Short business trip at a time when many hotels were fully booked. This was available, and the stay was fine, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a reasonable food & drink offering. However for my purpose it was not close to my work location, and not close to any train/ metro station.

Room temperature is always a topic No towel for feet, normally leads to use shower towel which is less ecological Breakfast quite weak, lots of people and no reposition of the goods

Had an issue with reservation. Room rate was supposed to include breakfast but my surprise was when doing check out when an extra charge was applied each day due to the breakfast cost. I wrote to the hotel claiming for explanation but did not get an answer after few days.

Dear Mr. R. P., We thank you for taking the time to write to us following your stay at ibis Nanterre la Défense. We are sorry that the service and the performance did not meet your expectations. You had made a reservation with breakfast included through an agency. This intermediary, who communicated your reservation to us, apparently did not transmit it correctly in our system since breakfast was not included for us. You work for Forvia, which negotiated an annual rate without breakfast. Normally, people working at Forvia must book with this single rate throughout the year, a rate requested and negotiated by Forvia. This is the same rate with which you had booked in 2025. The reservation was not properly processed due to an issue beyond our control, and knowing that you work for Forvia, the reception team immediately applied your company's request, namely to charge for breakfasts not included in the rate, as is standard for all employees of this company. We apologize for this misunderstanding and unfortunate coincidence. We cannot find any record of your email. Please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can proceed with a refund for the breakfast. Once again, we thank you for your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience caused.
