From the beginning it did not live up to expectations. Not advised in advance that parking was 20 euros per day. We had a Prestige room which was supposed to be bigger, cannot imagine the size of a standard. Too much furniture for a small room. Bathroom very good. Biggest disappointment was paper cups instead of China for in bedroom coffee. Staff not particularly helpful .

Comfortable room, could improve bathroom

The room was comfortable and clean, and staff were friendly and helpful. However, the bathtub/hand-held shower set-up is awful - it would be far better to simply have a walk-in shower stall without a tub. The tub is a tall step in and out (difficult for older people). The shower set-up is placed centrally, rather than at one end of the tub, so there is little room to manoeuvre while showering, and the glass panel allows water to soak the floor.

Very good experience once again: clean, comfortable, pleasant and helping staff, superbe breakfast, perfect location. “Privilege” room is a bit small and I didn’t really see a difference with the classic room which I also stayed in previously.

Great location, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast. The only problem is that the window in our room, facing the casino, did not shut out the (almost incessant) noise, from traffic, especially early morning delivery vehicles, and seagulls. You need to upgrade your double-glazing units.

It was second time we stayed at the hotel in Trouville, this time in a privilige room. We enjoyed the comfort of the room, the bed and some space to move around. The breakfast was very good, and the personnel friendly, polite and helpful.

Small room! Nice shower! Comfortable bed! Not a great view and not a high floor. I found a piece of coffee ☕️ powder wrapper in my bed.

Great location in the centre of town, there is paid public parking in front of the hotel which is really good. Comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is within walking distance of loads of very good seafood restaurants.
