The metro station just right below the stay which is so easy for me to commute. The staff was friendly and really helpfull. And the hotel room is neat and comfortable. Definitely will choose this hotel again for future visit, inshaAllah.

Comfortable room. Staff have taken initiative to attend and address on any comment and feedback. A small improvement to the room shower room. The hotel used good brand like Kohler but the contractor that fixed the shower mixer has done it wrongly. The 2 ways valve meant to control between hand shower and shower head and not as open and close button for the water.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at the Dubai Deira Gold District property. While the room condition at check-in was generally acceptable, several significant shortcomings were noted. The bathroom amenities were incomplete, as both the hair wash gel and body wash gel were empty. Additionally, no toothpaste, toothbrush, or slippers were provided in the room. There were also maintenance issues, including a non-functioning electric socket near the bed, which caused inconvenience during my stay. Furthermore, I observed a stain on the pillow, raising concerns about cleanliness and housekeeping standards. Most concerning was the fact that the television system was still displaying the previous guest’s name, which reflects a lack of proper room preparation and raises privacy concerns. These issues indicate inadequate housekeeping and quality control, which is not acceptable for a property of this standard. I trust that management will take this feedback seriously and implement corrective measures to prevent such occurrences in the future. I look forward to your response regarding this matter.
