I was booked for 10 days, sadly my mother passed on day 6 of may stay and I had to check and travel back home. The hotel refused to refund me the remainder of my stay. I felt like that a very unfair business practice. I was planning to stay for an extended period of 55 days but because of that treatment I am checking into a different hotel when I get back to Dubai.

But I am very unsatisfied with your team service, because I stuck here in Dubai due the political was in Middle East, my cruise was canceled, I can't fly back to USA, airport is closed, and you instead help us to lower the price, you raised the price for staying at your hotel. Very horrible connection and service to your gests. I am a senior retiree over 70+ y.o. I have very bad and painful feeling, feel very discriminated by that horrible situation. I can't believe it, I got that horrible situation at your hotel. Dubai was my favorite travel destination, but your hotel changed my mind, very bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Room smelled cigarette altough it was a non smoking area, no support for my luggage to my room, when leaving I have asked one manager if I can leave my extra luggage for a friend to pick it up after I leave he says NO, a couple hours later another manager nicely explain to me the process and says that I can leave it for a 24hours.

My husband and I stayed for one night and paid over $250, and that wasn't worth it at all. It's an old hotel but relatively clean. The mattresses we had in our room were completely old and not comfortable at all.
