However, we are sorry to hear that the room decor did not meet your expectations and that you experienced difficulties with phone connectivity. We recognize these areas are important for A. pleasant stay. While we regularly update our facilities to maintain A. fresh and contemporary atmosphere, we also understand the importance of staying connected, especially when away on business. Dear Guest, We would like to thank you for this review about your recent experience in our hotel. We are pleased that you found the booking process easy and that our service met your expectations in this regard. Nonetheless, we understand that the room did not quite meet your expectations in terms of size and modernity. Our rooms were last renovated in 2015 and we strive to maintain them to a high standard; however, we acknowledge that preferences for design and space can vary widely. Additionally, we apologize that the lack of complimentary coffee and tea in the room was not to your liking. We do offer these amenities in our premium rooms and always encourage guests to inquire about the available options that might best suit their needs. Regarding the internet speed, we are sorry to hear that you encountered issues and we are continuously working on improving the connectivity experience for all our guests. Finally, we are delighted that you appreciated the central location of our hotel, which is indeed right in the heart of Brussels and close to many attractions and public transport options. We are delighted that our user-friendly app enhanced your experience and that the welcome coffee offered upon check-in brought you some comfort. However, we understand your concerns regarding the absence of a kettle and tea/coffee amenities in your room, as well as a shower cap and slippers. Our premium rooms include such amenities for added convenience, and we regret any confusion experienced during your stay. Furthermore, we offer additional items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and extra towels upon request at reception to meet our guests\' needs. We sincerely apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you and for any inconvenience caused. Nonetheless, we are pleased that you appreciated the complimentary coffee offered at check-in.
