Was with Mantra Bond for 3 weeks. Never a problem, well maintained rooms, extremely friendly staff.

Great location and I always have a good stay overall. Cleaning of the place is not up to scratch though. I had to wipe down the closet area which was really dirty and dusty and appeared to not have been cleaned in a long time. Otherwise I had a great stay.

The room needed some updating and maintenance. Location is perfect for my business trip. Restaurant is closed so could not have breakfast st the hotel.

Great location for our needs. Comfortable for a 2 night stay for 5, however bathroom quite small. Not enough glasses for the 5 of us either.

A stay with many unpleasant surprises.

Whilst the location was very convenient and close to ammenities suchs a transport, shops, groceries and cafes, the stay was rather unpleasant and not worth the value at all. On arrival to our hotel late evening (8:30/9:00pm), we were welcomed to the smell of Weed, which literally hit us in the face as soon as we got out of the elevator on our floor. This scent further wafted into our room and bedroom. This very unwelcoming feeling and scent occurred whilst my partner and I began to unpack and luggage and settle in for the night ahead of an important sport competition the next morning - not to mentioned where there was potential to be drug tested! We noted to reception the smell, who proceeded to spray air freshener around the place and told us the apartments were "smoke free". After a discussion with reception we agreed to move to a different floor and room. We were then "upgraded" to a room with a view of a brick wall and no balcony! For the cost we paid, we expected a little more! For reference, our new room had no cups, no saucepans for cooking or no coffee pods and no free wifi. Further our apartment was not serviced, This was not a major issue, however fresh towels would have been a pleasant touch after staying for 5 nights. lastly our bedding, had rips in the blanket (Doona) cover and stains in the sheets - I questioned to myself if this room had ever been cleaned or serviced! I'd like to mention I am not usually one to complain but I really was dissatisfied from the beginning with this experience.

The hotel was tricky to access in our car and the carpark was tight and poorly signed (although cheaper than average Sydney prices). The double room was sizeable although quite expensive. The room felt slightly dirty with old stained donnas. The kids found a half eaten Easter egg and cheetos left behind from previous tennants. When we asked for housekeeping they never came, but dropped off some towels and sheets after I called up a second time. I won't be hurrying back to this property, was quite underwhelmed by the whole experience.

We booked for 3 adults - only provided with 2 towels and the sofa not made up, and nothing to make it up with. When we called and asked we were told they were running short on blankets?? Restaurant wasn't open and no room service - which we were not informed about when booking. Noisy during the night.

There is no doubt the school holiday rush provided some challenges but the good news is I have just received a large delivery of brand new bedding which includes blankets. I also extend my apologies in regards to the communication about the restaurant, I will ensure we complete a full audit of all our online channels so there is no confusion moving forward. ln saying this, I am pleased to advise our restaurant will be officially reopening on May 11th. Was firstly disappointed that we weren’t made aware when booking that the restaurant is currently closed and the hotel doesn’t offer room service either. Secondly the room was booked for three adults but there were only two towels, etc. and the sofa bed was not made up. The phone in the room was not connected so I had to call reception by looking up the number on my mobile and call using my phone. When housekeeping brought the extra towel it was dirty and had marks all over it, we also didn’t receive a blanket for the sofa bed and when I called again using my mobile I was told they had run out of blankets. The location was very handy to the shops in the city but rooms were very noisy from outside road and laneway noises

We have stayed at the Mantra Bond Street on quite a few occasions recently. The location is very convenient close to Circular Quay and The Rocks with the light rail station just outside the apartments. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the staff very friendly. We would recommend these apartments and will be staying again in the near future.

Everything was very good on this stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too hard for them. The position of the hotel is very good being near to Circular Quay and the Opera House and also The Rocks area, but also within walking distance to Pitt Street Mall and the City Shopping centre. The only negative really is that the carpet needs a clean.

We were in the executive suite with kit12 th floor, kitchen & lounge area - very nice room with all the mod cons! Centrally located in mid city. Pillows, bed, line all very comfortable. Will have to come back in non Covid times to experience all the hotel offers, but yes, we did have an excellent stay. All staff we had contact with were extremely polite & friendly.
