Very small and dark room, no refrigerator, no gym, no iron for clothes, very crowded breakfast and very slow service at the reception

WE GOT ROBBED WHEN STAYING HERE! Our stay was extremely disappointing. Poor communication from staff meant we were waiting ages for our room. Once we got into our room, it wasn’t extremely clean, but okay. No hooks for coats. We went out in the evening and got back around 11, where we harassed by locals inside the hotel. My partner was assaulted and had his necklace stolen. We asked the staff for the cctv footage so we can show our insurance, but they did not help. Why was there no security at that time? This ruined our stay and is one of the worst places we have ever stayed at. We have never used Ibis before and probably never will again.

I recently stayed here for the Christmas Markets with 3 of my friends. We had a twin room and 2 x double (single rooms). Price wise, was very reasonable for the twin room but or the single rooms it was expensive (€390 for 3 nights each) so check all the supplements before booking. Hotel is extremely well placed and very comfortable. Breakfast is an option but there is a lot of choices to eat out and about (even a macdonalds if thats what you want). Staff are very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again.

Compared to other Ibis hotels this one has a nice spacious entrance with bar and fauteuils. Very friendly people at the reception.
