Very close to everywhere, comfortable and very nice staff. Breakfast was very varied especially for kids. Room totally clean and big even after I entered my room reception called me and asked if I liked my room and if it was good. I wish if I had more days to stay but will come back definitely.

Hello, we had a terrible experience at your hotel in Paris. We arrived in the evening and were greeted by a rude guy who didn't want to work at all. We asked him for help, but he said no, do it yourself. We asked where we could get trolleys, but he simply said there, and I looked for them myself. He also gave us false information. We asked for an iron, to which he replied, "We don't have one, call in the morning, my colleague will figure something out." Then we learned that you have a whole ironing room. We asked about parking and how to pay for it, and he simply said, "You pay there yourself, I don't know anything about it." 🤷🏻‍♀️ In the morning, we learned that you need to give your card at reception, and they'll exchange it for you, and then pay after check-out. We had been flying for 12 hours, were very tired, and it was unpleasant to be treated this way; he was talking nonsense. We disliked this experience and the conversation with him so much that we thought about moving out the next day, but then we found out that this man was a contractor.

Excellent hospitality. I have stayed twice and both times the front desk staff has been Excellent and exceptionally responsive to all my my needs. Went above and beyond . Would have been a complete 10/10 if the rooms had central AC and an iron in the room .

The staff were friendly and room was clean. We had no hot water for nearly 3 days, so had to have cold showers and had to buy bottled water as it was brown coming out of the taps at some points during that time. (When asked staff explained they had plumbers working on it). Breakfast was beautiful and highly recommend booking it as part of your stay. Unfortunately we booked for 2 adults and 2 children and were promised a family room however we ended up all squeezed in 1 room with a queen sized bed and fold out couch.

My experience was not good because the air conditioning was not working. I reported it to Reception, and the solution offered was to provide me with a fan. I believe I should have been moved to a room where the air conditioning was functioning properly.

Poor. The room keys were faulty. I stayed for 3 nights and had to get my room key reprogrammed 4 times. At one point, there were 8 people also seeking resolution to the same issue. There was no air con in the room. A small fan had been supplied but insufficient for the warmer weather. The bar closed at 11.30 each night , despite the bar being busy with guests watching the World Cup.

I realize Paris was in the middle of a heatwave, but this hotel had marginal a/c. I stayed later in the week at another hotel in Paris and had awesome a/c.

No AC during red flag heat wave. Our room was STEAMING hot while another family member had a much cooler room. Would have appreciated clear communication from staff on the situation of the hotel and proactive check on room temperatures. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Looking into full refund for this experience.

Location was perfect for my visit (BMS office) and the lobby and ground floor look & feel amazing. But than when you get in the hotel room with old dirty carpet, no air conditioning or normal cooling system but a simple fan you are definitely not in a € 300 a night 4 star accomodation. Personel is friendly. I booked a BMS rate room, and in my system it says that that includes breakfast, but apparently on arrival it didn't. So for 2 nights I paid € 574 and no breakfast included. Scandalous to ask for what you get.
