My 3 night stay was very enjoyable. Loved the view. The aircon seemed to have a problem cooling the living area which became very warm due to the sun streaming in the large windows. The apartment was comfortable. Having the washing machine and dryer was useful. All up a great place to stay. The staff were all friendly.

Great location! 5 minute walk to Circular Quay. Our boy stared loved looking out the big windows down at the tram line. Plenty of room. Bedroom could fit porta-cot at foot of bed with plenty of space. Dining area and kitchen were the perfect size.

For a 4.5* hotel and $520 a night, I was surprised to see the standard is not what I have seen to date in an Accor hotel. We are regulars to Sofitel in Sydney however as this was the 1st time my youngest daughter was staying with me for a weekend away, I wanted to have a special weekend in an apartment style hotel. I called and mentioned this earlier in the week and was hoping for something special. But no mention or preferences catered to. Toilet looked clean but blood stains on inside of toilet seat. I had to call reception to get it cleaned. The room walls had smudge marks. The sofa was done up as a bed when we checked in rather than at night time so could not use the seats. There was no concierge at time of check in to help with bags and whilst there was concierge at time of check out and a bag porter no one offered assistance to put bags in vehicle. The breakfast was packed with only 15 tables for such an influx of guests and food was not just bland but tasteless and did not look appetising. I would expect far better for a 4.5* and for the price we paid.

We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, particularly regarding the recognition of your special occasion and the lack of luggage assistance upon your arrival. Thank you also for highlighting the housekeeping concerns, including the condition of the toilet seat and wall marks. Your comments have been shared with our Housekeeping team for review as we continue to focus on maintaining the high standards our guests expect. Regarding the sofa bed, our standard practice is to have it prepared prior to arrival when it is included in the reservation. This helps ensure the room is fully set up and ready for guests upon check-in while minimising disruption later in the evening. We appreciate your feedback on how this affected the use of the living area. We also appreciate your comments regarding breakfast. As a boutique-style property, our restaurant space is limited; however, during busy periods we arrange additional seating in the adjoining bar area to accommodate increased demand. Your feedback regarding the breakfast offering and presentation has been shared with our Food & Beverage team for consideration. Thank you again for your constructive feedback.
