Absolutely uncomfortable stay. The rooms are shabby and dirty. The linens were poor in quality, especially the towels, and the duvet had a hole in it. The rooms were stinky. Service was absolutely poor. Would never go back again to this hotel.

The check-in experience was sub-optimal. While I was given an upgrade, which I am grateful for, the quality of the rooms and common areas makes the property a 2-star rating at most. I did not find the Movenpick ambiance here, particularly since I have stayed in it in Europe. I was extremely disappointed with the breakfast buffet and even more with the welcome drinks. However, these disappointments are not comparable to the Italian restaurant. I am uncertain how they have managed to achieve such high ratings. In summary, it was a mistake that I booked this property, and I will not repeat the experience.

I was curious about this new Movenpick hotel in Dubai, so I tried it during a recent albeit short stay. The experience was extremely positive from end to end. Already after the reservation I had very efficient communication about arrival time and late departure. The rooms are very comfortable, as are the beds, and have enough space to us it for work during the day. The gym is small but sufficient. Some of the designs in the common areas come from maybe two decades ago, but that does not limit the overall very, very positive experience.

This is over first time in MOVENPICK and we had a great time off. The hotel is well located in the city near the creek and the executive room had the best panaromic view. Staff was warm and welcoming. Also offered us a complementary cake. Dinner buffet was not the best but breakfast was fairly decent. Highly recommend to rest and recharge.
