Location is ok. But hotel and rooms needs a make over. Not to far from trainstation. Do NOT use the park at nighttime.

small room, breakfast not included and during night it was noise from outside (window opened, my room was on the backside of the hotel), I ate dinner at the hotel and the next day I was not feeling well, no info about wifi protected by password (free wifi not preferred for connecting my work PC)

There is a Fitness studio opened 24 hours per day on top of this part of the building with music playing all the time, I was not able to slip because of bass and drum noises.

Short business trip at a time when many hotels were fully booked. This was available, and the stay was fine, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a reasonable food & drink offering. However for my purpose it was not close to my work location, and not close to any train/ metro station.

Had an issue with reservation. Room rate was supposed to include breakfast but my surprise was when doing check out when an extra charge was applied each day due to the breakfast cost. I wrote to the hotel claiming for explanation but did not get an answer after few days.

You had made a reservation with breakfast included through an agency. This intermediary, who communicated your reservation to us, apparently did not transmit it correctly in our system since breakfast was not included for us. You work for Forvia, which negotiated an annual rate without breakfast. Normally, people working at Forvia must book with this single rate throughout the year, a rate requested and negotiated by Forvia. This is the same rate with which you had booked in 2025. The reservation was not properly processed due to an issue beyond our control, and knowing that you work for Forvia, the reception team immediately applied your company's request, namely to charge for breakfasts not included in the rate, as is standard for all employees of this company. We apologize for this misunderstanding and unfortunate coincidence. We cannot find any record of your email. Please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can proceed with a refund for the breakfast. Once again, we thank you for your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Location was not that good as I wanted to book closer to the stadium and Westfields , it was around 20 mins away . Balcony room did make up for it . Very clean staff was very nice . Lovely night staff Dj was very helpful .

A little coffee machine and/or kettle would be a great addition. Most uncomfortable bed ever, with less padding than my ironing board! Food and welcome were very good! Location is in the middle of nowhere in a business district so be prepared to travel to find alternative places to eat.

I want to bring it to your attention that the hotel booked by the school at Nanterre is a nightmare. It's of extremely bad quality. From broken glass entrance, smelly/unclean corridor/elevator to the room which feels like prison cells, this hotel kept on disappointing. If all of that wasn't enough, the shower faucet broke from the roof and fell on my head. This list goes on. I had a terrible experience staying the night here. I'm sorry but I'm not staying here for other two nights. I would check out this morning and find another decent hotel closer to the campus. I'm not expecting a princess treatment or a five-star hotel but as a professor I surely deserve better than this hotel. I prefer to be at a cleaner and safer place in a decent neighbourhood.

De passage juste pour une nuit et un petit déjeuner... rien à redire. Arrivée tardive, chambre conservée, place de parking disponible même au dernier moment ! Peut-être un ou deux petits manques au niveau du petit-déjeuner, mais rien de crucial.
