Location is ok, near circular quay, opera house and the rock. Also near wynard train station, woolies, and light rail. However, cleanliness and cust service needs a lot of improvement

The lift to the rooms had issues with the room key operated access to the hotel floors. Only worked on one side of the lifts. The carpet was old and frayed in the room. The door to the bathroom was scratched and dirty. The staff however were pleasant and helpful.

We had a 2 bed apartment which had a useful kitchenette, living area and two good sized bedrooms. Fantastic location with great views over the hustle and bustle of Sydney. The sofa bed, which we had intended to rely on as we had 3 adults and 2 kids, was not really useable, it really needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was a good stay.
