Very happy with the stay and the service received from staff. What I am concerned about is the check in system. To clarify I am an Accor Platinum member, staying 2 nights and using my free night. When checking in was told I had nothing to pay, even asked to sign the screen confirming this. Only asked for card details for incidentals. Note: I had expected to pay for one night. Then without any communication or approval request, money was taken from my account to pay for the room the next day. Understand there may have been an error in the system, and to be clear I fully expected to pay. Though for the system to say no payment is required and to be asked to sign confirming this. Only for money to then be withdrawn from my account without any communication or approval could be considered misleading or even fraudulent. I would have expected to be contacted before any funds were withdrawn.

Good location for what I needed. Dislike the self-serve check - in process as not very personable at all. Disliked the notice of "shower with the door closed because the steam will impact fire alarm and you will need to pay a fine". Fix that problem by installing extractor fans. Don't put fear into your guest with message like that.

We had a wonderful stay here at the Novotel for my husband's birthday. The staff were very accommodating especially a lovely lady named Jessica. We were able to check in early, park underneath & she even gave us drink vouchers for my husband's birthday. We will definitely be back.

There was a taxi raid booked through the hotel for airport and the taxi guy went off with my bag in it and when I am calling the hotel guys they were least cared to find out the details of the taxi booked by them and finally lost my valuables and had to return to India . Being an Accor member, I never experienced this .
