Great place to stay with everything we needed, clean and we equipped. Very friendly, helpful and accomodating staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is the number of homeless right outside the door, one of them lying on the ground tried to grab my leg on the day we were leaving, it made me and my son a bit nervous.

First the challenge then the result. Room was not ready by 3, we had to wait an additional hour and the sofa bed didn't have the linens changed so we wash them ourselves. We have to say that the staff at the front desk were always welcoming and solution oriented. Making efforts to reimburse the cost of the wash and being always helpful with anything else we might need. Special thanks to Justine! Though facilities need an update, the room was comfortable, great location with amazing staff.
