We were able to checked in early as we arrived into Sydney early. Everyone was very polite and helpful making check in at ease. We loved the suite. Although we were not able to secure a spot to view the fireworks as the people in front were all very tall and I was short and my kids had no spot to view the fireworks but to go back inside the glass doors. The rule was not to line up but we took the elevator up, there was already a long line. I think this process needs to be planned better and more fair. Overall, the hotel stay was great and in room service was fast.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sebel Quay West at Circular Quay. We were extremely excited to receive a complimentary upgrade and late checkout. We regret we didn't book more nights before our cruise departure. Walking distance with our luggage for cruise embarking. Excellent location.
