1. We booked an Executive Room for 4 people. The room had 2 bathrobes and 2 slippers only, altough beds were prepared for 4 guests. On the very first evening of our stay, we requested two additional pairs of slippers at the reception. The young lady on duty around 6 PM can confirm this. Unfortunately, no slippers were ever delivered to our room. 2. The minibar advertised as being included consists of 1 small bottle of Coke, 1 Fuzeta and 1 Walter (330ml each). We have also inquired about the minibar at the reception and were informed that the two small bottles of juice are considered standard. May I kindly ask whether, in your opinion, this is deemed appropriate for 4 guests? 3. We were supoosed to also have coffee machine, pods and tea. However, throughout our entire stay, no cups or glasses were provided in the room. As a result, the coffee machine could not be used at all. 4. On our last evening, around 6 PM, we asked what could be arranged for breakfast, given our early departure. We filled in the form provided, and the young man at reception confirmed that while eggs or bacon might be difficult, items such as cheese, butter, bread, ham for sandwiches, and cut fruit could certainly be provided, as they require no thermal processing. We also mentioned that we would gladly accept sandwiches prepared the evening before, to be kept in the fridge. We were assured that everything indicated on the form would be delivered to our room the next morning.The following morning, we received three pastries, two cups of juice, two coffees, and two slices of bread. Would you consider this an appropriate breakfast for 4 people? Photos were already provided. Given these circumstances, if Novotel Nanterre is unable to offer breakfast to guests with early departures, then it would be fair not to charge the breakfast fee in such cases. This would be equitable for both the hotel and its customers. We asked several times for the last day breakfast fee to be refunded, considereng they were unable to provide it and what we received can hardly be considered as apropiate breakfast, but all we got was a 40 EUR credit in the client account. Which is not solving the issue as, of curse, those need to be spent within their hotels and I do not intend to book another Accor hotel after this experience. PS: Windows full of dust, room extremly small (barely having space for 1 person to walk), desk unable to be used, as the couch was literally bloching the desk chair from being moved. The most dissapointing Novotel hotel so far, both as a stay as well as hotel response to the notified issues.

I stayed for three nights. The positives: The hotel is quiet and clean with friendly staff. The negatives: Although there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room there was no cup to make it in, and no glass in the washroom. The large double bed was made by pushing two smaller single beds together and so made sleeping in the middle very uncomfortable.

Very disappointing stay overall. There was no option to put the heating on in the room, and we were absolutely freezing throughout the night. To make matters worse, the coffee supplies were not replenished the next day, which felt like a basic thing that should have been taken care of. The biggest issue was the attitude of the staff — they just didn’t seem to care when concerns were raised. Unfortunately, the lack of comfort and poor customer service really let this hotel down.
