Your new software, even the staff try to manage in best way, is just a catastrophy It was before a clear advantage vs Campanile but now it iw worst For check out I had to wat 12mn behind a queue !

I want to bring it to your attention that the hotel booked by the school at Nanterre is a nightmare. It's of extremely bad quality. From broken glass entrance, smelly/unclean corridor/elevator to the room which feels like prison cells, this hotel kept on disappointing. If all of that wasn't enough, the shower faucet broke from the roof and fell on my head. This list goes on. I had a terrible experience staying the night here. I'm sorry but I'm not staying here for other two nights. I would check out this morning and find another decent hotel closer to the campus. I'm not expecting a princess treatment or a five-star hotel but as a professor I surely deserve better than this hotel. I prefer to be at a cleaner and safer place in a decent neighbourhood.

Stayed for 1 night to attend the G-Dragon concert at the nearby La Defense Arena. The day I arrived, it was pouring rain, so I decided to head straight to the hotel. Luckily, I was allowed into my room around 1pm. The room is fine, nothing fancy, but warm & comfy. There's usb chargers in the room (I forgot mine & bought an expensive one at the airport!). It's maybe a 30-minute walk to the arena/ La Defense area & the Westfield shopping mall. I wasn't looking forward to walking through the park alone in the dark after the concert, but it was well lit & there were plenty of people around.
