The first room we were given had a broken toilet, where the flush was constantly on, how nobody spotted it when cleaning (hopefully) the room. The 2nd room couldn't have a key prepared for it for about 3 hours and the air con didn't work properly the whole time we were there. It just goes on to be honest. I don't mind budget, but this was just beyond acceptable.
