We are glad that you found our breakfast to your liking, with our wide variety of options ranging from a full buffet to express offerings to suit our guests’ needs. Nonetheless, we understand that your rest was disturbed by noise from outside, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Our central location does occasionally come with the vibrancy of city life, and we strive to minimize the impact on our guests. We recommend requesting a room on a higher floor with a view to the back of the hotel for a quieter experience upon your next stay. Finally, we are pleased that the hotel’s prime location was a highlight of your visit, allowing easy access to Brussels’ attractions and local cuisine. Very good experience in this hotel. Breakfast with many choices, large and confortable executive room, kind staff, and small swimming pool (very well by the end of the day).

Hôtel impersonnel. Kiosque d'accueil dédié aux membres premium mais ils prenaient les gens dans l'ordre sans s'en préoccuper. Un cadeau fait à l'enfant des gens qui s'enregistraient à côté de nous, mais pas à notre fille. Chambre bien, mais j'avais demandé à être loin de l'ascenseur et j'étais en face ! Piscine à 24°c le premier jour. Bref, pas du tout au niveau attendu.

Chère Veronique, Nous sommes navrés d’apprendre que certains aspects de votre séjour n’ont pas répondu à vos attentes. Nous comprenons que l’accueil réservé à nos hôtes premium doit être irréprochable et nous sommes désolés pour l’attente que vous avez pu rencontrer lors de votre arrivée. De plus, nous tenons à offrir à tous les enfants un souvenir agréable de leur séjour ; il semble qu’il y ait eu une omission avec votre fille pour laquelle nous vous présentons nos excuses les plus sincères. En ce qui concerne votre chambre, nous sommes peinés d’apprendre que la propreté n’était pas à la hauteur de nos standards habituels et que l’emplacement de votre chambre ne correspondait pas à votre demande initiale. Nous prenons note de vos remarques sur la température de la piscine et nous vous prions de nous excuser pour tout désagrément causé. The first night we were bothered by a red light flashing above the bed. We reported it next morning and it was resolved by the time we returned to the room later that day. Other than that we were very happy with our stay.
