The hotel is located very centrally and walking distance to everything. We had a room with terrace and that was super nice. Good service. Nice breakfast. Clean and nice room. We had no problems and everything worked well. Restaurant is small and crowded.

Check in & check out had no real interest in me as a customer or accor member . Person jut filled in the details on the screen with no interaction. Lady that came up to the room in case did not work was friendly

I tried to ring reception - found the phone cord out of the socket - could not find the socket to plug back in. The shower base flooded - lifted the cover and the shower drainage hole was filled with hair. The room next door had a family in the room, I could clearly hear them through the walls. The oldest boy wishes to get a fade haircut - this is how clearly I could hear the conversation.

I've stayed here a few times over the years and always had a good experience. The self-check-in was pretty easy to do, but there was a bit of confusion about checking out.
