My experience was fine. It was a little inconvenient that I didn't have the option to charge my room service to the room when attempting to order from the QR code in the room. I had to go down to the lobby and order it there so it could be charged to my room. Also I ordered the schnitzel which didn't indicate on the menu that it came with chips so I ordered the side of chips which in the end I didn't really need. I also tried to call the hotel twice before I got there and I tried to call reception twice and the restaurant once from my room but no one ever answered the phone. The staff I dealt with during my time there were really good and very helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable.

The concierge was not familiar with local restaurants. It was difficult to find any information about the hotel facilities. Cheap coffee and tea in the room. Room was comfortable. Reception staff were helpful at the self check in. Was well located for darling harbour, the rocks and circular quay. Reasonable hotel in a good location. Easily accessed from Wynard station.
