Friendly professional service from the time we walked in the door and right through our 2 night stay. Our multiple apartment booking was co-ordinated as per our request to be close by each other. Each apartment was ready on time providing access to a kitchen, loungeroom overlooking the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House, 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Sebel Quay West Suites provided a wonderful base for our family gathering. Thank you

We visited Sydney for 10 days to celebrate my birthday. Our stay was brilliant. All the staff are exceedingly friendly, especially all the breakfast staff, given the time of the day! The room was perfect. It had a washer, dryer and a fully fitted out kitchen. Due to the length of the stay, these items were very appreciated. The location was perfect. Yes, there is a rather large hill to navigate to get to the apartments but cut through the Four Seasons hotel and use the car park lift. The breakfasts were delicious and set us up for the day. There are refurbishments planned to the rooms mid this year however they are completely functional and clean. We loved the gym and pool and the views from the 23rd floor. Thanks and we will definitely be back!

this was our 3 time in this hotel we would have stayed in a harbour wiev room from from the beginning, but our first 6 nights was in a city wiev room, they told us that all was sold out over the new year, so we accepted the first nights, thoug we would stay for the new years celebration. the last 8 nights was in a harbour wies room whit balcony, good harbour wiev. but the room´s could do refurbisment, and the cleaning was nothing too write home about. greasy fingers on everything. but overall a nice stay, super friendly staff

This has become our own "favourite Sydney hotel". The rooms are generously sized and well equipped, and if you get one with a harbour view, you will feel in heaven! The staff are also very friendly, accommodating and genuine. They make you feel like a friend.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment hotel. Great to have a suite with a kitchen and laundry facilities, and pool and gym on the same floor. Quiet, clean, great service and oh so close to Circular Quay, The Rocks and the rest of Sydney CBD. Parked our car for the weekend at the Wilson's car park next door, which cost around $75 and had a lift directly up to the foyer of the hotel.

Excellent location and the views from the suite was amazing with both harbor bridge and the opera house on one frame. Loved the proximity of the hotel to everything - walkable. Given such a good location and brand, the rooms need to be upgraded. The carpets are very old and dingy. The cookware are old as well. Needs replacement and also add some more variety/options than just a couple of them. Service can be improved - the elevators to the garage were switched off in the early mornings and we had to lug our baggage through the stairs and road. The front office personnel though polite and courteous don't come across helpful.

Very enjoyable, good service from all staff. Cleaning of the rooms was excellent, valet service was very good. The only downside was the wine list, it did not offer enough choice and encouraged customers to go to nearby venues. Need more NSW or Canberra regional wines.

Disappointed in the bed. Comfortable enough, but the make up with doona between two sheets does not work. The sheets come apart, and the inside doona is next to your face. Also, doona tucked in too much at the end, so hard to pull up to your chin. The cover would be better having the two separate ends at the foot rather than at the top - don't know whose face has been in the doona before
