The location was terrific And the restaurant was excellent as well. Unfortunately, our room was right next to the elevator, which squeaked loudly every time it stopped on our floor. In addition, I asked the front desk to fix the Air conditioning which they said they did but did not let me know this nor helped set it. lastly, there was a new employee who provided erroneous information about prepaid meals and then when I brought it up, the other staff member simply said, "she was not supposed to do it that way" but did not seek to help or reimburse me.

Well located hotel, confortable rooms, nice to have breakfast included. Cozy hotel common areas and comfortable and clean rooms. I would definitely return and recommend.

Stylish hotel, friendly staff, let down by the basics. i.e very weak waterfall shower. Paper cups in the room. No English TV channels etc
