I arrived early for work and while room was not ready (it was much too early), the front desk stored my bags and had my room and keys all ready once I returned at end of day. The room qas perfect!

This hotel is well located and the room a good size and very clean. The pool was disappointing as it was very very small and over crowded if 2 people were in it. Breakfast was ok but food kept running out and felt as if it was understaffed. There is also only room service on a Sunday evening.

There are few points to be maintained the hotel itself need an upgrade. Cleaning of the room where I stayed was very poor especially the bathroom were there was fluff hanging of the fire drill and the air vents. The balcony if was meant to be a balcony hasn't been cleaned for a very long time that basically the door was stuck . Bar and restaurant doesn't open on Sunday night when there is nothing else happening in the street.

Overall the experience was good the only criticism is that I disliked the fact that I was having breakfast in full view of people walking past the hotel as well as people walking into and out of the hotel.

Staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. However, bathroom supplies (including some towels and consumables) were not replaced every day.

all I can say is I found the day manager rude, we had problems with payment due given wrong credit card number. my sister was liasing with a guy in reservations awaiting the correction of credit card in the meantime I had paid the deposit, and was given keys to room. I was having a shower and heard a noise in the room I asked who it was and the lady said it was the manager. she then informed me if I didn't pay cash now I would have to pack up and get out until the payment was made. I have had breast cancer and have had a masectomy and by the manager just barging in the room without knocking really upset me. I gave her the cash but felt that my privacy had been violated. Never will I stay at this place again

We really like staying there however, we booked for 6 nights and washing machine and drier not working. Although we were offered another room which we did not take up simple things like that should be attended too as with blown light bulbs of which there were 2. also we had what I had understood was a serviced room- making beds and new towels only does not cut it. No vacuuming or tidy up done on 3 nights out of 6

I regularly stay at the Mantra on Bond and it's one of my favorites in Sydney. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. It more like a small apartment with a bed area/room, kitchen and lounge, as well as a bathroom with laundry facilities. I love the location, almost across the road from Wynard station and close to everything. The bed was comfy but could do with updating. The staff are lovely and I look forward to my next visit.
