Room was clean & bed comfortable. This was my second stay here. Hotel nicely renovated. Breakfast was not as good as the last time though☹️

Clean and tidy room, with friendly and welcoming staff. Water pressure in the bathroom to shower and vanity not great at all, otherwise no complaints.

Arrived late and left early - reception staff were welcoming, engaging and very cheerful. My only negative was that I would've preferred a slightly broader food menu for room service and also, with a limited selection already, it was a little annoying that a couple of options weren't available

From arrival at check in to departure the following day we felt welcome and valued. All the staff that we met were friendly and helpful and our room was well designed with a very comfortable bed all making for a good night's sleep. Although the window in our room didn't offer any grand views most of the time we were in our room were there to sleep. The hotel is well located for the restaurants etc in the King St Wharf and Barangaroo area.

A well-located but average hotel

The hotel is well-located and easy to get to. It's clean and the staff is friendly. However compared to other Ibis hotels I've stayed at, it isn't of the same standard. My standard queen room was more of a shoebox. The breakfast wasn't a buffet. It was "made" to order but more of a "get the bread warmed up in the microwave" quality. The French toast wasn't a French toast. The quality of the bread was below average. Very disappointing. Given the difference in price between a night and a night including breakfast, I was expecting a better quality.

Was Ok the basin in my bathroom was blocked and took a while to empty.

Stay was OK Hotel aware of my specific preferences which was good as I've stayed here before. Unfortunately the basin in my bathroom was semi-blocked resulting in water not emptying correctly. Despite me reporting this twice during my stay it was not satisfactorily resolved and in fact the drain in the basin was very dirty when I investigated myself which was off putting.

Your staff were most helpful and friendly. A pleasure. The room was well appointed and presented. There was however a leak about the base of the toilet and the bathroom floor wet.

I had an okay 3-week stay and I can say that the room is suitable for a solo traveler as it is quite small. I just wished that free mineral water would be provided as well as other basic toiletries such as toothbrush and cotton buds. Moreover, I also noticed that housekeeping cleans the visible areas only, as during my whole stay it was super dusty under my bed. The upside is that the staff are very accommodating!
