I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to experience repeated issues with your room key. We did encounter a temporary technical problem with our key card system during your stay, and I truly regret the inconvenience this caused, as well as the feeling that your concerns were not fully acknowledged at check-out. I am also sorry that the exceptionally warm weather affected your comfort. Our hotel is equipped with a cooled air system rather than traditional air conditioning. Although fans were provided, we understand that this was not sufficient under these exceptional weather conditions.
