Hotel was accommodating to our special dietary requirements. Our request to have rooms next to each other were a great bonus. All Hotel areas were clean. The swimmming pool was on the small side but we still enjoyed it. There's not many hotels in the city centre that offer this facility. Front of house staff were always very helpful. Rooms were a good size and clean. It was quiet at night outside so we slept well. All in all a great Hotel, superb location and wonderful staff.

Check in staff were great! Very disappointed with housekeeping 2 days straight our room went unattended even though one of those days we put the sign on the door please make up our room and returned from a day at Tomorrowland festival at 2am to find it hadn’t been done and someone had been in there to refill the bar but not make up the room?? If we didn’t want our room made up we would’ve saved our money and booked a hostel if I wasn’t in a rush to get out to make our next stop I would’ve asked reception to escalate to a manager as we paid good money for this hotel and feel like some reimbursement should’ve been in order given the lack of service provided…
