I especially loved the friendliness of the evening restaurant/bar staff. Very welcoming and very open to accomodate. On the other hand, I find that 2 lifts in maintenance at the same time is not acceptable. I've come several times to this hotel and many times, at least one was not functional.

Living room was clean, but air condition/ heating not working. Bathroom was smelling. Obviously, venting does not work in that bathroom.
