The staff was very friendly and the rooms were good, but the location wasn't that good and the parking was overly complicated. From the two times I had breakfast at the hotel, the first time the breakfast wasn't fully ready at 6.30 and the second time there were so many people at 7.30, the options were reduced as well. The day we wanted to have dinner at the hotel, there was an event happening and we weren't allowed to eat there. It was lacking a gym.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Mercure Paris Nanterre. The hotel is located in a calm area, which made the experience even more relaxing. I would especially like to thank Edele and Amin, who were both extremely respectful, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their excellent treatment made a very positive impression on me. This is definitely one of the hotels I would choose again the next time I visit.

I booked for myself and two colleagues, I'm sure the rewards scheme spells this out in the TnC's but to only receive reward points for the one room isn't good, I spent money on the rooms, I should be given the rewards for the full spend. Secondly, I only received one welcome drink, again i'm sure this is part of the TnC's but it seems unfair not to give a welcome drink for every room/guest booked. Finally, while the staff we very helpful providing an "iron" the steamer isn't as good as a proper iron to take creases out of a shirt that I needed for a business meeting

Dear Yulia, We were truly dismayed to read your comment. The room you stayed in measures 20 m², but we also offer Privilege rooms of 25 m² and suites exceeding 30 m². Had you found your room too small, we would have been more than happy to upgrade you to a larger space—please don’t hesitate to let us know in the future. Your room was equipped with a Nespresso machine and a selection of capsules, as well as a courtesy tray with a kettle and a variety of teas and herbal infusions. Regarding water, as indicated in the room and our hallways, we follow a zero-plastic policy and no longer provide single-use mineral water bottles. Instead, we offer filtered Castalie still or sparkling water, available in carafes at the bar. We believe there may have been a misunderstanding, and we would be delighted to explain how to make the most of all our services during a future stay. Regarding the location we are 1 min away from the RER A Station Nanterre Ville and we are just a two-minute walk from the historic center of Nanterre, a charming area that immerses you in a cozy atmosphere with its Sainte-Geneviève Cathedral, the Jardin des Anciennes Mairies, and semi-pedestrian lanes.
