Check in a little late 4pm, most hotels are 3pm. Comfortable clean room. Good breakfast in lovely surroundings with sea view from some tables. Helpful friendly staff. Feel that the bar closes for guests a little early, but we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Modern hotel, comfortable, the best bits are the location, the breakfast view and the sushi. The pillows were not great, perhaps ask for different. And you could not charge bar or sushi to your room which was inconvenient

I booked two rooms for my family on Novotel website. I received the confirmation prior to my trip. Upon arrival I found out the hotel had only one room for us. It took hotel over an hour to find a near by hotel. We were told the condition of the new hotel is the same but after arriving there our rooms at the new hotel didn’t have air conditioning. It was important fact when I originally booked Novotel. The heatwave was big issues during the period I stayed in France so not having air conditioning was a nightmare. The Novotel hotel staff were nice but the manager didn’t come out until when we were about to leave the facility. The front staff was going back and forth between us and the manager so I knew the manager onsite was behind in her office but she chose to not come out to handle this issue.

Due to a technical issue, one of your two confirmed rooms was unfortunately not reflected correctly in our system upon your arrival. As our hotel was fully committed, I personally immediately searched for the best available alternative and secured two rooms together in a 5 star nearby hotel. I fully understand your disappointment regarding the absence of air conditioning in the relocation property. While we selected a higher-category hotel and arranged upgraded sea-view rooms, we regret that this aspect did not meet your expectations. I would also like to clarify that I personally managed the situation alongside my reception team and was working behind the scenes to coordinate the relocation and secure the most suitable solution for your family. Remember we’ve had the opportunity to meet personally at reception. During our discussion, I explained the efforts undertaken to find an alternative solution, including contacting numerous nearby hotels for almost an hour in an extremely busy time in Deauville to secure suitable accommodation for your family. I remember your understanding of the situation and your appreciation of the way our team handled this unexpected issue, which I greatly valued at the time. I sincerely regret the stress and frustration this situation caused and appreciate your understanding that our team did everything possible to offer the best alternative available under the circumstances. A comfortable hotel. Room perfectly fine. A bit surprised that so much was franchised - restaurant, bar etc. So no real need to take a 200 euro swip for 4 breakfasts! Couldn't check in on line as url not found. For UK visitors it should be made clear parking needs booking by ringing the hotel, can't be done online. Parking's very limited but lots available nearby at 30 euros a day.

My wife and I stayed for one night at Novotel Deauville Beach in July, and we had a very pleasant experience. The booking process through the ALL Accor app was quick, seamless, and very convenient. We booked on the same day and easily found the room that suited our needs. As an ALL Accor member, I was also able to use my reward points and pay the remaining balance by credit card, which made the booking even more worthwhile. Parking was very easy, with street parking available right in front of the hotel. From the moment we arrived, every member of the reception team was welcoming, friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a little compact with limited space, but since we were only staying for one night, it suited us perfectly. The hotel’s location is one of its biggest strengths. It is only a one- or two-minute walk from Deauville’s magnificent sandy beach, where we enjoyed a lovely two-hour walk. It is also within easy walking distance of the town’s excellent restaurants, pubs, bars, and the Deauville Casino, making it an ideal base for exploring the area without needing the car. Breakfast was generous, varied, and delicious. It is served on the top floor, offering beautiful views over the beach and the port of Deauville. The breakfast team deserves special recognition as they were always smiling, welcoming, attentive, and exceptionally polite. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering its prime location and the quality of the service. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Deauville. The only small suggestion for improvement concerns access to our ground-floor room. Reaching it required passing through two separate security doors (sas), which felt a little more complicated than necessary. It wasn’t a major issue, but perhaps the layout could be simplified in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely time. We had 2 rooms: one family one with a bunk bed for the children and a double one.
