We had a nice stay at the you hotel at Deauville. It was well located, without parking, but free spots to park close to the hotel. We had a few issues with the super modern apartment, unfortunately certain things did not work, like the bluetooth to connect the music, however the receptionist tried his best to help us, and reported to the manager. The apartment was spacious and super modern, our kids loved it. The breakfast was really nice, fresh fruits and warm cooked food. The manager came nicely to discuss with us the last day and apologies for the few things that did not go well in the apartment. This gesture for us was really important, it did not go without noticing how important are for them the wellbeing of the client. Thank you, for ensuring we were confortable in our stay

We arrived early, were well received our room were well situated. we were welcomed by two pleasant ladies who showed and explained the elevator system to only let hotel guests in.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. With a relaxed atmosphere . The room was spacious, and a large comfortable bed. Efficient air conditioning. Stylish room. There were no coffee or tea making facilities and no fridge in the room. Near the reception there were communal cooking facilities and a large guest fridge so you could keep food and drink and prepare food if you wanted. There were areas for guests to work and several people were taking advantage of the opportunity. The breakfast was good, though a little chaotic. There was no on-site parking but free street parking 5 minutes walk away.

Friendly, helpful staff & very comfortable room. Only downsides to our stay were a lack of tea/coffee making facilities & problem with shower (very slow to drain so stood in water.)

We had an awesome time at the You hotel in Deauville. Location is just perfect and everybody was very kind and welcoming. I was only missing a coffee maker in the room! Rooms are modern and have a lot of space to storage, love it! Air conditioning worked perfectly also.
