I booked this hotel specifically because it was located in the city centre and I had an early morning flight from Brussels the next day. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The room allocated to us was extremely old and appeared to be much older than expected. Several power outlets were not functioning, the furnishings and facilities felt outdated, and the overall condition of the room did not match the price charged for the stay. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which was not functioning properly. Given that comfort and a good night's rest were especially important before a long international flight, this significantly impacted our stay. After an otherwise wonderful vacation, it was disappointing to end our trip in a room that felt substandard and poorly maintained. For the premium price charged by the property, I expected much better room quality and functioning amenities. I hope the hotel invests in upgrading and maintaining these rooms to meet guest expectations.
