Stayed here for the weekend for our anniversary, got upgraded to a executive room and got given a little gift by the staff for our anniversary which was so kind of them such amazing customer service, the reception staff were so friendly and helpful, check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean, was able to mirror our phone to the television so could watch netflix etc which was a nice touch. Shower was spacious and clean. Hotel is in a good location, its walking distance from Grand Place. Check out was fast you just drop your key card into the box and leave, overall had a lovely stay at this hotel, highly recommend.

Friendly and kind desk service upon arrival. Dylan went above the normal to make me feel comfortable. My room faced the courtyard and church. I had a lovely view of it every a.m.

Great hotel! Perfectly located in the center of Brussels. Perfect to do some shopping during the day in the nearby main shopping street, have a diner in one of the many excellent restaurants closeby and then relax in the spa of the hotel, with a heated swimmingpool, hamam and infra red showers. The breakfast was of a 4 star hotel quality including waffles!

We had to rent 2 rooms because they didn’t have one that accommodated our family of 4 and our small dog. Both rooms were rundown, one had a shower that clearly hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival, and both were so hot we had to leave the windows open all day. The front desk staff said they would send a technician but we never saw one and the rooms never cooled off. Highly disappointed because my parents had a themed room and theirs was much nicer and clean.
