The location and quality of the Sebel Quay West Suites is beyond question. Our spectacular three bedroom suite over looking the Harbour Bridge, Opera House and the greater Eastern Harbour was stunning. The staff were excellent and the service is what we have come to expect at this hotel. the location is perfect for any stay in Sydney.

This is our 3rd time staying in the 2 bedroom harbour view room. There is plenty of room for 4 adults very comfortably. The view from our room (904) was top class. One downfall, we decided this time around to have breakfast at the restaurant. Whilst the food was delicious we waited for 40 mins for our meals. Then we had to ask where they were, and they had lost our order so we then had to wait another 15 mins. But overall we love Quay West.

The staff were friendly, thoughtful and very helpful. Once they realised i was celebrating a special birthday they came to our door with a handwritten card and a bottle of prosecco. Most unexcpected and a lovely surprise.

Wonderful staycation in Sydney

The whole family had a wonderful weekend away. We had 3 x 1 bedroom apartments and enjoyed the facilities on offer, the apartments were clean and spacious, the staff were exceptional and the dining experience was great. All in a great location on Sydney Harbour. Highly recommended a stay at The Sebel Quay West.

We arrived at Sebel Quay West to our apartment which had the most amazing view of everything that defines Sydney. The interior of the room could definitely do with a joosh up but the whole experience was just fabulous.

We had one of the older apartments with the most fantastic harbour views. Although the kitchen had everything one could want we preferred to have breakfast at some of the many nearby cafes and dinner at nearby restaurants. Although our package didn't include housekeeping, it worked out better that way as we didn't have to leave everything tidy each morning. Making the bed was no problem and four bath towels were provided for the four days of our stay. The king size bed was extremely comfortable.

The staff at the front desk were very nice. The room itself was nothing like the images on the website. Furniture old and tired. But positives were large size and very comfy bed. Not really worth it to stay again.

I'm sorry to say but as we got here the whole floor we were staying on stunk of fish the room still had stuff on the floor from who ever stayed in it previously. The shower flooded the the bathroom with water and the tv in both the lounge room and bedroom didn't work properly For $250 a night I probably expected a little better

Great weekend inspite of the Rain

From the time we arrived until the time that we left, we felt all the staff were friendly and accommodating. The view from our room of the harbour was spectacular. Our weekend was full of torrential rain all weekend however this did not stop us from utilising the pool and spa area. We dined in the restaurant and had breakfast each morning and each meal was tasty. We also enjoyed our time in the bar.

A two night stay which was made memorable by the professionalism, attention to detail & friendliness of the staff we encountered. There were limitations due to Covid- 19 but taking these into account we were happy with our experience overall. The street coming up from George St. was steep & presented some ambulatory problems for when returning to the hotel. The tv signals on some free to air channels were poor or non-existent & the Foxtel offering was limited.
