I have stayed here many times this time will be my last. I found the hotel not very welcoming with the way the restaurant is now sectioned. Also found the rooms dates and just don'take sense the way some are set out. The first room I was allocated the air conditioning was making a very loud rattling sound, which I found hard to believe was not noticed by the cleaning staff. The front counter staff were quick to offer another room showing me 2 rooms. This overall issue cost me 2 hours of my time before we settled ourselves into the new room. I found the front staff tried to assist but to be quite honest I felt they were very inexperienced to deal with any issues although I was finally offered a complimentary breakfast.
