Perfect 2 bedroom suite, view, service and staff….fantastic. What was very disappointing was the email they sent 2 days before we arrived on Christmas Day advertising the restaurant would be open on Saturday night (Christmas), it wasn’t and everywhere was booked out, family was forced to eat Christmas dinner from at a small cafe ( awful food). This was our 2nd year there and it went from a 10 to a 1 for Christmas very fast. REALLY disappointed.

We enjoyed 4 nights with a Luxury Escape promotion for our family of 4 in a 2 bedroom luxury suite. Views of Harbour Bridge, Opera House and Harbour were fantastic. We had a few local friends visit us and were all equally impressed. Service was very good and nothing was too much trouble.

Family stayed for 2 nights, reasonable sized 2 bed apartment. Fabulous view over habour. Pool was nice, a little challenging to get family to up the stairs. Friendly staff.

Unsatisfactory service and facilities

Our check in was delayed by almost 2 hours after our advised check in time. As part of our package we had a bottle of french champagne on arrival - this was handed to us warm with no ice bucket and no glasses. We were advised that our bags had been placed in our room -when we eventually got to our room our bags were not there and we had to go back down to reception to retrieve them. As part of our package we had a late checkout at 12pm - at 10:30 a cleaner came to our room to commence the checkout cleaning - not sure what would have happened if we had not been there. the package was for a superior King Harbour View room. On previous stays we have had an upper floor apartment. On this stay we were on Level 9 - our apartment was immediately above an apartment with a courtyard which significantly impacted on our privacy. Generally the apartment felt tired, the fridge did not close properly. As a result, despite Quay West being our preferred CBD accommodation we will look elsewhere next time.

I loved the big one bedroom fully self-contained apartment. Not that I was there long enough to enjoy it, but I'll certainly stay next time I'm in Sydney.

My daughters and I come to stay here every December for a city break and this year it was as good as ever. We love the pool. Everything was very clean and felt Covid-safe. We appreciated the upgrade and will be back to stay again.

The view was amazing. No question. Location was great. Service was ok. Breakfast was lack lustre. Bed was like sleeping on a brick wall. Apartment was dated and hadn’t been kept in good condition. Blinds and carpet was stained and dirty. Definitely far from the 5 Star luxury we expected.

Unbelievable views were definitely the highlight and great position . The property itself is a bit dated with tiles in the kitchen making noises as if they were not glued down . The A/C return needs cleaning as well as the wall opposite the outlet the wall was covered in lint. The lounge was extremely uncomfortable. Very comfortable bed .

Love the location and view of Sydney Harbour. Apartment decor however is tired and dated. Definitely time for a refurbishment. Rooms were clean and Covid safe policies are in place. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful and efficient.

Paid over $600 to stay here and we were not even notified that the pool, spa & gym were not available until we arrived.....not worth $600 without those facilities available May have to give Accor hotels a miss.....

We stayed in a refurbished 2 bedroom apartment, where not only were the windows wonderfully large,but you could open them! The marble bathroom was perfectly clean. Not to mention the view which was as good as the hotel opposite!

I was disappointed when discovering that we had been put on a floor with the all the neighbouring rooms undergoing construction/refurbishment. As a Gold Accor Member, I don’t think that was a very good decision.
