The location of the hotel is undeniably perfect. The front desk staff assisted my friend and I with room reservations because we had a child join us at the last minute, so we now needed an additional room. I chose a beach front view & I was given room 112. The room was clean except for the bathroom. I found 4 hairs on the shower floor & the toilet was dirty around the hinges. I immediately went down to the front desk to ask for a bath mat, which I put on the shower floor to protect my feet as I showered. I did not mention the dirty room until the next morning, because I hoped that the message would reach the housekeeping staff before they began cleaning. When I returned later in the evening, the shower & toilet were still not cleaned. They were not cleaned until Monday Aug 3rd, which is two days after my arrival. Secondly, there was very little toilet tissue in the dispenser. If you look at the lobby cameras at approximately 3am on Saturday Aug 1st, you will see me going to the front desk & not finding anyone. So I found a small room with extra towels, laundry machines, and toilet tissue that I needed. Lastly, I was suffering from allergies inside the room & had to sleep with a mask on for two nights. I do not know if the air conditioning filters were very dirty or if there was mold in the room.

Voici mon avis concernant mon récent séjour à votre hôtel le 11 juillet 2025. J'ai été très satisfait de la chambre, qui était bien insonorisée et disposait de rideaux occultant très efficaces. Le matelas était confortable, la douche spacieuse et la télévision de grande taille. J'ai également apprécié la présence de nombreuses prises de courant, très pratiques pour recharger les téléphones et montres. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. Le seul point que je pourrais mentionner est le stationnement payant à partir de 9h. Malgré ce détail, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
