Located near the transport which makes easy to reach center of Paris. The room is comfortable and spacious. The negative points are the noise and vibrations from the RER that passing very frequently underground just under the hotel and makes the whole building vibrate. And the long waiting at the reception as there only 2 persons at the desk and often only one is working. Even if you have just a small question to ask sometimes you have to wait around half an hour. They have to take care of the 2 hotels: The hotel Mercure and the Residence Mercure. The persons at the desk are very kind and helpful.

The experience was good and staff were friendly. I spent about 4 days and I noticed table/bottle water was never kept in my room is this a standard practice?

Excellent experience! Very good location, close to La Defense, close to many restaurants. Breakfast is super, personnel professional. A small remark that there was no water in the gym. In general, a hotel to return to it.
