Well located, with an amazing view of St Catherine’s church just outside my window.

However, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shower head issue and the stains around the extractor fan. We understand how important a well-functioning bathroom is to guest comfort and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Moreover, we regret that our luggage storage system did not fully meet your expectations, and we acknowledge the suggestion for improvement. However, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the temperature control in your room. As you noted, during the late Spring season, we deactivate the heating to ensure a comfortable environment for all our guests. We also understand that the perception of space can vary and we regret to hear that you found our room sizes limiting. We strive to provide well-designed accommodations that balance coziness and efficiency. Finally, we are pleased to hear that our central location was a highlight of your stay. I really like the hotel and the personnel but honestly I am fed up to chase after the bill!!!!! Each time it's the same, they do NOT print it, they say they will send the invoice and I get nothing... It's so frustrating I am considering not coming back to this hotel....
