I was there for 2 nights, firstly the good part, I was given room with a nice view as I requested it. But on checkin I was not informed about any facilities or anything extra (like I had free welcome drink) being a frequent Accor member. Also we were later told that the water was chargable without any clear mentioning. I've stayed in Movenpick in UAE and outside as well but never heard about it. The housekeeping was too much delayed and sometimes did not pick calls or never showed up . Among last 20+ nights that I've spent at accor properties this one was the not upto what I usually experience. I've mentioned same during my checkout as well. Besides the Gym/Fitness areas didn't appeared to be cleaned regularly as well.

First and foremost, I would like to sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet the standards you have come to expect from our brand. While I am pleased to know that we were able to accommodate your room preference with a nice Creek view, I regret that several aspects of your stay left you disappointed. I am particularly sorry to learn that your arrival experience lacked the recognition and information you should have received as a valued ALL member. Properly explaining hotel facilities, member benefits, available services, and any chargeable items is an important part of the guest journey, and I apologize that this was not communicated clearly. I also regret the delays and lack of responsiveness you experienced with Housekeeping, as well as your observations regarding the cleanliness of the fitness area. These concerns have been shared with the relevant department heads for immediate review and corrective action. Thank you as well for recognizing Manoj for his hospitality. I will personally share your appreciation with him, as it is always encouraging when team members are acknowledged for their efforts. Your feedback regarding breakfast, guest communication, service culture, and sustainability visibility is highly valuable. We are committed to improving these areas and ensuring that future guests receive a much more consistent and welcoming experience. Hotel is well maintained, staff are super friendly. Breakfast selection is good. The lounge has an amazing massage chair . Only carpet design in rooms is a bit weird.

We had an excellent stay at the Movenpick Dubai Creek. Convenient location, large room with a beautiful view of the creek. We also appreciate the service with smile of all the employees with particular reference to Ms Hope. We stayed half board. Since we are vegetarians, did not find much options at dinner and during the 8 days stay, the menu was same every alternate day. It would be nice if there was some interesting vegetarian options with variety.

Honestly i expected the movenpick to look nicer. But the interior is a bit sad and tacky. Dated, i would say. I found out later in the stay this used to be Golden Sands.
