Some reception staffers were not welcoming. They didn’t smile and were not polite. We have silver membership. A reception staff confirmed that our late checkout was okay on the day prior to the departure. On the day of our departure, the other staff said she didn’t know. Fortunately the staffer we spoke to on the previous said it was confirmed. We got a new key card with extended expiry before we went on the day of departure. When we came back the hotel, our card didn’t work and needed to get another card. The room was small. The toilet space was so narrow where it’s almost impossible to sit down on the toilet. The room wasn’t clean. There were dirts on the towels as well as the bed sheet. We stayed in this same hotel twice when we came and when we left for a total of 4 nights. The services of ibis is getting worse. We may not be staying in ibis hotels anymore.
