Our family had another great stay. The indoor pool is always a hit, especially with the bad weather we had during that period. Our room this time, was not as modern as our previous stay but still comfortable.

We came for the view of the ftreworks which was as expected. Staff very helpful and positive, Apartment didn't have a balconey but was comfortable and well equipped. We have stayed there several times and the location suits us well.

I stayed with my family for the first time in 7 years, celebrating my son's 18th birthday. The views are still wonderful and the apartment sizeable and comfortable. It was also good to see that in recent years it had been refurbished and new furniture installed (and the new colour scheme made it seem brighter). The staff were particularly friendly and deserve special praise. I mentioned my son's birthday in passing, they voluntarily sent a gift up to our apartment to help us celebrate. They were psoitive and helpful whenever we asked for any assistance. My one tiny gripe was that the restaurant was closed between Christmas and New Year but it was understandable.

Brilliant stay once again at Sebel with wonderful staff who are motivated to assist at all times. Special mention to Josh, Prakash and Sajal who ensured that our stay was brilliant. We had issues with the dishwasher and the rooms were changed the next day with no issue at all.
All Excellent Except for Accidental Double Charging for Suite

Wonderful experience diminished by being told on check out that Sebel Quay West Accidentally took the almost $1700.00 booking fee TWICE! Not a small sum, this caused a lot of anxiety in relation to becoming seriously overdrawn. At the end of the month with bills due and further travel commitments pending, this was a serious issue for us! A little disappointed it took almost half an hour to see a manager, and from a customer care point of view, felt that our situation wasn't truly appreciated. After discussion with the manager we were given some of the refund by cash and the balance as bank transfer. Unfortunately this put us in a situation where we were carrying a sizeable sum of cash to be deposited at our Building Society, which unfortunately does not have a Sydney Branch. Some places would not take this cash because of COVID, meaning we had to again use the possibly overdrawn account. Also the delay in our ability to deposit the cash delayed fixing up our bank account balance. Stress, stress, stress! We feel as if Sebel's mistake became our problem and they didn't really care about the inconvenience and stress caused. After the service we enjoyed during our stay, we were so disappointed that client satisfaction seemed no longer their goal the moment we checked out. They were not proactive in their assistance. We are still awaiting the promised follow up phone call to check the eft refund all received. Great Service, Terrible Guest Relations!
