Very close to the city center and the transport hub, however: 1) winds blowing in through the spaces around the windows, 2) low water pressure for flushing, 3) poor knives for cooking, and 4) broken light bulb in the bedroom

Very helpful and welcoming staff on the front desk. Well-equipped studio room with useful tiny kitchen, fridge, nespresso machine. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice, modern decor. Would stay again if we comeback to Brussels.

This review is for an apartment stay at Aparthotel Adagio Brussels Grand Place. Excellent location, close to Grand Place, many cafés, and Carrefour. The front-of-house team provided brilliant service and were very attentive to our requests. The apartment was clean and tidy and overall we had a good stay. However, the hook for the handheld shower head is not adjustable, which made the shower experience rather unpleasant. The kitchen is also quite dark and would benefit from an additional lightbulb. It would be great if the maintenance team could address these issues before future guests arrive, as they would make a noticeable difference to the overall experience.

The staffs are very welcoming. The location is great. The only issue I have is the smell in the room, it is not bad odor but likely to be smell of cooking left behind by previous guests. The smell stayed for at least 1 night before it goes off.

I really enjoyed my stay overall. The check-in process was easy, and the staff were accommodating and polite, particularly Germain. He is a real asset to the company—very personable, helpful, friendly, and professional. I liked the apartment; it was a good size and the location was excellent. Being right in the centre of everything made it very convenient and easy to navigate the area. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. I did not like the two single beds, as they kept separating during the night while I was sleeping. A double bed would be preferable, or there should be a way of securely joining the two beds together to prevent them from separating. I was also not particularly impressed with the coffee offering. Given the price paid for the apartment, I would expect a better selection of complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, and other basic refreshments. This would be a relatively small addition but would make the stay feel more comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast could also be improved. There was no cooked meat option, and I found the continental breakfast quite basic, particularly when guests are paying in excess of €20 for it. I feel a wider selection, including some cooked options, would provide better value for money. Despite these points, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the convenient location and, most importantly, the friendly and helpful staff. Germain deserves particular recognition for making me feel welcome.

I highly recommend this apartment/hotel, central location, accessible, lots of dining options & a secure place. The unit is well designed & very clean. Kitchen is complete with appliances & big refrigerator. Utensils & cooking tools are available as well. I’ll definitely book this place again on my next visit to Brussels.
