Most of the staff are friendly. The quality of food at breakfast buffet is good. The room size is perfect for a family as well. The only drawback I find is that there is stain on both bath towel and the bed sheet. Not sure if the stain is kind of marks which are not washable.

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel City Center and would happily recommend it to both business and leisure travelers. The hotel's central location is a major advantage, making it easy to access nearby attractions, shopping, and public transportation. had an excellent stay at Novotel Brussels City Centre. I stayed for more than two weeks, and throughout the entire period the experience was consistently very good. The hotel is very well located, comfortable and practical, but what really made the difference was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly and genuinely helpful, from reception to housekeeping and the breakfast team. During a long business stay, these details matter a lot and made the hotel feel particularly welcoming. I also greatly appreciated the attention given to my preferences and the thoughtful gestures during my stay. Having stayed at this hotel several times before, this experience reinforced my very positive impression of the property and its team. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the hotel worked extremely well both for working and for enjoying Brussels during my free time. I was also pleased to see an improvement in the breakfast compared with previous stays, particularly the bakery selection, with well-prepared and properly baked products. One small area that could still be improved would be the scrambled eggs: freshly prepared eggs would noticeably improve their texture and overall quality. This is, however, a minor suggestion and did not detract from an otherwise very good breakfast experience. Thank you to the entire team for the hospitality. I will certainly consider Novotel Brussels City Centre my first choice for future stays in Brussels.

Great stay at this lovely hotel which is well located in a convenient area of Brussels surrounded by restaurants and close to major tourist sights and the metro. Very family friendly with good breakfast and nice small pool and sauna. The best thing about our stay was the fabulous team especially Florent, Awa and Austejea who went above and beyond to make my daughter’s special birthday trip memorable. They were so kind and really looked after us. Will definitely be back again.
