My overall experience was good. The rooms were clean and tidy, but the washrooms should have better soundproofing. The breakfast should also have more options, as the waffles and pancakes were stale and not fresh, probably from being left on the platter for some time.

I am a bit puzzled with this stay - there were some hiccups in the room allocation and overall service throughout my 4 night stay. But then it is an Ibis Styles in Deira. There had to be some differences between 3 and 4-5 stars hotels. That being said, the breakfast was varied and good. However, I am not sure why eggs are not proposed consistently over the 4 breakfasts I had at the hotel - twice I was offered an omelette and twice there was no such offer. For similar location, I might recommend the Adagio aparthotel, where the accommodation is better and gym better equipped

We had kids with us there was no one to help with luggage when we asked they told us it is self service . There was no dental kit no shaving kit breakfast had so litttle options Paying such a price we would have got some better hotel with better options
