When we call you don't speak And to make matters worse I payed for me en my husband's stay but when he checked in also you took his money from his card And u told us that u will refund the money in 3 working days but the days have passed when he tried to contact you You told him to wait for again 4 to 7 working days I just don't get it En your staff were not nice to us

Room was clean but my first room had very low water pressure so I asked to get this checked - I was told they couldn’t resolve the issue so I was asked if I wanted a new room. Glad I accepted cause no issue in second room. Decided to try lunch (twice) once downstairs and once on rooftop deck… I was the ONLY ONE dining both times and it took 90min to get a sandwich on the rooftop bar and the Pizza in downstairs dining room was subpar and also a lengthy wait. Pity the waitstaff (and chef?)don’t seem trained or motivated - I’m in the restaurant business so if you need a consultant I’d be happy to assist.
