Two night in an Executive Studio Apartment. The separation between bedroom and lounge was welcomed, it provided added space and comfort. High level of hygiene in theses unprecedented times. The hotel gave us easy access to the Quay and major shopping hubs. A slightly longer walk took us to Bangaroo and Darling Harbour. There was nothing to fault and it certainly gave us more space and better value compared to some of the up market hotels. We will be coming back in December for another short stay.

Overall my stay was good however the room I booked online once I entered I came to realise the shower had not been clean and there was a foul odour omitting from shower drain also shelf in room where safe was located was broken I alerted hotel staff who were quick to give us another room which I appreaciated how ever nothing was offered to compensate for the incovince eg a room upgrade we were placed back into the same room just on a different floor besides this stay was overall good

We booked the 3 bedroom Penthouse for a family stay. Rang to advise we would be in early and would there be a possibility (as Accor club members) of checking in at 1 instead of 2, was advised no problem. Arrived at 12:50 & room was not ready until 2:25 (sitting in foyer). On first look, Penthouse looked beautiful but...was very dirty (including the bathroom sink with major hairballs and kitchen benches with dirty cup marks all over) and dirty mirrors. Certainly not the "premium "experience you would expect for the price. Certainly was rushed with the cleaning & we simply could not stay (re-booked into the Pullman Grande at the Rocks)........VERY disappointing for an upmarket hotel.

My suite was very modern and stylish. The fit outs were great. The best thing about the hotel is the rooftop pool overlooking the city.

Easy walk to opera house, Barangaroo, Pitt St Mall. Wynyard station is across the road walk through has a Woolworths supermarket for essential. Large 3Br pent house and a oversized Studio apartment. I booked both.

It was a great location, well appointed room with everything you need. The staff were very pleasant, professional & attentive. It may be helpful given current circumstances to include a tv menu in terms of what can be requested to the room (food/drinks/blankets etc) My only disappointments were ~ breakfast that was opted for in my booking was delivered to my room as the bistro is closed. It was beyond cold and I cancelled the following days breakfast. ~ the lifts are very slow in their travel but also in their responsiveness Otherwise, was really pleased and comfortable

Loved the location of the hotel and the studio room lay out. The balcony, comfortable lounge area and the kitchenette areas were all well appointed and very clean. Definitely my new number one pick for the city.

Beautifully presented, clean room, comfortable bed, and loved having the kitchenette and availability of washing machine/drier. Tram right outside the door, close to trains and shops. Will definitely come back and hopefully then covid will not mean lack of items in the room and closed dining areas.

Had a great overnight stay with friends. There was no wine glasses in the room but that was quickly rectified. The next morning, one of our group woke up sick with a bad migraine and the staff were so accommodating with organising another night's stay in an upgraded studio for her with immediate check in.
