Have stayed here several times and love the location. I have scored it a 9 because on day one a pack of sanitary towels had been left behind some cushions and on four occasions we either didn't have the tea etc replenished or the wrong tea was left. All problems were dealt with by reception very efficiently.

The hotel is well located and the rooms are clean. Check in was not great since there was a long queue and no one to assist. The biggest disappointment was the gym with three broken bikes and substandard equipment. Not sure I would go back

When I checked out from the hotel & requested an invoice, the hotel reception doesn't provide printout & replied the invoice would be sent to my email. I haven't received it yet & logged in to my account via the hotel website. I filled the invoice request but the submission button is in grey colour & unable to click to submit the invoice request. Please kindly advise how to get the invoice ASAP. Many thanks.
