The room was extremely cold, and the washroom was even worse. The air conditioning was barely functioning. I had to reach out to the front desk both nights of my stay, and although they reset the system each time, it only helped for a few hours before the room became too cold again. The mattress was uncomfortable, it was just a mattress topper on a rigid base, and the bed bottom was falling apart. The room felt old and poorly maintained, and the cleanliness was, at best, borderline. Overall, I would not recommend this property or stay here again. While the location is very central, it doesn’t make up for the poor experience.

Very positive. Good rooms breakfast was a little busy but otherwise excellent.

I have extended my business stay with two more nights. When I checked in on the first day, I was told that the breakfast was not included in the reservation for the whole stay, however on the third night it had turned out that it had been included. When we were going to have breakfast after the 4th night we were told that we had to pay for the breakfast because we were not entitled to. So I skipped breakfast for 2 days when I was entitled to, and had to pay extra fee when I was told that the breakfast was settled and part of the service. This was not a pleasant experience.
