it almost seemed as if I had asked it with an utmost urgency. I understand it was late in the evening, around 11pm to be exact, and that there was a shift of personnel at that time as well as the bar that was filling up with guests returning from the concert just like me, but I meant no disrespect or pushy behaviour. And I had already come to deliver my baggage and check-in earlier that day, at around 10:30 am and warned them I would be coming in late.

Not worth it, bad cigarette smell

The room smelled soo bad of cigarettes, I had to leave the first day because it was too bad to stay in the room. I couldn’t get a new room because the hotel was fully booked It should not smell like that when it says online that the hotel is smoke free

Cold room and some receptionist was very unpolite and rude.

Good value for money. Very convenient location. friendly and helpful staff. Room had everything I needed. Only downside was the limited (and rightly discouraged) lack of a restaurant in an area where other food options are limited. Breakfast was OK, but not very imaginative.
