Experience with Adagio was good. Mathius, one of the staff, went out of his way to help us in addressing issues about the warm room whose window opened to a mall atrium, fixing the warm fridge, operating the stove, washing machine and dryer, and finally relocating us to a new room for a much comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean with a steady supply of hot and cold water. Kitchenette was well furnished with utensils and gadgets like coffee machine, a huge microwave, an induction 2-burner stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans and a dishwasher. Plenty of storage space, electric outlets and a dining table with a couple of chairs. Location was good, close to Brockere metro station, just a few hundred meters away from Grand Place, Hubert Mall, and Brussels Central Station. Word of advice: if you prefer fresh air, avoid the units next to the mall atrium since their windows draw stale air from the atrium.

Location was fantastic, staff were very helpful when needed. Breakfast could of been better choices and variety as we paid a lot but it did not quite make expectations

The room was really great and kitchen well equipped. We had asked for a quiet room so our little children could sleep well, but we were given a room on the 2nd floor in front of a street. There was construction on a building across the street that started at 6 am. We talked to the staff. Likely they did not talk to their manager or the manager may not have followed up with the company because on the next day, we had the same problem.
