Booking made via the Accor app, no problems. Unfortunately I had two flights cancelled for my return to Australia and had to stay an extra day. Contacted two other Accor Hotels, had no problem in changing the date by one day. Mantra on the other hand did not answer my emails 5 in total plus 2 overseas calls. only to be told by Mantra reception, "cant help you". Accor reservations contact by phone twice and via email three times before receiving a response. As a Platinum member I did expect some kind of service. All hotels were booked under the same conditions.
