Dear Krzysztof M., Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced due to the fixed windows and the noise from the fitness studio. For your information, the Fitness closing at 11 PM. The music provid from the other restaurant probably who cn plays music (but not all night long). We do not have the habit to get any trouble about this case. We 're going to let know your experience to the restaurant front of us to be carefull about the volum of the music. Once agin, and we are sorry about that, we do not have any problem usally about that. Your concerns regarding the condition of the room and the disturbances from the music have been noted. We aim to provide a pleasant environment for all our guests, and your input is invaluable in highlighting areas that may need attention.
