During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of meeting Charlene and the staff at the hotel. I must say that their exceptional level of hospitality was truly remarkable. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Charlene, in particular, was incredibly accommodating and attentive to my every need. Her warm and friendly personality made me feel like a valued guest, and she was always ready with helpful suggestions and recommendations. The other staff were equally friendly and approachable, and I felt like I was in good hands throughout my stay. Thanks yo their excellent service, my experience at the hotel was genuinely memorable, and I will definitely be back in the future.

For a 3star hotel they could have let us bring our own drinks to the pool and pay corkage fee. First time in my life I had to pay for a little bit of ice for the room. Food was not interesting but it was ok. However I must say that the house keepers did an exceptionally excellent job.
