The room was really comfortable, staff very pleasant and good breakfast options. The location is fantastic, close to the gold souk and metro.

Overall, the experience was great, mainly because we really enjoyed the pool, especially since it was not crowded during our stay. My daughter also found the room very cozy and comfortable. The only comment I would like to raise is regarding the vanity kit items such as toothbrushes, slippers, and similar amenities, which were only available for purchase. I believe these should ideally be provided complimentary upon request. Additionally, we noticed that there were no coffee stirrers provided in the room as well. These are only minor details, and while I understand that this is a budget-friendly 3-star hotel, I believe that being a 3-star property should not necessarily be the reason for not providing such basic amenities for guests. I would also like to mention that our room access card stopped working at around 11:55 AM, and we had to go down to the front desk to have it checked. We were informed that the room had already been locked because our checkout time was until 12:00 PM. However, upon check-in, I had already informed the front desk that we would be requesting a late checkout until 2:00 PM, and this was agreed upon. In addition, at around 12:30 PM, someone knocked on our door asking about our checkout, and I again informed them that we were checking out at 2:00 PM. The whole situation was quite inconvenient and confusing, and I am not sure if it was due to a miscommunication between the staff. Oh lastly and very important, the pool closes very early :( But overall it was an amazing stay.
