My plane got delayed, which made me arrive just before the dinner slot ended (22:00). Sent an email when I knew the plane was delayed around 16:00 and another when I arrived in Paris at 20:30 asking for the restaurant to deliver my prepaid dinner to my room. Reception answered my first email informing the hotel I was going to arrive just in time and missed the second (no response). The receptionist was helpful when I showed him he had missed the email. He got me a pizza and a sparkling water (my request on the kitchen being closed even before 22:00) instead of my two-course meal. The king-size bed I booked was in fact 2 single bed mattresses glued together by Velcro... which is very uncomfortable when you move towards the middle of the bed. The water kettle is in front of the large (nice) TV set (ruining the experience). The hotel is quite new and is in a convenient location (1 metro station from La Défense which you can reach on foot in 10-15 mins). The restaurant serves really good food. The service is not so good; the restaurant manager seems not too keen on honouring the prepaid (half-board) menu (I just became aware in the restaurant that I could not choose a la carte and could only have the day menu – sometimes only 1 option available). Again, top food but ruined by the not-so-friendly service. One waiter did not seem to understand English.

Rooms not clean,we stayed 5 days and room wasn't hoovered, bed sheets dirty no body wash in bathroom.

Staff is not helpful or friendly at all. Stairs at the reception so it was too difficult to handle the luggages. Phone in the room was not working although they claimed to fix it. So every time i had to go downstairs to ask for anything. I complained about my room temperature 6 times during my stay but never solved. Room was full of dust on the mirror, table and coffee machine although they were entering the room on a daily basis only to arrange the bed.

Hardware is Great, but Service Levels vary Stay Started Well After we got an extra when Room Upgrade for platinum Status was not doable. But then we had to ask 3 Times to have empty ammenity bottle refilled, „do not disturbe“ sign was ignored Front Desktop was Not really interested to Check with cleaners cause we Left something valuable in the room After departure.
