Excellent location with absolutely stunning views. The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel itself was immaculate and the rooms very comfortable The price was very reasonable Would definitely stay there again.

When booking I explained it was my son's 18th. Not even a happy birthday . We were told we couldn't have our accor complimentary drinks due to room service being unavailable due to covid restrictions. They do.have room service on.weekends though. Why be a member of accor if you don't receive any benefits. Renovations were being done and corridors were dirty

Great location the Rocks, Opera House and Harbour Bridge and Circular Quay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. The view from the room was amazing, restaurants close by will definitely stay again.

Overall excellent except for noise on the first morning. Jack hammering started at 7.45am and this is way too early in school holidays as people try to sleep in. It woke all of us up after a late evening. Concierge was fantastic.

I stayed overnight on 13/14th of June with my two children and my niece and nephew as an opportunity to have a night away and especially to give my niece and nephew's single mum a night off. I contacted Reservations on the 12th of June and enquired as to whether the pool would be open during our stay as that was one of the main attractions to staying at Quay West. I was told it would be opening on the 13th of June. Open checking in, I was told while the pool was open, the pool heater was not working and there was no eta on a fix. I'm really disappointed this was not communicated to me earlier when I made a point about the pool being available and I find if difficult to believe this information was not known a day before the reopening of the pool. It really put a dampener on the whole experience.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Wouldn’t stay here again, wasn’t your typical Accor hotel experience. Our stay was through the tail end of COVID but this shouldn’t mean the service level drops. Room needs a makeover ASAP! Staff weren’t helpful or friendly. No Accor benefits given, what’s the point of being in the program? Credit card was charged an additional $160 for room in house room service - when queried around this it all seemed a little sketchy. Charge was removed.

First time ever that i recall receiving no welcome card on check in or in room.I asked about drink voucher and he wasn't sure and asked me to come back . No big deal i didn't return . Had booked harbour view 1 bed (1005) and upon entry was greeted with the big tower crane was right in line with the view of the bridge , i should have asked for a higher floor but no big deal . I did mention on the original booking and the online check in we celebrating my wifes birthday ,a happy Birthday would have been nice but again no big deal , Would not have happened at the Sofitel !

Great location and service. Unfortunately the room is in desperate need of a facelift. Ripped carpets and curtains, bathroom cupboard was falling apart and dust over most things. We had trouble with the heating however the service to help fix the issue was great.

My husband and I had a function to attend in the city, so organised to stay over at Sebel Quay West to make a weekend of it. We weren't disappointed. The staff, room standard and location were all excellent. We would highly recommend these apartments.

Clean. Great view of bay and skyline. Short walk to free Tram that takes you downtown.Suggestion - kitchen needs improvement. Stove top burners are rusting. This is disgusting in such an expensive apartment. Need paper towel rolls so we can wipe counters, etc.(non provided) No natural sugar, only non natural sweeteners. The coffee maker takes special pods, only 2 provided and if you want more you have to go to office. Come on! Really? A guest stays a few days and they have to go to store to buy coffee pods or office which has business hours! The 2 small boxes of cream in fridge and tea bags were nice. The cable TV remote needs fixing. Back keeps falling off.

We stayed for a night before and a night after our cruise. Our apartments were both so clean and well-equipped, even including a washing machine and dryer. The swimming pool was a lovely way to relax on a hot day with magnificent views of the harbour bridge and opera house. All of the staff we came across were so friendly and helpful.
