Stayed here several times, it has a great location, especially for Christmas markets. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast buffet. We used the Gourmet bar more times this stay and found the food to be very good.

Exelent location

Good location and facilities. Generally good room; although windows didn't do a very good job cutting out road external noise - sound level more like wondo open even though fully closed. Some uht milk with tea and coffee in room also would be nice. Staff good.

For future stays, we recommend requesting a room on a higher floor at the back of the hotel, overlooking Saint Catherine's Square, for a more tranquil experience. Additionally, we regret that we did not meet your expectations with the provision of UHT milk in the room. We acknowledge that these small details can make a significant difference and will consider your feedback closely.
