The staff was super responsive and helpful leading up to the booking and during stay. Breakfast was great and staff lovely. The rooms were petite but super functional. The hotel has a great location and was in close vicinity to the event our staff was attending.

Yt Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Pros - Great location, walkable distance to train station and many attractions. Very comfortable bed, I had good night sleep. Breakfast selection was great and all items tried were all tasty. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Cons - Requested to borrow travel adaptor as I forgot to pack it along, it was not available for loan. Room slipper, bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste and body lotion were not provided as well. Housekeeping could be more attentive and thorough.
