I was completely unaware that I would pay for 560 AED per night and still not get a toothpaste and a toothbrush or sleepers. That is beyond my understanding. I’m am quite disappointed.

The stay was great - staff was very friendly and helpful, even when busy. The room was lovely - even though space is quiet limited for 2 people. The location is great as its situated within walking distance of 2 metro stations and there's places around the hotel to explore on foot. The breakfast was more representative of the place we were in, so it was different from a continental/ English breakfast. Still was great to enjoy the different offerings. The dinner was a buffet and also great. Only thing I didn't understand was why we couldn't eat or drink on the rooftop deck as it was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. As Ibis Styles is my favourite brand, I had expectations upon selecting it based on a stay at Ibis Styles Bangkok Sukhumvit Phra Khanong which has similar features. Nevertheless, the stay was good.
