The location is good if you are going to the Plentitude / La Defense arena, otherwise it's very not charming and not close to Paris central. While the room was nice and big enough for 3 people, and the staff was very nice, when we got to the room it had no soap, few pillows, no tissues in the tissue box, so it felt like the room wasn't properly prepared.

An enjoyable stay booked to take advantage to the proximity to the plenitude arena. Only one issue, on ordering dinner, a smaller menu of pizza and quick meals. On first presentation of our food, the pizza was ‘ice cold’. When mentioned to the staff, this was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Breakfast the following morning was excellent, although we felt sorry for the one member of staff that was servicing a full restaurant. Overall a very good experience and we would recommend the venue.

Room door was unlocked and open on arrival which was weird and room didn't seem to have had its housekeeping finished. Hand soap empty, no coffee, toilet didn't have sanitary seal. Contacted reception to request extra towels and was told their colleague would bring one in a moment. The towel never arrived and all calls to reception after that went unanswered. Cooked items on the breakfast were cold. Great location for Plentitude Arena and Westfield mall, only a short walk to get to both!

Great location for Plentitude Arena, friendly and helpful staff, room very comfortable, and great to hear Celine's songs and have photos taken with her cardboard cut outs on day of her concert. Only down side was the lack of vegan food in general. Though I managed to find something suitable breakfast was very limited with few choices. However we had to eat out for dinner both days as no vegan option at all. We did ask if the chef could just make us up something simple like pasta in a dairy free sauce like tomato but he didn't know how to do that - very disappointing. Thankfully we managed to find lovely vegan restaurants when exploring the city.

Our stay at the Novotel was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price we paid and the standards I would expect from a hotel of this category. The room overlooked a large rooftop full of industrial ventilation equipment, directly outside the window. The machinery generated a considerable amount of noise, including during the night, which made it difficult to properly relax and sleep. The room itself was also not particularly clean, and the overall impression was that the property was poorly maintained. The bathroom was another major issue. The shower did not drain properly, meaning that after taking a shower, the bathroom floor would practically flood because the water was not draining away. This is something that should simply not happen in a hotel at this price point. The café/common area was empty and visibly dirty, which did not exactly create a welcoming atmosphere. Getting around the hotel was also frustrating. There appeared to be only one lift serving our side of the building, and it was constantly being used by cleaning staff as well as guests. On one occasion, it took us around 15 minutes simply to wait for the lift and reach our floor. For a hotel of this size, this is completely unacceptable. The breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. The selection was good, but even here the experience was spoiled by staff who seemed far too eager to close the buffet, repeatedly giving the impression that guests should finish rather than being able to comfortably take another item or wait for food to be refilled. Even more frustrating was the hotel’s complete lack of communication before our stay. I called the hotel three times because I wanted to make a simple request. On each occasion, I was not even given the opportunity to properly explain what I needed and was simply told to send an email. I did exactly that, but never received a reply. The property does not make this particularly easy either. There is no clearly provided email address for guests to contact the hotel directly, and the only telephone number provided is a local French number. For international guests, this is extremely inconvenient and potentially expensive just to obtain basic information. The only real positives were the location, particularly the proximity to the stadium and the metro, and the breakfast selection. But honestly, location alone does not justify the price when the room is noisy, cleanliness is questionable, the bathroom floods, the lifts are painfully slow, and contacting the hotel is practically impossible. For what we paid, I would strongly recommend looking at other hotels in the area. There are plenty of alternatives where you can expect a much better overall experience for the same money. Very disappointing and absolutely not the standard I expected from Novotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our first room had slow shower drainage and the air conditioner made intermittent noises at night, disturbing sleep. The team kindly gave us a room upgrade. Though the AC noise problem still remained in the room. We appreciate all their efforts.

Constantly told by room service to go the bar and get stuff ourselves. Room was never cleaned no fresh toilet paper. Staff weren’t friendly I have stayed at Novotel almost everywhere around the world and Paris was the worse.

Ideally placed for the plenitude arena and transport links to central Paris . Single bed was very small and glasses in the room would have been nice . Steps in entrance H. are a challenge with luggage.
