Lovely hotel with park view, the room was satisfactory apart from the carpet being soaking wet by the bathroom door, however the staff offered us a different room if we wanted it but supplied towels to rectify the dampness. It could do with having some better tea facilities as there was no standard tea or little milks available but the coffee pods were delightful. All in all a wonderful stay and we will no doubt return at some point.

Real problem with the restaurant room for breakfast

The hotel is well situated and is very clean, the staff is very friendly. The problem is with the restaurant room in the morning : you have to wait until others finish as there are only +/- 20 tables for the entire hotel. So you are invited to stay outside if you need to have breakfast, on the terrace, totally wet after the morning rain. The parking is very tight, one should be careful when parking, the reception has no enough staff to serve the guests. It's been cold at night and the heating was not yet on. we did not have any spare blankets. The food at the breakfast menu is good. The bar at the reception is clean and cozy. We will not come back cause it's not a good price/service deal.

We are sorry that you felt cold in your room, indeed in september we did not automaticly turned on the heaters, but you can call the reception 24/7 to ask us to come in your room and to activate it. We also are sorry that you did not like our breakfast room and parking. Thank you again for reviewing your experience in our hotel even if it was not optimal.
