Basically satisfied with all except i found the toilet is quite small. Friendly staff & cleanliness of the hotel & room is satisfactory. The hotel located just 1 station away from Central Train Station.

Whilst excellent in location - the room seemed dated with poor lighting. The curtains and one of the pillowcases were stained on arrival. Am sure the sheets were clean so didnt complain but the staining should have meant perhaps discarding the pillowcase.

My wife and I spent seven nights in a 2-person suite while visiting Brussels for the 2026 Flower Carpet. Our apartment was had a street view. Even though there was a lot of noise outside once we closed the window, the noise did not bother us. The location is right on the pedestrian Anspach Bd and very close to Grand Place, so it was perfect for us. Also, having a mini kitchen meant we could easily have breakfast in the apartment. An Express Carrefour market is right across the hotel and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance. We also took the tram and bus, both are accessible right next to the hotel. When booking we didn't know that everything would be so close and convenient to the hotel. We would definitely come back and stay here again the next time we are in Brussels. Oh forgot to mention, the front desk staff was always attentive and very helpful. We had paid extra for early check-in so we could get to the apartment right away after arriving in the morning around 10am. We could also easily call Uber pickup because there are pickup locations right next to the hotel.

Hotel is clean and well located but mix up on booking was annoying with bed type and the noise level was insane with building works 8am in morning till well into after 8pm at times. I would not recommond a stay there. It sounded like drilling was in room and to be woken each morning to it was horrible
