The originaal receptionist on checking in was far from firnedly or accommodating. After my neice started putting pressure on the lady at the reception she switched on the A/C fan system. There was no acessible room which I had asked for and no hooks for towels etc. It was devoid of basics. No handles for gripping in the shower or a seat which I had asked for. This is a 1 star hotel. DANGEROUS> NO EMERGENCY ALARM. NO DRINKING CUPS IN THE ROOMS AND WHAT WE ASKED THE RCEPTIONIST O KEEP IN THE FRIG FOR US WAS DISPOSD OFF WITHOOUT CONSENT. OVERALL POOR SERVICE.

Really basic accomodation, small room, no case

People were helpful in particular to mention of Cherif @ reception, Teresa @ breakfast. Rooms are pathetically small, damn cold, absolutely not equipped even a kettle, not even a small work table. For the room rate charged, not worth. Cherif did help to change to another slightly bigger room, except for an increased size, condition was the same. No great eating place nearby, nor a quality place to buy some food stuff Also had to pay the full cost of 1 week on a non refundable basis but left within 4 days. Couldnt stay beyond it. Being a Platinum Accor member no reward points counter at this location.

Very cold in the room, although I have requested several times to reception to turn the heat on, the AC was set on "winter". Very poor breakfast options, very limited - no eggs, no backed ham
