It was astonishing that two days in a row there were planned outages, first of water, then of electricity, a no effort was made to alert people who reserved rooms that they could not expect the regular service expected from ALL hotels anywhere in Europe. If I had known in advance of these outages, I would never have reserved a room in that hotel. And it is astonishing that no gesture at all was made to indemnify me for the inconvenience.

1. Check in was slow. 2. I mentioned i had wrongly booked for 2 nights and ask that 1 night be credited - answer was not satisfactory that i need to call Accor. When i checked out, i asked another staff to assist (i even mentioned I will be returning to stay on 22nd Sept and 25th Sept) and she replied that she will get back to me be i have yet to hear from IBIS.

il n'y a rien de particulier, j'ai eu la chambre que je souhaitais, donc c'est parfait. Juste un point à corriger sur la télévision, la chaine LCI n'a pas le son alors que toutes les autres chaines l'ont.

Super lieu pour un séjour court. Lieu tranquille pas de bruit autour. Un arrêt de bus est présent juste en bas de l’hôtel ce qui facilite les déplacements Je recommande

J'ai réservé, via le site accor, une nuit dans cet hôtel , pour mes 2 enfants et moi. A mon arrivée, la personne à l'accueil me demande de payer des taxes supplémentaires, dont je n'avais pas connaissance. Ayant déjà tout réglé sur le site, je ne comprends pas pourquoi. Après un long moment, finalement, tout s'arrange. L'hôtel est bien agréable pour cette catégorie. Je suis toutefois déçue et surprise que le lit de mon second enfant ne soit pas fait. A moi de monter sur une petite échelle, et a essayé de faire un lit superposé, je n'ai jamais vu cela...

Tout le nécessaire pour le lit est mis à disposition dans la chambre. Nous sommes désolés que cela ait pu vous causer une gène.
