Carpet in room was stained from flooding, uht milk not replenished each day, no tax invoice provided from room service booked, self check-in was a souless unwelcoming experience.

It was a last minute booking trough the ALL app. It was such a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The service of the staff was amazing and the birdie is convenient and fantastic for a wine or coffee the next morning. The gym facilities were fantastic as well . I was surprised at how great this little hotel was in the middle of the city. I really enjoyed my stay.
