Terrible check-in - not for the first time in a Mercure hotel. Had to get quite firm with the receptionist that the on-line check-in had already taken the Euro100 deposit for 'extras'. Otherwise all as expected.

The room was ok but a little cold. Coffee supplies were not replenished every day. Reception unwilling to provide supplies & tried to offer us coffee at a charge. Supplies only provided after some insistence.

I only stay in this hotel as it is convenient for work. The "apartment" side of the hotel is tired. The bathroom has tile repairs, the curtains are not straight with part of the curtain hanging down, there were dirty tissues between the beds and the toilet had an internal water drip all night (I reported the toilet drip to the reception when I left as it was noisy) and the room needed a paint refresh. It would be good if there were more English TV programmes added too. On previous stays, the furniture has been worn out/broken in the room - especially on the "apartment" side.

Not your fault, but the fact that the hotel is build on top of the RER is very disturbing despite the fact that I had a room at the 6th floor

Stayed over with my brother for a concert that night at the Arena. The location was perfect, the premises clean and beautiful inside, and the room comfortable. Breakfast was great too, and the staff friendly!

Not very pleasant. Front desk was inept at check in (Francois) - he continually denied that I was a registered ACCOR member despite staying on three ACCOR hotels (all with upgrades) during my month-long honeymoon. Breakfast was not exciting; scrambled eggs were too soft and watery. Pillows... were not standard pillows. Bath shower spilled on floor always. Hotel had virtually no amenities for a more comfortable and relaxing stay.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean, however the shower gel should have been checked and refilled. The location was good too.

I wrote to you already about this stay. I was really amazed that a hotel could be built right on top of train tracks, even more than you can charge rooms 200 euros when you know it is impossible to sleep in there. And I didn’t feel that my emerging loyalty to your chain made any difference. I will never stay again in this hotel for sure and will recommend to my colleagues to avoid it. My other stays at Accor hotels had been fine so far, so I’ll keep considering your group, but what a disappointment. I didn’t put the stay as a 1 because the team was professional.

- Upon arrival at about 13:30 room was not available, needed to wait 1 hour. Since I was realtively early and not in a hurry, this was ok. Esp. since I got a drink for free. - At check-out the printer didn't work for the bill. I was promised that I get the bill by email which didn't happen, yet (5 days later).

Ok, clean room, good bed. Breakfast ok. Too much noise from underground train. Weak aircon - a bit warm in room. Strangely no sink for hand wash in toilet room - not hygenic

I booked via Booking.com for 3 nights starting with the 25th of Sept. On the first day, the 25th, there appeared to be something wrong with the credit card I used, so the room was cancelled. I called the hotel and the person I had on the line was very unhelpful, saying continuously that he can't do anything about the situation because the hotel is fully booked. Finally, I solved one night stay with some friends and I looked again online which hotels I could book for another 2 nights, starting with the 26th of Sept. To my surprise, I found Mercure hotel and I booked those 2 nights. If the person on the phone would have been more client-oriented, he could have come up with this solution himself. It is a pity he did not.

Great hotel. Used for a business stay; checkin was fast and efficient, room was very clean and provided all the necessities (only complaint was shower offered 1 body/hair wash solution; which is better suited to gentleman than ladies; would have got 10 points if they supplied shampoo AND conditioner). Restaurant looks more basic but the service and particularly the food was first-class. Breakfast usual self-service affair but plenty of seats and food continuously topped up.

Room 701 has bed bugs. 1) The room has piping noise and requested to change to other room. End up other room has the piping noise plus the bed seems spoilt with sound. 2) End up I have chosen the first room. Next day I got biten by bed bugs. I have requested to change the bed sheet but it seems only changed the quill cover. I managed to take the picture of the bed bug in the bed. It's extremely dirty and definitely must be cleaned the entire room. *I had stayed in Ibis one week before transferred to Mercure, no bedbugs issue in the previous hotel.

What is really great is the staff- friendly, smiled, very helpful and gentle. I like that kind of service! Hotel is nice, in quite good condition. The room was ok, with great TV, unfortunatelly majority of channels are french. Location is fantastic, connected also with the underground.

Great location! Friendly, smiled, gentle staff is the strongest point of this hotel. The shape is good, the room was quite comfortable and big as for that place. Big TV, unfortunatelly with limited access to non-french channels. The bed comfortable. I was really satisfied from my stay.

The room was very noisy both from the metro and road noise. The windows did not offer any sound proofing. The air conditioning did not work properly and was very dated and old.

I did book a room + 1 champagne bottle. But at arrival, I did not receive the champagne and the employee refused to give me a bottle of champagne because she did note receive work instructions for that. I reminded to the employee at the welcome desk that I am a Platinum member , so I count on her professionalism to manage this issue due maybe to an oversight. But she maintained her decision . I asked to buy a new bottle, she said that the stock is sold out.
