This is one of our best hotel experiences. Our room was outstanding--from the comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom, cold refrigerator and kettle/coffee maker, and easy to use TV. The welcome at reception was friendly and kind. Outstanding location with several clean parking garages nearby. Also close to public transportation. We plan to visit again and we will definitely stay at this hotel! I highly recommend.

When I got to the room, there were blood stains on the pillow case, on the bed sheets and the towels. I informed the reception and in 20 minutes they were changed. Other than that, the drinking glasses were dirty, there was hair on the wall, and other small details that made this stay below what I expected for a hotel this level. Also, for the two days that we were there, the pool was out of order. Other than that, the service was great and the location is perfect.

Everything was good, except that it’s very noisy, there’s no soundproofing, so every street noise comes straight into the room.
