Professional, efficient and welcoming staff maintained the standards that we received during our 6 previous visits. Disappointingly our loyalty was not recognised on those occasion when previously we had a bottle of fizz in our suite.

As the reservation was made via a travel agent and the membership details were not included in the booking, we unfortunately did not have the opportunity to recognise your membership prior to arrival. We truly appreciate your understanding. The hotel was well located and ideal for entertaining our overseas visitors. Easy for walking to all landmarks and great restaurants near by. The concierge was excellent with advice on where to go. Front desk and other staff were very accommodating. Nice to have breakfast included in room rate.

Excellent spot, walking distance from the most iconic places Sydney has to offer. Breakfast a la carte was delicious and of a great portion. Rooms were comfy and clean, with great add ons for a family of 5 adults.
