With so many rooms available put me on room just in front of the lift (noisy and for disable folks)

My room key/card didn’t work. It was late at night when I arrived and it was quite annoying that I had to go all the way downstairs to the reception to fix the key. The person at the reception saw I was tired (my plane was late) and when I came over the second time to fix the key, he said laughing ‚it’s Not your lucky day’… At checkout it took the reception crew 20 min to print the invoice. Despite having been given a printout of the name to be put on the invoice, they managed to get it wrong. After all that waiting they told me they can’t fix and will send it over email later. It’s been 3 days now and I have still not received the correct invoice. Overall, the stay was a terrible experience.

The staff are very kind and sympathetic, and the cleaning is perfect and meticulous. The breakfast is excellent, though the scrambled eggs could be improved a bit. Thank you so much for always making my business trips comfortable!

Room was fine, comfy and clean with plenty of space and storage. The room was a little warm for me even in late October and there is no air con so am not sure how people stay here in the summer!
