I booked 5 rooms and everyone was happy. On the first morning there was no hot water for a shower as the boiler had turned off

The best Ibis style so far. Very nice welcome by a young man on morning duty. With a restaurant rating would be a 10 😊 Totally understand the centralised concept but tea & coffee in the room would be even better. Couldn't figure out the gym
