The hotel was really good and the staff were so friendly and understanding with the check in and check out. They had a lovely lobby and kitchen area on the second floor which was by our hotel room apartments which was really convenient. We travelled with family and had our own studio apartment room all next to each other. The location was really great It was opposite to Carefore supermarket which we can get our essentials and groceries and next to the metro station which we can travel around the city of Brussels easily.

It may depend on the room, but in the room I stayed in, the Wi-Fi did not work at all (the TV also showed a network error). In addition, while hot water was available in the kitchen, there was no hot water in the shower room. Since it was midwinter, this was quite uncomfortable. Other than these issues, everything was wonderful. I would be happy if these points are improved by the time of my next stay.

The Adagio Brussels Grand Place was conveniently located for walking to Brussels Central Station, many museums, and excellent restaurants. There is also a small but well stocked grocery just across the pedestrian walkway. Multi lingual staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen in the room is ample for much food prep although we preferred to eat main meals out. I was pleased I purchased early check in and daily breakfast; both made my stay more relaxing. I’d stay here again and I’m looking forward to trying out other locations in this hotel group. Online booking was very easy and I was able to use a payment system instead of directly entering card information, which I prefer to do.

A really value for money stay hotel. Located beside metro and all the shopping and eateries. A little noisy especially in the mid night as party goer still partying below. The breakfast a bit below average but we are ok, just wanna fill the stomach before heading out. The room was clean and we did not ask for housekeeping for the 5 days. I would said it a steal with the value that we pay. Overall very good. O ya, the reception and any of the crew, is always very friendly
