Please accept our sincerest apologies for the disappointment and discomfort you experienced. We are truly sorry to learn about the manner in which you were received upon arrival. Providing a warm, courteous, and welcoming experience is a fundamental expectation at our hotel, and we regret that the service you encountered fell short of this standard. Your comments regarding the attitude and demeanor of the staff member concerned are taken very seriously and will be thoroughly reviewed by our management team for appropriate follow-up and corrective action. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused in relation to your room allocation. We understand your preference for a room with two beds and regret that your request could not be accommodated in a way that met your expectations, despite the explanation you provided at the time. This situation was clearly frustrating, and we are sorry for the lack of flexibility you experienced. Additionally, we are very concerned to learn that the room assigned to you was not clean upon arrival. This is unacceptable and does not reflect our housekeeping standards. Please be assured that this matter has been escalated to the relevant department to prevent a recurrence. We deeply regret that your early arrival was not managed appropriately and that your Gold status was not acknowledged as it should have been. As a valued ALL Gold member, your loyalty entitles you to priority recognition and flexible benefits, including early check-in subject to availability. We fully understand your frustration, especially as your membership details were clearly mentioned in the booking, and we are very sorry that this was not reflected in the service you received. It is truly disappointing to learn that these experiences led you to change hotels and question your confidence in Accor brands.
