The receptionists were not able to give me documents that I would have needed for the administration of my workplace. The attitude was "couldnt care less". I dont know how I will manage the situation. I never experienced so indifferent attitude. We stayed 4 nights and we had to change the room after 2 nights for "technical reasons". The rooms are already a bit worn out. One couldnt close the toilet door in the first room (but we had to use a shoe to keep the door closed). Location was nice but in the same location there are also other hotels. I think we've seen enough IBIS for a while.
