The hotel is well-located and easy to get to. It's clean and the staff is friendly. However compared to other Ibis hotels I've stayed at, it isn't of the same standard. My standard queen room was more of a shoebox. The breakfast wasn't a buffet. It was "made" to order but more of a "get the bread warmed up in the microwave" quality. The French toast wasn't a French toast. The quality of the bread was below average. Very disappointing. Given the difference in price between a night and a night including breakfast, I was expecting a better quality.

Was Ok the basin in my bathroom was blocked and took a while to empty.

Stay was OK Hotel aware of my specific preferences which was good as I've stayed here before. Unfortunately the basin in my bathroom was semi-blocked resulting in water not emptying correctly. Despite me reporting this twice during my stay it was not satisfactorily resolved and in fact the drain in the basin was very dirty when I investigated myself which was off putting.

We stayed at the Ibis, it was close to Darling Harbour and not too far from Circular Quay. The rooms were clean and modern. Would stay again.

Your staff were most helpful and friendly. A pleasure. The room was well appointed and presented. There was however a leak about the base of the toilet and the bathroom floor wet.

I had an okay 3-week stay and I can say that the room is suitable for a solo traveler as it is quite small. I just wished that free mineral water would be provided as well as other basic toiletries such as toothbrush and cotton buds. Moreover, I also noticed that housekeeping cleans the visible areas only, as during my whole stay it was super dusty under my bed. The upside is that the staff are very accommodating!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The facilities and room were very clean and tidy. I also pre-paid for breakfast - the food and coffee were both nice. It was unusual how breakfast is served (in take-away containers). While this was very convenient, I think it could be better communicated at check-in how the system works. My room was very clean and tidy. My only issue was with the TV - not overly important as I don't watch a lot of TV, and it was definitely user error - I just couldn't figure out how to make the picture full screen! Perhaps some clear written instructions would be helpful.

We liked the friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, convenient location and reasonable pricing. The staff were always courteous and helpful. The location was convenient to restaurants, Barangaroo Ferry and a short walk to Wynyard Station and the Light Rail. Price was competative with other accommodation around Sydney CBD.

The room was basic as I expected, but was clean and the bed was very comfortable. (Tip: book bed and breakfast its worth it) located only a few metres from Darling harbour . staff were very helpful.

We were sightly apprehensive when booking the 11sqm rooms at this hotel for our 3 night Australia Day weekend break but we couldn't walk past the price or the location. Fortunately a lovely welcome and a platinum upgrade to a Luxury King dissolved ALL our concerns. We had a fantastic time and the staff could not have been friendlier. Welcome drinks, room upgrade, free (Plat) breakfast, and handwritten note from management all without prompting - I thoroughly recommend the ALL loyalty program and Mercure King Street Wharf!

My wife and I visited Sydney for 3 nights. I chose the hotel because of its location, deal including breakfast, and Accor's reputation. Location is good as expected. The room was very small and overlooked the Western Distributor, which was noisy in the early morning. Breakfast was on par with economy airline food quality, with cardboard 'plates' and wooden knife and fork, which are not effective. Breakfast room's main function is a bar lounge and furniture is not suitable for eating a meal. Staff friendly and helpful.
