First time with Novotel and I really enjoyed the experience overall. The room was very clean and even though my room was located close to the elevator, I was not disrupted by noise late at night. Also the buffet bar was well appointed and very fresh. To improve, I do wish the exercise room had better hours of operation as 6:30am was too late for me to use in morning due to early meetings. Also the weightroom was out of stock on necessary sanitizer wipes, no clean towels and the weights were very limited in selection. Thanks for the friendly staff all around. I'll be coming back!

Very poor breakfast with no vegetables, room last renovated years ago. The iron room (!) instead of iron and board in individual rooms.

Dated hotel interior. Hotel is close to train station. Got a quiet room which was indeed very quiet and slept very well. Very basic amenities. What irritated me was that, for two days in a row, the breakfast staff kept on clearing my table (removing cutleries) in the 20 seconds I went to replenish my coffee or grab a slide of bread. It was not busy at all and it just felt like you were being kicked out.

good overall experience: * like the separation of toilet from bath * bath with working intact fittings * good shampoo and body shower gel --> nice perfume & good result * room with good space for the travel bag * good to have a room safe * nice to have coffee machine (even though not used) * nice to find sparkling mineral water with no charge * good bed and nice to have the side table solution provided * nice to have an additional sofa in the room and not only a chair all in all a very satisfying experience ... yet still some further final room for improvement: * the number of electric plugs around working table could be more (only 2 provided) * I (as a German) missed at least one of our key news providing TV channels (ARD or ZDF) ; ideally both given ; RTL, which is provided, delivers only low quality content * but most importantly the room doesn't provide good / enough temperature control ; missing opportunity to reduce the much too warm temperature for the night These 3 improvements and the stay would have been excellent.

The breakfast was lovely, the check in were nice and easy to deal with. They were very understanding that after 2 days of no AC in hot weather, we were allowed to move to another hotel within the Accor hotels..
