Great location if you like Sydney CBD. All modes of transport within less than 5 mins walk. Shower pressure is very low though. Stayed on 20th floor which i think was undergoing some renovations. Staffs at the front office were awesome and helpful.

It was ok, just. The hallways were mid reno and the smell of paint was a bit much. Our aircon in our room was noisy and our bathroom had a bit of mould. It wasn’t the standard I expected

We had a great stay at the Novotel Sydney City Centre. The location was perfect for our trip. Close to the Wynyard Train Station, not far from the Light Rail which got us to the shops and our Opera House show. The team were friendly. Food in Birdies was delicious. Will stay again.

Great location, excellent pool and spa. Loved the water and zipper doopers in the lobby. well equiped apartment, loved having a washer and dryer. Very friendly staff who seemed genuinely to have us stay. Would have liked a lower profile pillow and the beds could be a bit more comfortable.

Lovely room. Well appointed. Some mould issues in bathroom. Front desk staff were not very friendly very matter of fact would have expected more welcoming smiles and attitude.

The water in the shower was woefully erratic. It went from comfortable to scolding hot to cold to scolding hot in rapid succession, through my whole shower. If it was a small child or old person with mobility issues they would have been burned.
