Woken up due building works, very loud.

It is so lovely to hear you enjoyed the fantastic location of the hotel and its spectacular surroundings. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the noise works you had encountered. Check in staff excellent. Room clean. Bed a bit hard and needs better pillow choice.

I stayed in room 605. The room itself was what I expected, the bathroom was aging a bit, it had an old shower and broken sink, which wasn’t a big deal. The main issue was the air conditioning unit was very loud, I had put it on the lowest setting and it was still very loud. It was that bad it woke me up throughout the night. I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason alone.
