I had a comfortable stay, I requested a quiet room and was given one. Everything was good. I didn't try the breakfast. Location is superb coz metro is within the same building and nice restaurant in the same mall where the hotel is located.

I was on business visit and stayed in Mercure Gold from 17th to 21st Nov 2025. My stay was very comfortable. Judith and all the staffs were very polite and cooperative. The location is very suitable who prefer access to public transport as the bus station and metro station are both present next to the hotel. The room was clean and amenities were good.

Very well located, just over Metro Station. Gild souk mall was walking distance. There's the grocery store as well as small restaurants within the dmae plaza. The hotel was very clean. Only issue i would say is the rooms were bit small. I would certainly recommend it. Real value for money.
