The location is great and facility reflects the other Ibis styles I stayed at in the past. However I was very disappointed by the women at the reception who took my reservation and did not follow through and did not book the room category I asked for. After all , it is human to make mistake but she blamed me for it when I met her during check-in. I felt very offended by her agressive tone and stubbornness. This person was really not at the level of the rest of the group. It was very disappointing. But as mentioned, other than that, our stay was fine.

I booked 5 rooms and everyone was happy. On the first morning there was no hot water for a shower as the boiler had turned off

The best Ibis style so far. Very nice welcome by a young man on morning duty. With a restaurant rating would be a 10 😊 Totally understand the centralised concept but tea & coffee in the room would be even better. Couldn't figure out the gym
