Dear Management, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received during our stay. The employee who handled our reservation was not smiling, appeared upset, and did not offer any form of welcome. She was very serious in all interactions, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and unfortunately made us dislike the place. It is important that staff members are friendly and welcoming when receiving guests. We requested a room with two beds, but we were forced to take a suite because there was an additional guest. We explained to her that this guest would be leaving, but she refused to accommodate our request. This was the worst stay we have experienced. We are used to much better reception and hospitality in other hotels, in a way that reflects proper respect and service. Staff name im not sure ( khatke) she is short i think from india Additionally, the room that was assigned to us was dirty, which added to our disappointment. We hope you will look into this matter seriously and take the necessary action. Sincerely, Malak Said

I am a GOLD Member of ALL ACCOR. I reached the hotel early. The lady at the reception first refused that rooms are not ready (A common excuse given by all hotels).When I told that I am a gold member so early check-in is allowed. As in my booking my membership number was already mentioned so she should have not behaved this way. Another scandal she did that she forced me to pay for the breakfast. All these sequences forced me to switch over to another accor hotel next day. They don't value Gold membership holders then I can understand what will be the behaviours towards ordinary guests. Better I should avoid staying in accor hotels. Overall I would have given negative rating to them
