The stay was amazing and the location is great. The only slight issue we had was with the water. The water was not always hot enough. The rest was amazing.

My room's window was directed towards aa closed space (Galerie may be) and there was not opportuniy to have fresh air in the room. That is something I do not like

While some of our accommodations do face the covered shopping gallery, limiting the ability to widely open windows, we wish to assure you that we take the comfort and satisfaction of our guests seriously. This specific design is in place to ensure a quieter environment, as the gallery is closed overnight. Nonetheless, we apologize if this aspect did not fully meet your expectations. We hope you were able to appreciate the vibrant neighborhood, full of restaurants and shopping opportunities, and that the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchenette in your studio added to the enjoyment of your stay.
