The skirting board of our bathroom cabinet has had severe water damage and was displaying rotten ply board. Our stay was for two nights with no automatic housekeeping. Hotels view is they saving water and the environment, when in reality the hotel is only saving staffing/housekeeping salary costs. I tried to call reception & housekeeping to obtain fresh towels, no one answered. On visiting Reception I was told they would send some to our room. Two hours later I had to visit reception again to collect myself. On our first staff in May ‘24 there was a Nespresso coffee machine in our room, our recent stay this machine had been removed - why?
