A really good place to stay - close to the Grand Place and immediately next to the metro station. Really quiet, even when it was lively outside with the jazz festival going on. Good sized and well equipped room and helpful and friendly staff on reception. Would happily return.

The room itself was ok - clean and kitchen appliances were in ok condition which was important for us because we were travelling with a baby. But the location: although it's very centrally located, right in front of the door there are lots of homeless, drunk people. Which is dangerous and they also block your way when you're walking. You should consider taking some action about it.
