The location of this hotel could not be more ideal; it is adjacent to the light rail, just outside the front door. Ubers and taxis are easily accessible, just around the corner. City Shopping, Darling Harbour, and The Rocks are all easily accessed. The room was spacious and well-appointed, very comfortable. The onsite restaurant and bar was very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mantra 2 Bond St. The location is so convenient to everything - City, Circular Quay, the Rocks - and Wynyard Station is an easy walk so it is convenient going to and from the airport. The light rail is right outside the door and despite this the room was extremely quiet. We love a dark room for sleeping and the curtains blocked out all of the outside light which was fabulous for us. Staff at the ront desk were lovely and very helpful. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Sydney!

First of all it was my long stay and they gave weekly housekeeping ie once in a week. And in that also they dont clean it properly and refill supplies

Disappointed room was not serviced till requested at tea time. Towels etc changed but no refill of coffee and tea.

As an accor member, we have stayed in many accor group hotels over the years. This was the only one that we have ever found to be unclean. Dirty walls/doors, very mouldy bathroom/shower etc. (You felt dirtier after having a shower in the unclean bathroom, and required flip flops to stand in the shower........ ). This was not a case of a one time clean being under par - this was the hotels management not ensuring that standards are met consistently. Pretty disappointed. If this is the standard of cleanliness, room prices should be much lower.

The apartment was reasonably spacious and had a good washing machine and dishwasher as well as fridge and freezer. The staff were very helpful and polite.

You are fortunate that I don't like to post negative reviews. I arrived at your hotel around lunch time with a colleague. Her room was ready but mine wasn't. No problem, but when I returned at around 6pm, totally exhausted and needing a quick nap before a business dinner, I walked into the room and found it had not been cleaned. Dirty towels on the bathroom floor, a completely dirty bathroom, a wet towel in the middle of the bed, obvious signs that somebody had been sitting on the bed, and a full bathroom bin. I rang reception and advised them and they said they would send somebody. I stood out on the balcony airing the room and waiting for somebody to arrive. Half an hour later, somebody rang wanting to know "what the problem was". I described the details again and she said they would come and fix it. I waited ten minutes and then had to go to my dinner. The room was clean when I returned, with a bottle of sparkling wine and a chocolate snack and a note of apology. Unfortunately I went into the bathroom, and saw that the bathroom bin had not been emptied. I looked down and saw at least one, possibly two used sanitary pads in the bin. I will never stay in a Mantra hotel again. Just a terrible experience.
