When you enter the hotel you are immediately welcomed by a beautiful fragrance and the reception area is immaculate. All members of staff (receptionists, barmen, breakfast staff) are very courteous and professional. The hotel room was large for a standard room and the Rituals products are a nice touch. Breakfast is nice with a large variety of products but the quality could be improved (I didn’t enjoy the fruit juices for example). A glass of fresh orange juice would have been appreciated. The wellness area is alright: the pool is too small in my opinion especially when there are other guests in it. With my daughter we ended up going back to our room one evening because the pool was too busy (7 people) and got up earlier the next morning and went to the pool and it was just us. That morning I noticed a used plaster on the floor next to the pool and the hammam floor was dirty too. I wondered then how often the wellness area was cleaned.

Especially the reception employees are very good, the breakfast staff is good, but the continuous chairs and under the tables are very dirty. The reason for the dirty of the tables is to wipe the crumbs on the tables to the ground. They also wipe it all around with the cloth they wiped the table top, it seemed very strange to me. The room cleaning was generally good, but the toilet of the room we stayed smelled of incredibly piss. It is not possible for the cleaning personnel not to notice this, you should especially examine the issue of giving arrows to this room. Specially; The location of the hotel, the personnel's interest is very good.
