While the location of hotel and reception staff is very good, I faced difficulties while booking and weekly cleaning is not up to the mark. Kitchen towels were not replaced and washroom liquids not filled once and bed is left properly unarranaged once more

The hotel staff have been so accommodating and hospitable from the very beginning. They are so friendly and go out of their way to help. My sister and I would like to say a special thanks to Dora, Miguel and Sebastian, they were simply amazing and made our stay very comfortable and relaxed. Our studio room 527 was extremely comfortable and we had a lovely little kitchenette well equipped with a nice view of the city centre from the balcony. Thank you for a lovely stay x
