Checking in was a nightmare, despite having checked in online we had to queue for over 20 minutes to get our key. There was only one checkin staff member and 20 people queueing. Public areas were grubby, corridors not well cleaned and poor pillow choice.

Up and down, lovely staff, brilliant location, especially for the Xmas Market, needs work-communication, arrived Fri paid on arrival and added 2 days breakfast came down following morning and seemed like reception didn't tell breakfast lady?? Anyway sorted in the end,2nd day no checks? Nobody checking? Anyway cracking hotel see you next year

Hotel was in a great central location. When checking in, we were given the wrong room number which we realised when we opened the door and saw another guests belongings in the room! A couple of days into our stay our key cards randomly stopped working. The position of the toilet is right up against an angled wall which makes it very awkward.
