Aparthotel Adagio Brussels Grand Place

Location is great, walking distance from the touristic spots. The breakfast is very good.

I didn't need to take the public transportation once to visit Bruxelles. The Aparthotel is in the very center of the city, perfect for a weekend. The receptionists were very pleasant. The online check in is a big gain of time. The room was beautiful with a great view, the kitchen well equiped. The convertible bed on the wall is a smart idea to save space.

The location was perfect, exactly the center of Brussels, 5 minutes to Grand Place by walk. The hotel is located at top of the metro station De Broucker. This quartier is one of the most crowded place of Brussels so during the Covid it was little bit stresfull but if you wear your mask and protect yourself its fine. The staff was very kind and easy to communicate. We stayed there for 3 weaks (myself, my wife and our little dog). They are pet friendly and its a plus. Other than these, there was somes dust every time we clean the room and I couldn't figured out from where its comming. I guess the AC units are located close to the construction area, I don't know. To sum up , it was a good experience.

Good place but i faced that TV remote control is not working and I could not use TV , i tried to join reception by phone , was busy long time

First time in Brussels, chose the first apartment/hotel I seen. Happy with the choice , the staff (especially Ricardo) were great , very helpful. Would stay again

Centrally located with all the amenities needed. The AC however was not working and despite changing rooms the place was still too hot for us. Staff was helpful but they could only do so much without the engineers.

We normally stay at the Adagio, Grand Place. The staff are great and the rooms are nicely furnished and well equipped. The bath is always a challenge to get in to as the sides are high, even for someone of normal height. On this occasion, the shower fixing had broken and you literally sprayed the bathroom trying to rinse your hair or shower off suds. We reported it to reception, but maintenance weren't able to fix it until our day of departure- which wasnt great.

The hotel is in a great location close to everything you would want to see and right next to a metro stop. It is very secure and clean room also very quite. It also has a very nicely set up kitchen. The one thing which I find with all Adagio hotels the air conditions does not work well.

The first concern is not a fault of the hotel, but I was shocked how unsafe the street/neighborhood has become. I’m used to quite something, but I got bothered multiple times by drunk/high (homeless?) persons hanging around the hotel. I understand why the hotel has closed its main door and asks guests to ring. However, the reception often took a while to open the door. If I were an elderly person or a woman alone I would be very uncomfortable. The ventilation in the building needs revision. It was extremely hot and the air felt stuffy. Not very comfy in corona times. There was also an issue with the light tube in the kitchen. I reported this so I’m confident this will be fixed, but the nature of the issue could suggest there is something seriously wrong with the electrical wiring. Check in was also a bit chaotic and I did not get my welcome perks, but I think the hotel may have been a bit understaffed. Staff was very friendly in any case.

Despite the uncertainty of the global pandemic surrounding Covid-19, the staff at the Adagio were extremely helpful and kind. We appreciated the gifts left in our room - an electrical outlet converter and battery charrier were a nice touch. Should we ever have the pleasure of returning to Europe, we would definitely seek out this chain of hotels.

Stayed in the hotel for 4 weeks on business. Had no problems whatsoever! Fantastic hotel.

Overall experience was good . Hotel is centrally located with all major attractions within walking distance . Main shopping street is around . Good eateries to choose from . Lively location . Staff was very cordial nd helpful

it is a well located hotel, with supermarkets, restaurants, shopping stores and train stations very close.

It was a good experience but with the corona virus situation at the moment there should have been antibacterial gel/wipes available in the gym to wipe down the equipment before/after use.
