It was positive in general, room space is enough big and clean , staff approach is excellent..among things to be fixed are the air conditioner was doing too much noise while working on full mode and it is disturbing during the night, even full mode duty not working proper , heating is not as should be, no electricity socket in bathroom and

The lift was down for most of the time while I was there. There was a sign at the ground floor but it was not clear on other floors whether the lift works or not. There´s a staff lift but it was not announced. I discovered it with my luggage when I saw a worker went in there. The information process could be improved.
