After staying here over the weekend. This has to be one of the worst rooms I have stayed in at a reputable hotel chain. The cleanliness and sanitation of the room was disgraceful. Full of dust in all the AC outlets and exhaust fan outlet in the bathroom. Underneath the bed was covered in dust. I really felt uncomfortable in this room the entire weekend.

We were on a family holiday to Sydney to celebrate the Aunt’s 80th birthday and this hotel surpassed all expectations! The breakfast and food operations were delicious and the welcome drinks were generous with a wide range of choices. Reception and cleaning staff were efficient and friendly. The highlight was the special attention of the manager, Atsuko Asano, and her team , and the surprise birthday cake and treats. Thank you again. Mantra 2 Bond Street Sydney is a complete package with welcoming staff, comfort, cleanliness and location. We will have no hesitation in returning or giving a very high recommendation.

The hotel was great in terms of location, service and room but the icing on the cake was the bar/restaurant downstairs. Absolutely fabulous. Great food and fabulous staff

From booking to checkout great customer service informative emails , helpful and friendly staff , over all great atmosphere we had pleasant and very comfortable stay, room great , hotel well located ,easy access to metro and close to convience stores and shops etc...parking car was a little tight in car park

We have quite many spots in use by corporate or private users with contracts and so, we do have some limited carpark spots which don't get usually occupied fully. However, with our great location close to other carparks, our guests are happy with the substitutes in general one of which is Wilson's carpark on the same Bond st right across from us.
