Good location, the room is mostly clean and nice. The view was not that great but it's fine in that neighbourhood. BUT the room service never took my calls, like 3 times in a row. We had to order food user uber eat...

Only stayed one night, room was clean, comfortable and just what I needed. Reception staff could have been a little more welcoming but no huge problem.

The hotel is very close to RER station, only about 5 minutes walking and then it only takes 2 stops to reach Arc De Triumph. There is also a car parking next to the hotel, it cost 18€ for 24 hrs. The hotel is new and clean. There is a bakery, pizzeria and mini market near the RER station. Everything is good, but if only there were more options for eateries it would be a perfect stay.

It was a great experience, well located, good parking, excellent breakfast, new room, water free, etc. However, the lack of knowledge of the receptionists is incredible. I needed to use a gift card. The first one that did the check-in told us that it was not accepted. I had to prove that it is. Than, she said that only a pre-authorization was needed in my credit card and, when I do the check-out, the receptionist would charge the gift card and the difference in my credit card. The next day, the receptionist again told me that it was not accepted, I had to prove again, and finally she said that gift card was not processed during the weekend. I left a copy of my gift card and asked her to discuss this with the manager, because I'm tired to discuss about it in all accor hotel that I stay....
