The location and hotel amenities are good but the hotel reception staff particularly at night was worst to deal . They are not a t all following policies of the Accor group and not even respecting gold members. The expected smooth checkin process became nightmare as they were not ready to give any benefit of gold membership even Accor Plus Explorer membership also. Wrong location on map and not mention of this. Will never choose this hotel in future and do not recommend to any one.

It's barely a 1-star hotel. The noise and vibration from the train station are horrible; it's impossible to sleep with that noise all night. We stayed for two nights, and there was no cleaning service in the room. Heating was not working, the room was super cold and not extra blankets or pillows .Terrible experience I would never go back

on an already super cold day in Paris, the welcome at reception desk was cold and I did not feel very welcome, arriving late after 9pm. already frozen, coming in the room the window was wide open. trying to turning the heating on, I figured it does not work at all... stayed once, never again
