Everything went well, the staff was very kind and helpful, and did a very good job. The only criticism is that some of the rooms are showing signs of age, and might need to be refurbished.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, just a short walk to Deauville town center, the beach, and Trouville. Our room was spacious with a large, modern bathroom and excellent towels. We also really appreciated being able to borrow beach towels during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

I really liked this hotel. Conveniently located, close to the beach and very close to the train station and bus stop, making easy to get around the region. My room was charming, with a wicker chair, a balcony perfect for drinking coffee, and a beautiful view of the bay and its yachts. The room was very clean. The staff is very friendly. I'd also like to mention the lovely ladies who serving breakfast. It was delicious! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed staying at the Deauville Mercure, which is conveniently located downtown, with stores and restaurants nearby. Going to the beach is a 15 minute walk. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, as well as the convenient parking space provided by the hotel.

The bathroom fan was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. When we mentioned this to reception staff, they were totally blaze ....No one ever complained before that was their response! Hardly what you would expect as customer service

Duvet was too small for 2 people sleeping in that bed. A long mirror in the main room would be advantageous and a ironing board in the room too!

It was my first time at this hotel and I had a very pleasant stay. The room was lovely with a little balcony outside overlooking the port, not noisy at night. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The location is also ideal as very central so you can just walk anywhere. The only thing missing was a bottle of water inside the room. Shout out to the friendly and helpful staff!
