The last two months and in the coming period I have had the opportunity to enjoy the hospitality of IBIS Erasmus almost weekly, due to my business commitments in Brussels. The location is perfect to my 2-days stay in the city, the hotel has good breakfast and fitness facilities. I am very satisfied with the customer-oriented service provided to me. For the battery of my electrical car it is essential to be recharged before I make my way back to the Netherlands. Without the hotel's attentive arrangements in the parking garage it would not be possible for me to accomplish my weekly travels smoothly. Thank you very much for that. Much appreciated.

I was positively surprised; the room was small and simple but very clean, good breakfast / dinner (the choice on the menu was not very extensive but the dishes were very tasty), only the rooms are quite noisy.

Location was great and the staff. But the room was located above the reception so heard people using the bar and smoking until very late. Room was also extremely small and not well laid out. Coffee also very expensive. After traveling europe hotel was for the price not great.

Ibis always provides a secure, positive experience. My stay at Brussels Erasmus was quite good. Staff were friendly, always accomodating. Services like breakfast were well coordinated. Check in and check out times were very well managed and efficient. The only possible downside I could point out would be the issue of soundproofing. Movements and other sounds (TV, showers, etc.) in other rooms would be quite noticeable at times, especially in the busy times during the morning. Some improvements could be made in order to adjust this.

Whenever I go to Brussels for a business trip, I prefer Ibis budget Erasmus, very near to metro even if you have the impression of being in the countryside, no traffic, no crowd, no ugly surprises. Thank you very much to the girls at the reception. You are so sweet and helpful.

The reception team were courteous and helpful. My room stank of cigarette smoke. I arrived at my room at about 11pm and was too tired to raise the issue. I suspect the previous guest may have been smoking in the room. Whatever the cause of the smokey smell, it would be good if this was picked up during the cleaning process and something done about it. It impacted on my sleep and my clothes felt smokey the following day.

I was bitten all over - think maybe bed bugs? On my back etc. I was in room 216, maybe you should consider fumigating it. The rest of the stay was ok, but I would have appreciated to have coffee freely available.

The hotel organization is very comfortable: good location close to my business site, easy to park, quiet area. Rooms and common areas are clean and well organized. Restaurant is small, but with a good choice. Very friendly personnel.

I was at the hotel for an extended stay for business. The dining room and reception desk services were very good. It was at times difficult to communicate as I only speak English. The hotel was very organized and well maintained and my room was quiet and comfortable.

I came to Brussels to do some work at the University for two and one half weeks. I have never traveled outside the United States and was concerned about how my stay would go. The staff was always helpful with any concern that I had and I very much enjoyed the majority of my meals at the hotel, as it was such a short walk back from the University.

I had a very small room with no air conditioning. I asked for upgrade was not possible. The window was locked and could not be opened. I ask the receptionist to open and was not done as a result lots of Moskitos bite me. The whole night I could not sleep. When a hotel doesn’t have air conditioning at least at the window should be applied at the window Moskitos protection grit. The next day I complained at the front desk but the lady said it’s to late I should had called in the night? What for sorry?? In oder to spray chemicals in the room which by the way are dangerous for the health and the ecological environment?
