Room was not ready for 2 adults and children, no pillows were ready for the children. Towels were missing. Also during the night it was too hot, when raised at the front desk, they couldn't do anything about the cooling. Open the "window", issue then is the sound from the outside.

Front desk staff are amazing. Angèle got me a refund of 200 Euros that I overpaid. I got an exclusive king size room, very comfy and spacious ( unusual around Paris). Hotel well located, 2min walk from RER and bus stations, 15 min walk from la defense.

There are no staff in hotel restaurant and bar to serve clients. The aircon is not allowed to adjust the temperature. Flooding in the shower room. The location is good, but the hotel management is bad.

As your stay took place in February, when outdoor temperatures were still relatively low, the system was operating in heating mode to ensure overall guest comfort throughout the property.
