The room was clean. The staff were polite. However, the room is very basic with no mini fridge or any kettle to make tea or coffee!!

Clean room, comfortable bed, efficient shower and air conditioning. The hotel is very well located. On arrival we were greeted by an extremely helpful receptionist whose assistance was generous and invaluable. She also helped make our departure the following day effortless and efficient. By contrast the other receptionist who we encountered later in the day was lacking in customer service skills and seemed disinterested in her work and the hotel guests. What a difference one person can make. We were so fortunate to have benefited from the helpful, patient and personable receptionist

Rooms are small, but new and clean. Price is faire for Paris region. In my opinion, this hotel is a good option if you are planning to be out most of the day for business meetings or as tourist. Breakfast is simple but complete.

the room was a little bit too small

The hotel is at a very convenient location with very good bus connections to either LA Defanse or Port Maillot from where it is easy to continue. The hotel is also near the main square of Rueil Malmaison with beckeries and restaurants around. There is also a large super store.

Room ok because special for handicapped. Normal room way too small. Specifically the bath room is too narrow for full body people...
