Dear Mr. G., Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted that you appreciated our location, the welcome from our teams, the breakfast and the advice provided during your stay. We have taken note of your remarks regarding the absence of traditional air conditioning. Our hotel is equipped with a cooled air system. Regarding the umbrellas, we are sorry that none were available when you needed one. We do provide umbrellas for our guests, but due to the particularly rainy weather that day, they had all already been borrowed. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again soon.
