I enjoyed my stay very much. The housekeeping team looked after my room very well and were always friendly and helpful. The front of house team and bar team were also very helpful and assisted whenever I needed anything.

Check in was seamless and very friendly. Got a room upgrade, the room was really clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok, there were times it took a while for items to replenished. Overall an excellent stay would highly recommend.

What a great location. So very easy to find, we were able to park the car underneath the hotel, pre-booked and walk everywhere. We stayed for three nights and look forward very much to another stay. The reception and cleaning staff were extremely polite and helpful. That cannot be said of the restaurant, lousy service, we walked out, no excuses, there were two other tables having supper. Note to who is in charge of the outside of the building: Please, please clean the area around the front doors, not a pretty sight. Thank you for welcoming us, see you again before too long.

Basic hotel but we'll located and a fairly nice view. The room we had was very small though, especially for the price. But what was even more of an issue (during hot days) was the absence of a mini fridge. This is a minimum of confort you could offer your guests.

Hotel well located, safe underground parking. My room was very basic, ie no kettle or fridge but I suppose it was just needed for sleeping in. Shower cubicle a tad small, however have used the same hotel in August numerous times

We stayed in the 2 story family room. It was fantastic. One of the few hotels we stayed in where the air con actually worked well! The staff were extremely helpful. Handy car park underneath the hotel. This is a place we will definitely return to in the future
