I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. The bathroom water tap is already broken, the shower water pressure is very low, and the iron provided is damaged and not in proper working condition. These issues have caused a lot of inconvenience and are not what I expected from a hotel. I am unhappy with the condition of the room and the facilities provided. The view, location is very beautiful, but there is no bathroom accessories, no toothpaste brus, and soap, WC spray not worked. Friday night I will not suggest to this hotel.

Overall, we had a good stay. The location was great and I really loved the swimming pool. The only downside was the breakfast, which had very limited options and no fruit. We mostly had bread and jam. It would also be nice if they provided drinking water and basic toiletries like a toothbrush in the room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
