I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Barangaroo. All desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Where possible they would go the extra mile to help. The room was very clean and amenities sound. I did have a couple issues with my key card on a couple of occasions but reception was onto it straight away.

The bed was super comfy, the room was smaller than we originally thought but we didn’t spend much time in there besides sleeping. Some areas of the room could have been cleaned a bit better but overall the important things like the bed, shower, and toilet were clean. Staff were all super friendly and helpful.
