You need to communicate if facilities are going to be unavailable during a guest stay. I booked your hotel because you had a gym, the gym was not available. The street noise was very loud in my room.

Overall good. Location was best. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Some walls in bathroom and toilet have defects and wall paper damage. Shower and breakfast were good too.
