A one night stay after attending Vivid with friends. The hotel was very convenient however unfortunately our room was very cold and we were unable to get the air con to warm the room.

Well Located for my purposes

Good no problems, except room layout has bed closed to wall getting in & out difficult. This is the 4 or 5th time i have stayed & this is the first time this has occurred; we were allocated room 505. Would also like to mention a staff member Zyad who spent time chatting with myself & wife whilst he was free from his duties on the Friday evening. We found him extremely pleasant with good demeanor & attitude of treating guests in a very respectable manner. His treating of guests in a welcoming way & making us more than comfortable during our stay was very appreciated

Convenient stay but

It's average: I booked a room with the entertainment package (supposed to allow 12:00 check in) but room wasn't even available until 14:10. There was no welcome drink in the fridge neither.
