We had a fantastic stay at Adagio Grand Place! The room was spacious and well-insulated, providing complete comfort. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better. Everything was clean, and the apartment had all the essentials for a few days’ stay. Highly recommended!

Business trip, 3 nights: Initially received room on the 2nd floor: - Sink draining very slowly. - Toilet continuously running after first use. - No safe deposit box in the room. Room changed in the evening (7th floor, street side): - Significant noise from the arcade on Boulevard Anspach. - Poor internet connection. - Twin beds instead of 1 king as initially selected. Room changed again (7th floor, gallery side): - Very poor to no internet connection, seriously disrupting my work during a business trip. - The light in the middle of the room kept going out until it stopped. - No TV channels available for one full day. Very stressful overall, I would rate it as worse I ever had. On the bright side, in the last room I found a wallet full of Philippine money in the unlocked safe, but without any ID, and I handed it over to the reception. I hope your colleagues will call the former residents with citizenship as the currency - perhaps you'll find the owner and they will benefit from this bad experience.

Clean well appointed hotel with some minor irritations. Our room was on the second floor close to a communal area which had a piano. On arrival the piano was being played and was clearly audible in our room. I asked at reception to change room as we felt it could be noisy at night with people gathering in the communal area. Initially the receptionist started to look to see if we could be moved. She was interrupted by a colleague to say they were fully booked. I questioned if that was for the three nights we were saying and told yes they were. That night at 3am a group of rowdy people were shouting and making a noise until 4am including the piano being played badly. I checked the next morning online to find the hotel wasn't fully booked. Two points, don't place a piano close to guests rooms. Secondly train staff to be more receptive to guests requests.

Room to hot, window towards galerie with construction site, thus no fresh air; A/C not decently working, thus bad air in the room for a week. Breakfast supposed to start at 7 am (already latex), but in fact fully available only at 7:20 (staff starts preparation at 7) - thus not suitable for business trip with appointments starting at 8 am.
