I could here my neighbor in the next room

no heating in winter !

Our superior room (224) was very cold when we arrived. After having waited for two hours that the room becomes a bit warmer, we alerted the staff who came to check and realized, like us, that there was no heating facilities in the room ! A shame in winter for a room we paid 125 euros. The staff was very helpful and did her best to change us to another room (room 26) which was perfect. By the way in our initial room 224 the lighting was also deficient. The staff noted the problem.

108egles Business - TripAdvisor review

We asked this hotel for a price offer for a group of 11 people. We received an official offer from the hotel with the rates. We made a booking for 6 rooms. Then the hotel started saying that they expected us to book 7 rooms so they could only offer us rooms at a higher price. After a long discussion with the hotel that there was no minimum number of rooms anywhere in their offer, they did not guarantee the price that they themselves had offered. Very unprofessional. The hotel should take responsibility for the mistakes of its staff.
