The lock has been not able to lock unless we close the door heavily. The card key put inside the room disappeared after house keeping on the 2nd day.

Very well located near the center and the metro with many restaurants around, very comfortable and clean, very quiet, excellent breakfast and the most important the staff was amazing. Not very cheap but one of the best options.

Far exceeded expectations for a 3 star hotel. A very clean, smart, modern hotel with the most helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is in a quiet location, and if you're lucky you may get a room looking out to a beautiful old church, and still only a 5 minute walk from the Old centre of Brussels.

Overall a pleasant experience, the only thing was that the air conditioner was making a lot of noise so I had to turn it off.
