OK, THE ONLY THING IS THAT SOMETIMES THERE WAS NOICE AND THE SMELL OF SHEETS WAS NOT SO PLEASANT

I stayed at Novotel Rueil Malmaison from Nov 17-20. Front desk staff asked me to wait about 10 mins telling me that he is busy with something else. There was also only 1 Front Desk staff when I arrived around 10am. Being a Gold member, while I was upgraded to a better room, the room was quite dusty, especially the curtains. On my last day, I woke up to no electricity in the hotel. I came down the stairs 7 floors, only to find there is no hot breakfast because of lack of electricity. Naturally, I had to climb up 7 floors again. It took about 3 hours for the electricity to get back. All this is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel, especially as it is part of a big global chain. Additionally, on my invoice header, it shows Nov 19-20 which is inconsistent with the details below as I stayed from 3 nights from Nov 17-20.

Its good one , the hotel location was good and near to my office , its convenient for business trips ,but i have two comments : - There was no water bottles in the room . - There was only one iron and iron board for the full hotel , and i had to take my clothes and go to another floor and wait outside the ironing room if someone is using it , this totally unaccepted for a business hotels

Good stay as usual. Lack of a "minimum restaurant service " during WE is an issue

Bonjour Monsieur M., Thank you for the review you left on our hotel ! We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay. Indeed, as indicate in our websites - our restaurant is closed each weekend. However, a range of snacks, salads, sandwiches and jars are available at reception 24 hours a day, and we also have many restaurants around the hotel, but you can also order online from the usual delivery platforms. Modern hotel close to the station

The hotel was modern and clean with a well equipped room. It is very close to the RER station for travelling to Paris and also to the River Seine. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of food including healthy options. Strangely they only had paper cups for hot drinks in the rooms and just one sachet of powdered milk. The room was also very warm.
