Had to make 2 separate bookings as noone answered the phone. Two different room styles but chose to stay in lower rate room so I didn't have to move. Charged higher rate for 2nd night. Room wasn't even serviced.

While the staff were friendly and efficient, the bed was extremely hard. So much so that as a person with a disability, it raised concerns over the possibility of pressure issues. The shower curtains were mouldy, which is something that could be rctified very easily and should certainly be noticed by cleaning staff.

We stayed five nights and two days I had to ask reception for tea and coffee as ours hadn't been replenished. We used the restaurant twice, the first time it was so cold we had to get our fleeces from the room, the second time they had run out of fish and chips so we ordered pizzas, one was overcooked and the other was barely cooked. We asked reception to arrange an airport shuttle, they could arrange a taxi but not an airport shuttle. The hotel is in a good position and we stayed there four years ago and we will stay again.
