Spacious room, pleasant service at check in and out. Mattress very soft. Large selection of items at breakfast buffet. Short walk to the local RER station. Signposting of actual hotel entrance could be improved.

Our preferred hotel due to location and easy access to rer A. Family and Paris are super close… You have everything you need in Rueil and there is a beautiful outdoor basketball court very close…within a lovely park by the river.

Tiles in the bathroom were mouldy and the carpets were dusty and overall the room was at best a 3* standard.

With so many rooms available put me on room just in front of the lift (noisy and for disable folks)

My room key/card didn’t work. It was late at night when I arrived and it was quite annoying that I had to go all the way downstairs to the reception to fix the key. The person at the reception saw I was tired (my plane was late) and when I came over the second time to fix the key, he said laughing ‚it’s Not your lucky day’… At checkout it took the reception crew 20 min to print the invoice. Despite having been given a printout of the name to be put on the invoice, they managed to get it wrong. After all that waiting they told me they can’t fix and will send it over email later. It’s been 3 days now and I have still not received the correct invoice. Overall, the stay was a terrible experience.
