This stay was for a short 1-day visit to Brussels. The hotel staff was very responsive and helped with directions to parking and arrival. They had good suggestions for dining in nearby locations. Hotel room was nice and clean, spacious. I would recommend this place for short stays.

The location is great. The area around the hotel is alive. Plenty of places to eat and drink. An ideal place to stroll and enjoy. The room was good and the people were professional. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location, 5-10mins walk to Metro station, lots of restaurant and convenience store around the hotel. 5mins walk to the famous oyster restaurant and 2mins walk to casino. Big&tidy room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. I love Brussels and hoping to travel again to Belgium vert soooon!!!

Good stay . No microwave facilities when requested to from desk. A tip if possible provide a microwave oven on the 1st floor/meeting rooms so that guest can warm baby food or milk.

Back on a working trip in Brussels, I very much enjoyed the hospitality, location and sleeping quality in the Novotel Brussels City Centre. However, I was very disappointed that the bar/restaurant was still closed, because I had planned to work their in evenings while enjoying some good beers and maybe food as I always do there. And now I planned this in particular in order to stay in the safe environment of the hotel. Regretfully, that was not possible and they obliged me to go outside to find food and drinks. Really disappointing. I hope the manager realises soon that this is not a good service to his customers, especially not the regularly returning ones like me. Otherwise, I will have to look for other hotels.

I came for the 3 days training of Zhong Fu. Booked at Ibis and got switched to Novotel. The room was great and clean. I was astonished that at the reception I got a bag with soap , shampoo and Shower gel . Same for breakfast; getting a bag with a paper dish, plastic table ware and coffee to go cup as well as 1 roll 1 croissant and two mini chocolate rolls for EUR 12,-. Even during COVID 19 period the normal Breakfast service should remain . Think about it

Extremly good location in the city centre, just in a few steps of the Grand Place, metro and bus stations. Very clean place, with polite and friedli staff and with high quality higyene measures! Strongly recommend the Novotel hotel during a visits in Brussels.

I understand that the pandemic changes a lot for the hotel, but there could be efforts in the breakfast rather some breads and coffee. There were also no indications of the changed breakfast policy when booking. In general, the hotel itself is well-located, nicely designed according to novotel standard and the receptionist did a not bad job.

For the past few years this hotel has been our usual choice in Brussels. We like the location and predictable quality of the accomodation. As long as the price is right it is an option worth considering. There is always room for improvement, e.g. it beats me why there is no king size bed in a room that has plenty of space for it, and why on earth tv set is not straight across from the middle of your bed but somewhere across to the side. Other than that I am happy to see paper cups changed for normal cups in the room we had during our last stay. All in all I will consider this hotel for my next visit to Brussels.

I was impressed by the quality of services. Very nice staff, especially in the reception. The bar/restaurant is also nice. If you wish to lose some calories you have a cosy gym with a pool and a hammam at -1. Overall a good experience

I was in Brussels three Nights last week for a Project review and stayed at the Novotel Brussels City Centre. It was a pleasant experience. At everything was prepared for me and I was welcome by a smilling staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was good but the best was the breakfast or more precisely the service at the breakfast restaurant. When I asked for soft-boiled egg the gentleman in charge smiled and told me that it's coming. I thought that it was only an explanation for no boiled egg but a while later he brought to me one! Actually I was at the restaurant only a few minutes past 6 in the morning and not everything was ready. The gesture of this staff make feel really "at home" and welcome!

Located in a very nice district of Brussels so very convenient. Nicely decorated. Now my room had a very noisy additional air conditioning system (in addition to the regular air conditioning that can be turned off) that couldn't be turned off. The reception explained to me that this is to clean the air - which I don't understand since there were 2 windows that could be opened in the room. So I ended up not sleepy very well because of this noisy stuff.

Our arrival was a little bit odd. Although I mentioned several times that I had already done the online check-in, the receptionist kept on asking for my ID and creditcard. An extra receptionist cleared the situation after a while, so we could finally go to our room... to see that we had been massively upgraded to an amazing duplex room, with two bathrooms, two work-desks and two bathrooms, one with a bath, one with a shower and a TV on each floot. Needless to say we felt very spoiled. What more can I say, the hotel is perfectly located into the very heart of Brussels, breakfast is plenty, and it has a great gym and even a small pool. Also the bar is a great place to go for a drink or to have a bite. So once again we had a very pleasant stay although it seems to be hard to find staff members that speak and understand Dutch, the language of 60% of the population of Belgium. And the one that does speak the language, didn't seem to know what an online check-in is. I can only hope he knows it now.
