We love staying in this very comfortable, new hotel. The apartments are clean, spacious and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The Reception and Housekeeping staff are super pleasant and helpful. The RER A station is a short walk away from the hotel and Nanterre has a great selection of local shops and markets. The laundry is clean, convenient and easy to use - a bonus for longer stays.

Clogged kitchen sink, hair on towel, no functioning air conditioning with 35+ degrees outside. Shameful for a brand new hotel (and bold considering they’re already located far outside Paris). I really enjoyed my stay in May, hence why I came back… but this time, I won’t come back. Please respond to my email!!! You told me to send an email to get compensation but no one can be bothered about getting back to me apparently!!

We had a fantastic stay at this super comfortable aparthotel. Friendly and pleasant staff who are all very helpful. Bed is comfortable and the apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay.
