The hotel is right next to the Dubai creek and right in the Gold souk area. Very convenient. My room had a view of the beautiful water. The rooftop pool is great, incredible 360 degree views of the Dubai creek, and distant Dubai skyline. The room was also very clean, modern and had everything I needed for a short/long stay. I had a great time!

Well located, good stay but the Pool incident was awful

The Sri Lankan reception guy was very nice to us and has accommodated all our requests. We also enjoyed the sportsbar and the staff accomodation. However, when we were on the pool, we were treated badly by the lady life guard questioning us why there's more on the list than present. We explained to her that we paid extra for the pool and breakfast for our guest. We showed her the receipt. Instead of communicating internally with their f&b team, they called out the manager and we have to explain again the additional team. We felt like tresspassers and ended up not enjoying the rest of the day because we were already annoyed. She didn't even apologized to our guests for the tone she used.
